Multifunctional nanocarriers based on the up‐conversion luminescent nanoparticles of NaYF4:Yb3+/Er3+ core (UCNPs) and thermo/pH‐coupling sensitive polymer poly[(N‐isopropylacrylamide)‐co‐(methacrylic acid)] (P(NIPAm‐co‐MAA)) gated mesoporous silica shell are reported for cancer theranostics, including fluorescence imaging, and for controlled drug release for therapy. The as‐synthesized hybrid nanospheres UCNPs@mSiO2‐P(NIPAm‐co‐MAA) show bright green up‐conversion fluorescence under 980 nm laser excitation and the thermo/pH‐sensitive polymer is active as a “valve” to moderate the diffusion of the embedded drugs in‐and‐out of the pore channels of the silica container. The anticancer drug doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX) can be absorbed into UCNPs@mSiO2‐P(NIPAm‐co‐MAA) nanospheres and the composite drug delivery system (DDS) shows a low level of leakage at low temperature/high pH values but significantly enhanced release at higher temperature/lower pH values, exhibiting an apparent thermo/pH controlled “on‐off” drug release pattern. The as‐prepared UCNPs@mSiO2‐P(NIPAm‐co‐MAA) hybrid nanospheres can be used as bioimaging agents and biomonitors to track the extent of drug release. The reported multifunctional nanocarriers represent a novel and versatile class of platform for simultaneous imaging and stimuli‐responsive controlled drug delivery. 相似文献

Though urgently needed, high-efficiency near-infrared (NIR) organic light-emitting diode (OLED) is still rare due to the energy-gap law. Formation of intermolecular charge-transfer aggregates (CTA) with nonadiabatic coupling suppression can decelerate non-radiative decay rates for high-efficiency NIR-OLEDs. However, the aggregation effect of CTA is still not fully understood, which limits the rational design of CTA. Herein, two CTA molecules with a same π-framework but different terminal substituents are developed to unveil the aggregation effect. In highly ordered crystalline states, the terminal substituents substantially affect the molecular packing motifs and intermolecular charge-transfer states, thus leading to distinct photophysical properties. In comparison, in amorphous states, these two CTA demonstrate similar photophysical behaviors and properties due to their similar molecular packing and intermolecular interactions as evidenced by molecular dynamics simulations. Importantly, the formations of amorphous CTA trigger multifunction improvements such as aggregation-induced NIR emission, aggregation-induced thermally activated delayed fluorescence, self-doping and self-host features. The non-doped OLEDs demonstrate NIR emissions centered at 788 and 803 nm, and high maximum external quantum efficiencies of 2.6% and 1.5% with small efficiency roll-off, respectively. This study provides deeper insight into the aggregation effect of CTA and lays a foundation for the development of high-efficiency NIR non-doped OLEDs. 相似文献

A quasi-orthogonal group space-time architecture to achieve a better diversity-multiplexing tradeoff 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Most existing MIMO (multiput-input multiput-output) schemes optimize only either the diversity gain or the multiplexing gain. To obtain a good tradeoff between these two, the quasi-orthogonal group space-time (QoGST) architecture is proposed, wherein the transmit stream is subgrouped but encoded via an inter-group space-time block encoder, with group interference suppression at the receiver. This paper also considers another combined space-time coding and layered space-time architecture, which we refer to as group layered space-time (GLST), where space-time block coding is employed within each group. Under the assumption of Rayleigh fading and a prior perfect channel state information at the receiver, a performance analysis will demonstrate that both QoGST and GLST can achieve a good diversity-multiplexing tradeoff. QoGST is even superior to GLST. Simulation results will validate our analysis and further show that compared to the existent layered space-time block code (LSTBC) scheme, both QoGST and GLST can achieve a significant performance gain 相似文献

Dry etching of C-plane sapphire wafer has been studied using Ga+ focused ion beam milling (FIBM). Due to a much lower milling rate of sapphire compared to GaN, it has been proven that gas-assisted FIBM (GAFIBM) is a necessity. Furthermore, it needs to be determined whether XeF2- or I2-GAFIBM can improve the technique. We found that XeF2-GAFIBM gave the highest milling rate. The obtained enhancement factor of the XeF2-GAFIBM milling rate compared to FIBM rate varied from 2.3 to 1.2 for the ion beam current in the range 20 pA-1 nA. A favorable milling rate selectivity of sapphire to nickel film of about 1.5 was obtained by XeF2-GAFIBM at 350 pA. We have successfully fabricated a variety of 2D sapphire-based submicron pillar or hole arrays in regular crystals, quasicrystals and aperiodic symmetries. The nearest neighbor distance was down to 230 nm. The depth achieved was deeper than 400 nm. The air filling factor ranged from 12% to 60%. These sapphire-based 2D microstructures were applied on flip-chip GaN-based light emitting diodes (LEDs) and more than 40% improvement in light extraction was obtained. 相似文献

激光淬火工艺具有节能环保、质量高的优点。研究薄板零件激光淬火时所形成的温度场对将激光淬火应用于薄板零件表面强化的实际工作中具有重要的作用。本文通过对45钢和铸铁HT250之间接触面的接触热阻进行实验测试,通过数据分析得出了相应的接触热阻经验关系式。利用Abaqus软件模拟薄板表面激光淬火,其中将实验所得的接触热阻经验关系式代入,得到了相应薄板表面淬火温度场。通过与不考虑接触热阻的零件表面淬火温度场仿真结果进行对比,得出了接触热阻对薄板零件表面激光淬火所形成的温度场的影响。研究成果可对薄板表面激光淬火工艺应用于实践提供指导。 相似文献
