The electronic properties of graphene are very sensitive to its dielectric environment. The coupling to a metal substrate can give rise to many novel quantum effects in graphene, such as band renormalization and plasmons with unusual properties, which are of high technological interest. Infrared nanoimaging are very suitable for exploring these effects considering their energy and length scales. Here, we report near-field infrared nanoimaging studies of graphene on copper synthesized by chemical vapor deposition. Remarkably, our measurements reveal three different types of near-field optical responses of graphene, which are very distinct from the near-field edge fringes observed in the substrate. These results can be understood from the modification of optical conductivity of graphene due to its coupling with the substrate. Our work provides a framework for identifying the near-field response of graphene in graphene/metal systems and paves the way for studying their novel physics and potential applications. 相似文献

研究一类状态依赖脉冲控制的害虫管理数学模型,当害虫的数量达到一定的临界值时,通过释放天敌和喷洒农药使得害虫的数量不超过经济危害水平.首先利用几何分析和后继函数方法得到了系统阶1周期解的存在性,进而运用类Poincare准则证明系统阶1周期解是轨道渐近稳定的.结论表明在一定的条件下,总能将害虫控制在经济危害水平以内,从而人们在农业生产过程中能够获得最大收益.证明系统存在阶1周期解的方法可推广到其它状态依赖脉冲反馈模型中. 相似文献

本文基于配体交换的机理,研究了以脯氨酸手性离子液体作为手性配体拆分扁桃酸(MA)对映体的方法及热力学过程。详细考察了手性离子液体的烷基链长、铜离子的浓度、离子液体的浓度和pH等因素对MA对映体分离的影响。研究发现,不同烷基链长的手性离子液体中,以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑L-脯氨酸为配体时,MA对映体的拆分效果最好;随着铜离子浓度的增加,MA对映体的保留时间和分离度先增大再减小;而随着1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑L-脯氨酸离子液体的浓度和流动相pH的增大,保留时间和分离度均增大。本文还测定了拆分过程中的一些热力学参数,结果表明,MA对映体的拆分过程是一个焓控的过程,L-MA较D-MA与固定相有更强的相互作用,保留时间更长。 相似文献

对MHD(mechanisms of magnetohy drodynamics)控制超声速平板湍流边界层的机理进行了理论研究和数值模拟. 理论上,采用等离子体低频近似碰撞频率模型,建立等离子体中电子和离子的力平衡方程,得到等离子体速度、极化电场以及边界层速度. 数值上,通过空间HLLE格式、LU--SGS时间推进求解时均磁流体动力学湍流方程,其中湍流模型采用sst--k\omega双方程模型. 研究结果表明:(1)边界层速度的理论结果和数值结果误差在7%范围内;(2)只有磁场而电场为零时,洛仑兹力起到减小摩阻的作用. 施加电场后,洛仑兹力能够加速边界层低速区流体;(3) 在边界层外层,越靠近壁面,作用参数越小;而在边界层近壁区黏性底层,虽然惯性力减小, 但黏性力却迅速增加,因此越靠近壁面,作用参数反而越大,加速低速流的代价增加. 相似文献

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that is closely associated with the occurrence and deterioration of cardiovascular disease, depression and other diseases. The evaluation of pharmacological treatments for insomnia brings significant clinical implications. In this study, a total of 20 patients with mild insomnia and 75 healthy subjects as controls (HC) were included to explore alterations of electroencephalogram (EEG) complexity associated with insomnia and its pharmacological treatment by using multi-scale permutation entropy (MPE). All participants were recorded for two nights of polysomnography (PSG). The patients with mild insomnia received a placebo on the first night (Placebo) and temazepam on the second night (Temazepam), while the HCs had no sleep-related medication intake for either night. EEG recordings from each night were extracted and analyzed using MPE. The results showed that MPE decreased significantly from pre-lights-off to the period during sleep transition and then to the period after sleep onset, and also during the deepening of sleep stage in the HC group. Furthermore, results from the insomnia subjects showed that MPE values were significantly lower for the Temazepam night compared to MPE values for the Placebo night. Moreover, MPE values for the Temazepam night showed no correlation with age or gender. Our results indicated that EEG complexity, measured by MPE, may be utilized as an alternative approach to measure the impact of sleep medication on brain dynamics. 相似文献

In this study, a series of coumarin derivatives were designed and synthesized, their structures were characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) testing methods. In the pharmacological experiment, two behavior-monitoring methods, the forced swim test (FST) and the tail suspension test (TST), were used to determine the antidepressant activity of coumarin derivatives. Compounds that showed potential activity were analyzed for their effects on 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) levels in the brains of mice. Molecular docking experiments to simulate the possible interaction of these compounds with the 5-HT1A receptor was also be predicted. The results of the pharmacological experiments showed that most coumarin derivatives exhibited significant antidepressant activity. Among these compounds, 7-(2-(4-(4-fluorobenzyl)piperazin-1-yl)-2-oxoethoxy)-2H-chromen-2-one (6i) showed the highest antidepressant activity. The results of the measurement of 5-HT levels in the brains of mice indicate that the antidepressant activity of coumarin derivatives may be mediated by elevated 5-HT levels. The results of molecular docking demonstrated that compound 6i had a significant interaction with amino acids around the active site of the 5-HT1A receptor in the homology model. The physicochemical and pharmacokinetic properties of the target compounds were also predicted using Discovery Studio (DS) 2020 and Chemdraw 14.0. 相似文献
