新型菲涅尔线聚光太阳电池组件特性分析

以PMMA为材料,采用热压成型工艺加工线聚焦菲涅尔聚光棱镜,对在其聚光条件下不同入射角度情况下太阳电池的电流电压特性进行测试,结果表明:该菲涅尔线聚焦棱镜能有效提高太阳电池的单位输出功率,而且具有比较宽泛的集光角的特性,基本满足实际应用的要求.     

Polarization Self-Modulation Phenomenon in a Free Oscillated Nd：YAG Laser

Polarization self-modulation effect in a free oscillated Nd：YAG laser is investigated after a quarter wave plate is introduced independently in the two positions of the cavity. As described in the previous experiments, the intensity components in the orthogonal directions are modulated with a period of the round-trip time or twice. Different pulse shapes reveal that the seed field from the spontaneous emission is not uniform and seems to be stochastic for each pulse.     

Cauchy problems for linear thermoelastic systems of type III in one space variable

The goal of the paper is to analyse properties of solutions for linear thermoelastic systems of type III in one space variable. Our approach does not use energy methods, it bases on a special diagonalization procedure which is different in different parts of the phase space. This procedure allows to derive explicit representations of solutions. These representations help to prove results for well‐posedness of the Cauchy problem, L^P–L^q decay estimates on the conjugate line and results for propagation of singularities. Giant Magneto-Impedance of Co50Ni22Ga28 Alloy with High Chemical Ordering

The microstructure of CosoNi22Ga28 ribbon with the L10 structure is examined. The band-like morphology is observed. These bands with the width in a range of 40-200 nm appear along the transverse direction of the ribbon. The giant magnetoimpedance （GMI） effect in this alloy is measured. The results show that Co5oNi22Ga28 exhibits a sharp peak of the GAI effect. The maximum GAH ratio up to 360% is detected. The GMI effect measured versus temperature shows large jumps of the magnetoimpedance amplitude at the reversal martensitic transformation temperature 240℃ and Curie temperature 375℃C respectively. The jump ratios of the magnetoimpedance amplitude examined at these temperatures are about 5 and 10, respectively.

Synthesis of highly condensed heterocycles using radical reactions

Using radical chemistry novel highly condensed heterocycles have been synthesized. The mechanism for their formation is discussed.
