分数导数结合傅里叶最小二乘拟合处理含噪音的重迭信号

提出了一种含噪音重迭信号的综合处理方法 :先用傅里叶最小二乘法拟合噪音数据 ,然后对拟合后的信号求 2 .5次导数 ,在对模拟数据研究的基础上 ,讨论了求导后峰位漂移及其影响因素 ,给出了一个用于矫正峰位值的经验公式。用该方法对模拟和实际的紫外含噪音重迭信号进行处理 ,结果良好     

聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯化学扩链反应

综述了用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（ＰＥＴ）、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（ＰＢＴ）化学扩链反应的羧基加成型和羟基加成型扩链剂，以及缩合型扩链反应、羧基加成型扩链反应和羟基加成型扩链反应、羧羟基同时加成型扩链反应。讨论了扩链反应、反应特性和扩链产物的性能，并简要介绍了国内研究概况。参考文献２０篇。     

Ab initio studies on vibrational spectra of XSO2NCO (X = F,Cl): harmonic force fields and frequency assignments

The harmonic vibrational force fields and the IR spectrum of XSO₂NCO (X= F, C1) molecules have been studied usingab initio HF/SCF method with the 6-31G’ basis set. Theab initio harmonic force fields are scaled empirically using the scaled quantum mechanical (SQM) method of Pulay. A set of scale factors are optimized by the least-squares fitting to the experimental frequencies of FSO₂NCO and then are transferred to CISO₂NCO to give ana priori prediction of its fundamental frequencies. The average deviations between the theoretical frequencies and the experimental values for FSO₂NCO and C1SO₂NCO are 3 and 5 cm^-1, respectively. The assignments of the fundamentals for these two molecules are also made atcording to the potential energy distributions and theab initio IR intensities Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No. 29673029)     

Different protein expression of myocardium from Chinese mini-swine model of myocardial infarct

High-resolution two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE), followed by computer-assisted image analysis was used to screen protein patterns of normal and infarcted myocardial tissues for quantitative and qualitative differences in protein expression. In the gels of pH 5–8 immobilized pH gradient (IPG) strips, 851 protein spots were detected in normal myocardial tissue and 1 032 protein spots were resolved in infarcted myocardial tissue. Thirteen protein spots only expressed in normal myocardial tissue, and 14 protein spots only expressed in infarcted myocardial tissue. Results also showed that 49 protein spots displayed quantitative changes in expression between normal and infarcted myocardial tissue. Eleven protein spots were subjected to mass spectrometry (MS) analysis and seven proteins were identified by peptide mass fingerprinting (PMF). 偏氟乙烯的聚合反应

本文研究了用有机引发剂引发偏氟乙烯的水相聚合,并对制得的聚偏氟乙烯的性质进行了研究。有机引发剂引发聚合的聚偏氟乙烯的热稳定性、强度、结晶度和熔点均比用过硫酸盐引发聚合的聚偏氟乙烯高。     

Application of diaza-18-crown-6-capped beta-cyclodextrin bonded silica particles as chiral stationary phases for ultrahigh pressure capillary liquid chromatography

Two bonded chiral stationary phases (CSPs), 8-aminoquinoline-2-ylmethyl- and 8-aminoquinoline-7-ylmethyl-diaza-18-crown-6-capped [3-(2-O-beta-cyclodextrin)-2-hydroxypropoxy]propylsilyl silica particles (non-porous, 1.5 microm), have been prepared and evaluated using capillary liquid chromatography at high pressures (> or = 8000 p.s.i.). High column efficiency (up to 400 000 plates m(-1)) was achieved for chiral separations. These CSPs with two recognition sites, i.e. substituted-diaza-18-crown-6 and beta-cyclodextrin combined with high chromatographic efficiency provide good resolution of a variety of enantiomers and positional isomers in relatively short times under reversed-phase conditions. After inclusion of a Ni (II) ion from the mobile phase, the positively charged crown ether-capped beta-cyclodextrin facilitates specific static, dipolar, and host-guest complexation interactions with solutes.     

氢谱在甾醇类化合物定量和纯度分析中的应用

用^1HNMR谱可定量确定繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidon perleve)中分离得到的结构类似的甾醇类化合物的含量，这种方法是对鉴定分析组成复杂而性质很相近的天然甾醇化合物的新思路。     

用共振电离飞行时间质谱仪分析土壤中超痕量气态金

采用激光共振电离飞行时间质谱技术（简称ＲＩＳ－ＴＯＦ技术）对土壤中超痕量气态金的含量进行了分析研究。ＲＩＳ－ＴＯＦ谱仪具有极高的灵敏度和很强的选择性，避免了对样品的预富集过程。本文给出了该谱仪对金元素的检测限和６５个土壤中气态金样品的分析结果，以及用中子活化法随机抽样检查的结果。     

Co-immobilization of polymeric luminol,iron(II) tris(5-aminophenanthroline) and glucose oxidase at an electrode surface,and its application as a glucose optrode

The anodic polymerization of 3-aminophthalhydrazide (luminol) and iron(II) tris 5-aminophenanthroline (Fe(phen-NH2)3(2+)) has been reported in this paper. A bilayer electrode was developed based on these polymers and the ITO conductive glass (denoted ITO[Fe(phen-NH2)3(2+)]luminol electrode). This electrode emitted light (lambdaem: 430 nm) as it was brought into contact with H2O2. At pH 10, the resulting electrochemiluminescence (ECL) showed a linear relationship with the concentration of H2O2 in the range of 10 microM(-1) mM. This bilayer electrode also showed an application potential for the detection of glucose after being further modified with glucose oxidase (denoted ITO[Fe(phen-NH2)3(2+)]luminol]GOx electrode). Although the resulting ECL decayed more rapidly in concentrated glucose solutions (e.g., I M) because of the consumption of luminol during use, the decay became less severe in diluted glucose solutions (e.g., 10 mM). According to the flow injection analysis, a linear relationship existed between the ECL and the concentration of glucose from 10(-5)-10(-3) M at pH 9. The detection limit could reach a level of 5 x 10(-5) M at this pH.     

精制煤液化中油加氢裂化制取喷气燃料的研究

在实验室固定床反应装置上,选用Mo-Ni-P/Si-Al工业催化剂,对精煤液化中油进行了加氢裂化制取喷气燃料的实验。考察了反应温度、空速对芳烃加氢转化及产品馏分分布的影响。通过加氢裂化,降低了油品芳烃含量,提高了喷气燃料馏分的收率。在总压为15MPa,反应温度为350—360℃,空速为0.8—1.0h~(-1)条件下,获得了芳烃含量低于10w%的低结晶点的优质喷气燃料产品。并对煤液化中油制取的喷气燃料的组成和性质进行了分析和评价。
