Improved method for analyzing estrogens in water by liquid chromatography-electrospray mass spectrometry 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
An improved LC-electrospray ionization MS method was established for four estrogens (17beta-estradiol (E2), estriol (E3), estrone (E1), and ethynyl estradiol (EE)) in environmental water. Almost complete separation of all estrogens was achieved on a phenyl column with methanol/water as the mobile phase. Quantification was achieved in the negative ionization mode using selected ion monitoring. The instrumental detection limits were 20-30 ng/l for the four analytes. In Milli-Q spiked water, the recoveries of the four estrogens were 72-81%, which was similar to those found for river water spiked with the corresponding deuterated estrogens. The detection limits for the four estrogens in river water were 0.1-0.2 ng/l. The method was used to detect residual estrogens in the Tonghui River, which receives water from a municipal sewage treatment plant in Beijing; E1 (1.1 ng/l) and E2 (0.2 ng/l) were detected. 相似文献

Different ink‐jet printed paper materials were investigated using X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) yielding the elemental composition of the near‐surface region of the papers. We found significant differences with respect to the detected elements and their atomic concentrations in the different inks studied here. Two different groups of inks could be identified by means of a lower ratio of the O and C atomic concentrations and lower concentrations in specific trace elements like Mg, Na and Si. High‐resolution spectra of C 1s and O 1s core levels allowed a detailed determination of the chemical state of the respective elements. On the basis of a detailed deconvolution of these XPS signals, significant differences between all the investigated ink‐jet printed papers were found, thereby allowing their discrimination. The applicability of the measurements and, more generally, the XPS technique for forensic investigations of paper are discussed. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

A modified computer program SCTPT for the computation of formation constants of extraction complexes with two-phase pH titration data by using the Marquardt-Fletcher algorithm is described. It can be used to deal with extraction systems which consist of a metal, an acidic extractant and a neutral synergistic reagent with no need of new subroutine. It has been applied successfully to the Pb-PMBP(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5)-TBP (tributyl phosphate) system. DC-SIGN, a C-type lectin exclusively expressed on dendritic cells (DCs), plays an important role in pathogen recognition by binding with high affinity to a large variety of microorganisms. Recent experimental evidence points to a direct relation between the function of DC-SIGN as a viral receptor and its spatial arrangement on the plasma membrane. We have investigated the nanoscale organization of fluorescently labeled DC-SIGN on intact isolated DCs by means of near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM) combined with single-molecule detection. Fluorescence spots of different intensity and size have been directly visualized by optical means with a spatial resolution of less than 100 nm. Intensity- and size-distribution histograms of the DC-SIGN fluorescent spots confirm that approximately 80 % of the receptors are organized in nanosized domains randomly distributed on the cell membrane. Intensity-size correlation analysis revealed remarkable heterogeneity in the molecular packing density of the domains. Furthermore, we have mapped the intermolecular organization within a dense cluster by means of sequential NSOM imaging combined with discrete single-molecule photobleaching. In this way we have determined the spatial coordinates of 13 different individual dyes, with a localization accuracy of 6 nm. Our experimental observations are all consistent with an arrangement of DC-SIGN designed to maximize its chances of binding to a wide range of microorganisms. Our data also illustrate the potential of NSOM as an ultrasensitive, high-resolution technique to probe nanometer-scale organization of molecules on the cell membrane. 相似文献

本文运用一典型的人工神经网络模型-“反向传播“模型的改进形式,研究了诱导效应指数I,摩尔折射度Ro,疏水亲脂参数IgP,以及分子联通性指数与气象色谱保留行为的关系,实现了对色谱保留植的预测。神经网络预测模型的最大相对误差不超过8.7%。结果表明,该方法性能良好,可望成为色谱保留值预测的有效手段。 相似文献

Six novel selenium-containing polyphenolic acid esters were synthesized and evaluated as antioxidants and 5-lipoxygenase inhibitors. Synthesis of the title compounds involved the Mitsunobu reaction of polyphenolic acids with 2-phenylselenoethanol. Compounds and were found to be very effective antioxidants and 5-lipoxygenase inhibitors with activity comparable to or better than caffeic acid (3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid) phenethyl ester (CAPE). 相似文献

The effect of CuO on the thermal behaviour of Zr/KClO4 primer mixtures was studied by thermoanalytical techniques, and the Bruceton method and its related calculation. It was found that the CuO catalytically promoted the decomposition of Zr/KClO4 primer mixtures and shifted the exothermic peak of DSC curves to lower temperatures. In addition, the Zr/KClO4 primer mixture containing CuO had a significant effect on the firing characteristics of electro-explosive devices. 相似文献
