新型铂(Ⅱ)类配合物的合成、表征和抗肿瘤活性

Seven novel platinum(Ⅱ) complexes[Pt(Ⅱ)(NH₃)(H₂O)X](Ⅰ～Ⅶ) {X=(COO^-)₂(oxalato), 2p-CH₃O-C₆H₄-COO^-(p-methyoxbenzolato), 2C₆H₅-COO^-(benzolato), 2CH₃COO^-(acetato), (CH₂)(COO^-)₂(malonato), (CH₂)₂(COO^-)₂(succinato), (CH=CH)(COO^-)₂(maleato)} have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, thermal analysis，IR, UV, and ¹H NMR spectroscopy. The antitumor activities of these complexes in vitro against EJ、HCT-8, KB, BGC-823, Bel-7402, HL-60, MCF-7 and Hela cell lines have been studied. Complex Ⅰ and Ⅴ show remarkable antitumor activities against EJ cell line, and the inhibitory rate is 45.96% and 54.32% at concentration of 10 μmol·L^-1, respectively. The inhibitory rate of the complexes Ⅱ and Ⅲ is greater than 50% against HL-60, BGC-823, KB and EJ cell lines. The inhibitory rate of the complex Ⅵ is 51.89% and 57.96% against BGC-823 and EJ cell lines. The complexes Ⅳ and Ⅶ have no antitumor activities against tested tumor cell lines. The complexes Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅵ can stem the cell cycle of HL-60 on the G₂+M.     

6-甲基-4-羟基-喹啉酸盐羟基钒(Ⅴ)(英)

The central V atom in bis[6-methyl-4-hydroxy-3-quinolinecarboxylate] mono(oxo)mono-hydroxy-vanadium(Ⅴ) (1), synthesized by the hydrothermal treatment of ethyl 6-methyl-4-hydroxy-3-quinolinecarboxylate and V₂O₅, has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed by six oxygen atoms from two oxygen atom of two hydroxy groups and two oxygen atoms of two carboxylate groups as well as one oxo group and hydroxy group. CCDC: 285592.     

大比表面积钛黑颜料的制备和表征

本文首次通过pH值控制沉淀法制备前驱物丁二酸钛肼复盐, 并进一步热分解制备大比表面积钛黑颜料-黑色钛氧化物。通过比表面积(BET)、电子能谱(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(HRSEM)、物理吸附仪、激光粒度仪和Color i5型台式分光测色仪对黑色钛氧化物进行了表征, 确定了黑色钛氧化物的组成为2TiO₂·Ti₂O₃, 其表面积为53.854 4 m²·g^-1。并考察了酸源、水合肼用量、酸钛比、反应时间、pH、NaOH浓度和煅烧温度等各种反应参数对黑色钛氧化物的颗粒尺寸、分布均匀性和黑色度的影响。用元素分析仪和等离子体光谱仪测定了前驱物组成, 确定其组成为[Ti(C₄H₄O₄)₂]_0.85·2Ti₂O₃·6N₂H₄·3H₂O, 并探讨了黑色钛氧化物形成机理, 为新型混合价材料黑色钛氧化物的制备提供重要参考依据。     

锂离子电池用α-Fe2O3-Ag复合纳米棒负极材料的制备及储锂性能

采用FeOOH纳米棒为前驱体,通过层层自组装法及随后的热处理过程制备出α-Fe2O3-Ag复合纳米棒.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和电化学性能测试对样品的形貌、结构及电化学性能进行了表征.结果表明,Ag纳米颗粒均匀地分布在α-Fe2O3纳米棒的表面.作为锂离子电池负极材料,α-Fe2O3-Ag复合纳米棒表现出了较好的循环性能和较高的比容量.180个循环后,其比容量高达549.8 mA.h/g.     

ZnO/Ag复合膜的制备及其润湿性转换研究

利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了ZnO/Ag复合膜. 采用X射线粉末衍射和扫描电子显微镜对其物相组成、 晶型结构以及表面形貌进行了表征, 采用接触角测试仪对其润湿性进行了表征, 并研究了紫外光照射下Ag的掺杂量对ZnO薄膜润湿性的影响. 结果表明, 当Ag掺杂量(摩尔分数)为5%时, 所得膜的润湿性转换速率最快, 紫外光照3 h后, 其润湿性由超疏水性转换为亲水性, 黑暗中放置5 d后, 亲水性再次转换为超疏水, 实现了润湿性的可逆转换.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fluorescent Property of One New Complex [Na2（2-benzoylbenzoato）4（Phen）2（H2O）2]·H2O

One binuclear sodium(Ⅰ) complex [Na2(2-benzoylbenzoato)4(Phen)2(H2O)2]·H2O has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid and 1,10-henanthroline as ligands. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system with space group P , a = 1.08096(8), b = 1.09619(8), c = 1.09740(8) nm, α = 79.0600(1), β = 71.0450(1), γ = 62.0540(1)o, V = 1.08533(1) nm3, Dc = 1.421 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 484, GOOF = 1.036, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0961. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring sodium(Ⅰ) ions are linked together by two bridging water molecules, and each end position is coordinated with one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and one 2-benzoylbenzoato to form a binuclear structure. Each sodium(Ⅰ) ion in the molecule is coordinated with five atoms to give a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The fluorescence property of the title complex is also discussed.     

丙烯腈废水中有机物的高压放电法降解机理

利用气相色谱-质谱探讨了丙烯腈废水中有机物的高压放电法降解机理.结果表明:丙烯腈的氰基首先被破坏生成丙烯酸,丙烯酸进一步被氧化生成乙酸,乙酸降解为甲酸,最后生成CO2.丁二腈首先降解为丁二酸,丁二酸再生成丙酸,并逐步降解为乙酸、甲酸,最后生成CO2.二氰乙基胺在降解过程中依次生成丙腈、丙酸、乙酸和甲酸,最后生成CO2....
