Rhenium disulfide (ReS2) is a two‐dimensional (2D) group VII transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD). It is attributed with structural and vibrational anisotropy, layer‐independent electrical and optical properties, and metal‐free magnetism properties. These properties are unusual compared with more widely used group VI‐TMDs, e.g., MoS2, MoSe2, WS2 and WSe2. Consequently, it has attracted significant interest in recent years and is now being used for a variety of applications including solid state electronics, catalysis, and, energy harvesting and energy storage. It is anticipated that ReS2 has the potential to be equally used in parallel with isotropic TMDs from group VI for all known applications and beyond. Therefore, a review on ReS2 is very timely. In this first review on ReS2, we critically analyze the available synthesis procedures and their pros/cons, atomic structure and lattice symmetry, crystal structure, and growth mechanisms with an insight into the orientation and architecture of domain and grain boundaries, decoupling of structural and vibrational properties, anisotropic electrical, optical, and magnetic properties impacted by crystal imperfections, doping and adatoms adsorptions, and contemporary applications in different areas. 相似文献

Development of easy‐to‐make, highly active, and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts for water splitting is important for future renewable energy systems. Three‐dimension (3D) porous Ni/Ni8P3 and Ni/Ni9S8 electrodes are prepared by sequential treatment of commercial Ni‐foam with acid activation, followed by phosphorization or sulfurization. The resultant materials can act as self‐supported bifunctional electrocatalytic electrodes for direct water splitting with excellent activity toward oxygen evolution reaction and hydrogen evolution reaction in alkaline media. Stable performance can be maintained for at least 24 h, illustrating their versatile and practical nature for clean energy generation. Furthermore, an advanced water electrolyzer through exploiting Ni/Ni8P3 as both anode and cathode is fabricated, which requires a cell voltage of 1.61 V to deliver a 10 mA cm?2 water splitting current density in 1.0 m KOH solution. This performance is significantly better than that of the noble metal benchmark—integrated Ni/IrO2 and Ni/Pt–C electrodes. Therefore, these bifunctional electrodes have significant potential for realistic large‐scale production of hydrogen as a replacement clean fuel to polluting and limited fossil‐fuels. 相似文献

半导体同位素电池由于其寿命长、集成性优良、环境适应性强等特点成为解决MEMS能源问题的理想手段。利用4H-SiC材料的宽禁带特性,制造了4H-SiC肖特基同位素电池。对电池的耗尽层厚度以及掺杂浓度进行了优化设计,对肖特基金属进行了选择。使用4mCi/cm2的63Ni作为同位素电池的放射源对制造的同位素电池进行了测试。测试结果表明,该同位素电池可以获得31.3nW/cm2的功率密度、0.5V的开路电压、3.13×10-8A/cm2的短路电流密度和1.3%的转换效率。将电池的输出特性和硅基的平板型、3D结构电池输出特性进行了比较,证明4H-SiC肖特基同位素电池能够获得较高的功率密度。电池的性能可通过提升势垒高度、提高工艺质量、更换同位素等方式得到提高。 相似文献

Using a full configuration-interaction method with Hylleraas-Gaussian basis function, this paper investigates the 110+, 11(–1)+ and 11(–2)+ states of the hydrogen negative ion in strong magnetic fields. The total energies, electron detachment energies and derivatives of the total energy with respect to the magnetic field are presented as functions of magnetic field over a wide range of field strengths. Compared with the available theoretical data, the accuracy for the energies is enhanced significantly. The field regimes 3 < γ < 4 and 0.02 < γ < 0.05, in which the 11(–1)+ and 11(–2)+ states start to become bound, respectively, are also determined based on the calculated electron detachment energies. 相似文献

A novel all-fiber temperature-calibrated refractometer based on a compact fiber Bragg grating(FBG) single-multi-single(SMS)structure is proposed and experimentally demonstrated.The sensor head is composed of a FBG combined with a SMS structure,in which the middle multimode fiber(MMF)section is etched by a time-controlled hydrofluoric.The transmission dip of SMS is extremely sensitive to ambient refractive index(RI)variation,whereas the upstream FBG provides the necessary temperature information for RI calibration.All aforementioned functions are performed via a compact FBG-SMS structure not longer than 25 mm.The proposed sensing device provides a linear RI sensitivity over water or waterbased solutions(RI values near 1.33 at optical wavelengths for most biological and many environmental applications),and has temperature-calibration capability.Hence,the said refractometer is a good candidate for sensing in chemical and biological applications. 相似文献

空白土壤作为质量控制样品,采用邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠进行处理土壤样品为对照,用HNO3-HF-HClO4混酸对土壤样品进行消化,运用等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定了提取处理后土壤样品中Mo, Pb, As, Hg, Cr, Cd, Zn, Cu, Ni的全量以及酸可提取态、氧化物结合态、有机结合态三种化学形态的含量。获知不同pH的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液对土壤中重金属全量及形态转化作用的影响。结果表明:除Pb和Zn外,投加不同pH邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液对土壤中重金属全量的消解和测定有促进作用。邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液对土壤中Cr, Cu, Hg, Pb的酸可提取态、对土壤中As, Hg, Pb, Zn的氧化结合态、对土壤中As和Hg的有机结合态的转化有促进作用。在pH 5.8时,Cu和Hg的酸可提取态的含量最大值分别为2.180和0.632 mg·kg-1;在pH 6.2时,Pb的氧化结合态的含量最大值为27.792 mg·kg-1;在pH 6.0时,Hg的有机结合态含量最大值为4.715 mg·kg-1。 相似文献

苹果识别是开发苹果采摘机器人的关键环节,利用图像处理技术和神经网络分类器探索苹果图像分割算法.从苹果树图片中选取苹果图像样本和背景网像样本.分别计算这两类图像样本的颜色特征和纹理特征.颜色特征的计算基于RGB色彩模型,纹理特征的计算基于灰度共生矩阵.选取适当的颜色特征(R/B值)和纹理特征(对比度值和相关性值)作为输入节点,利用反向传播神经网络分类器建模,输出值是一个O~1之间的计算值.通过阈值将输出结果分类为苹果或背景.试验结果表明,该算法正确率大于87.6%,对光照的影响不敏感,是一利较为实用的苹果分割算法. 相似文献

基于工频或高频磁化条件下磁芯的测试数据不能准确反映磁芯在单次脉冲磁化下的性能,给出了一种脉冲磁化条件下磁芯性能的测试方法和数据处理方法,实验研究了快脉冲磁化条件下非晶态合金磁芯的损耗特性,磁芯最短饱和时间67 ns,最大磁化速率达到40 T/s。通过数据处理,给出了磁芯损耗与磁化速率的关系曲线,获得了不同磁化速率下磁芯的损耗数据。分析了脉冲磁化条件下涡流损耗和磁滞损耗所占的比例。研究结果表明:脉冲磁化条件下非晶态合金磁芯损耗与磁化速率关系符合饱和波模型,磁芯损耗随磁化速率增大而线性增大。 相似文献
