HfOxNy的场发射特性

用直流溅射和高温退火相结合的方法制备了HfOxNy薄膜并测试了其场发射性能,发现其具有较低的开启电场、较大的发射电流密度以及很好的发射稳定性.高压"锻炼"对提高HfOxNy场发射性能起着关键作用,这与高压"锻炼"下薄膜内部结构和表面性质的改变有关.对场发射机理的研究表明,HfOxNy的场发射符合经典的FN隧穿理论.     

Time-Space Label Switching Protocol (TSL-SP)—A New Paradigm of Network Resource Assignment

In this paper we propose a new protocol called time-space label switching protocol (TSL-SP) in optical burst switching (OBS), and define the terms time-space label (TSL) and time-space routing (TSR). An important concept of response time is introduced in the time label mechanism. The TSL-SP is a new technology that can quickly and efficiently forward data with a label on the optical networks. A two-dimension label switched path (TD-LSP) can be set up, that is maintained and deleted by the TSL-SP. For clearly illuminating the operation principles of the TSL-SP, we propose a new approach of orthogonal time-space coordinates in which the vertical coordinate is the space label and the horizontal coordinate is the time label. The proposed TD-LSP can dramatically reduce the routing failure probability and greatly improve the link network efficiency compared with other signaling protocols. Moreover, we define the time-space label control plane that can achieve the higher efficiency. When the TSL-SP is applied to networks, switching performance can be improved by two orders compared to the switching performance with the conventional OBS signaling protocols. The fundamental goal of TSL-SP is to band the signaling and routing functions together closely. Also, the TSL-SP can reduce the complexity of the network, support automatic service offering, and provide traffic engineering.     

DDS技术在数字激光相位测距仪中的应用

本文介绍了直接数字合成(DDS)技术在激光相位测距仪中的应用。使用该技术研制的数字激光相位测距仪具有操作简便、携带方便、性能可靠的特点，测相精度优于干分之一。     

北京自由电子激光最近进展──实现饱和振荡

北京自由电子激光(BFEL)装置于1993年底在10.68μm处实现了饱和振荡.输出激光能量为3mJ,饱和平顶宽度2μs.对应饱和振荡平均功率为210kW(宏脉冲),峰值功率约为20MW,比自发辐射高8个量级,单程小讯号净增益为24%,转换效率为0.45%,与理论预期结果相符.光束质量接近衍射极限.目前装置可工作于9-11μm.     

高精度节能型电力稳压器

分析了现有交流稳压器的特点和不足,提出了新一代数控稳压器的理论和实际无均差系统的方法,给出了超高精度无均差稳压系统的实现方法.经全乐科技公司模拟试验,获得了很好的结果.市电220.4 V和220.5 V,试验样机采用3 V、9 V和27 V这3个变压器,已达到优于±1%的精度,符合大部分负载的实际需要,经用户单位试用半年,效果非常满意.     

EXPONENTIAL STABILITY AND PERIODIC SOLUTION OF HYBRID BIDIRECTIONAL ASSOCIATIVE MEMORY NEURAL NETWORKS WITH DISCRETE DELAYS

In this paper, we study the existence, uniqueness, and the global exponential stability of the periodic solution and equilibrium of hybrid bidirectional associative memory neural networks with discrete delays. By ingeniously importing real parameters di > 0 (i = 1,2, …, n) which can be adjusted, making use of the Lyapunov functional method and some analysis techniques, some new sufficient conditions are established. Our results generalize and improve the related results in [9]. These conditions can be used both to design globally exponentially stable and periodical oscillatory hybrid bidirectional associative neural networks with discrete delays, and to enlarge the area of designing neural networks. Our work has important significance in related theory and its application.     

Assembly and Photophysics of Ternary Luminescent Lanthanide Molecular Complex Systems

In this paper, according to the molecular fragment principle, a series of eight ternary luminescent lanthanide complex systems were assembled, and whose compositions were determined with elemental analysis and infrared spectrum: Ln(MA)₃(L)·H₂O, where Ln = Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy; HMA = α‐methylacrylic acid; L = 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy). The photophysical properties of these functional molecular systems were studied with ultraviolet‐visible absorption spectrum, and fluorescence excitation and emission spectrum. It was found that the heterocylic compounds (phen and bipy) act as the main energy donor and luminescence sensitizer for their suitable energy match and effective energy transfer to the emission energy level of Ln³⁺ ions. MMA ligand was only used as the terminal structural ligand to influence the luminescence. Especially terbium complex systems show the strongest luminescence for the optimum energy match and transfer between phen (bipy) and Tb³⁺ ion.     

Fixed Point Theorems on Product Topological Spaces and Applications

A new collectively fixed point theorem for a family of set-valued mappings defined on product spaces of non-compact topological spaces without linear structure is proved and some special cases are also discussed. As applications, some non-empty intersection theorems of sets with convex sections and equilibrium existence theorem of abstract economies are obtained under much weaker assumptions. Our results includes a number of known results as many special cases.
