Raman spectroscopic study of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18

Raman spectra of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 （SBTi5） are reported to consist of four different Raman bands. Temperature-dependent spectra reveal the relationship between the lattice vibration and the material＇s structure. There appears a relatively large change in structure of the material at about 273K, The anharmonic potential of the material has a great influence on its phonon mode full width at half maximum （FWHM）, which can be expressed by a function of temperature. Theoretical fittings of the FWHMs for the two modes at around 312 cm^-1 and 464cm^-1 indicate that the latter phonon mode is more anharmonic than the former one.     

Flat-top interleavers with chromatic dispersion compensator based on phase dispersive free space Mach-Zehnder interferometer

In this paper, novel interleavers using circular cavities (CC) in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) has been presented and demonstrated for the first time, in which CCs act as phase dispersive mirrors which exhibit a periodic dependence on the frequency of light. Three implementation schemes have been proposed and investigated. Theoretical analysis shows the spectral characteristics of each scheme in a 50-GHz channel spacing application. Furthermore, the chromatic dispersion (CD) of each output comb can be flattened within passband by appending an additional CC. The result shows that the proposed designs with novel interferometer technique can simultaneously provide flat top passbands, high isolation stopband and low CD value as well.

A generalized existence theorem of BSDEs

In this Note, we deal with one-dimensional backward stochastic differential equations (BSDEs) where the coefficient is left-Lipschitz in y (may be discontinuous) and Lipschitz in z, but without explicit growth constraint. Al-Cu-Fe系初生准晶相凝固过程的电子显微分析

采用包括金相（OM），粉末X射线衍射（XRD），扫描电子显微镜（SEM）观察和透射电子显微（TEM）分析等方法，研究了铸态Al592.Cu36.8Fe3.0Si1.0合金（700℃保温2．5h后水淬）的显微组织及相组成。发现铸锭中存在4种相：准晶I相，τ3相（或φ相），θ－Al2Cu相和η－AlCu相，凝固过程可描述为：初生晶是准晶Ⅰ相；在保温过程中发生包晶或共晶反应（L＋i→τ3(或φ）或L→τ3（或φ）＋i)形成的τ3相（或φ相），呈微畴结构；而剩余液体水淬形成θ－Al2Cu相和η－AlCu 相。     

CH分子束的强度与CH_4/He混合配比的关系及CH(A~2Δ)振转温度的计算

为了获得CH分子束及其相关特性,以氦气为载气,利用直流脉冲放电技术产生了CH分子束。实验记录了放电时间相对于脉冲分子束不同延时CH光谱信号强度的变化,放电相对延时为460μs左右获得最大的信号强度。研究了在保持CH4/He总气压3 atm和放电电压-4 kV不变的条件下CH分子束强度与不同配比的关系,建立了理论模型,对实验数据进行了理论拟合,拟合曲线与实验结果符合较好,配比为1%(甲烷与氦的气压比为1∶99)左右能够维持较稳定的放电现象和较强的放电强度而获得较强的CH自由基束流。在这一配比下对CH(A2Δ-X2Π)(0,0)带发射光谱进行探测和分析,获得CH(A2Δ)转动温度和振动温度分别为2455 K和4575 K,并估计此时每个脉冲中大约包含1013~1014个CH自由基。     

加载单极子天线的时域辐射特性

基本的单极子天线由于其本身的特社会在天线内部对馈入的信号进行多次反射，严重,制约着它的辐射性能。采用时域有限差分法对比计算了加载与非加载单极子天线的时域辐射特性。计算结果表明，加载是改善单极子天线时域辐射性能的最佳选择，但需要以牺牲辐射效率为代价。     

薄膜波导光隔离器和光电子单片集成技术

叙述了Ｂｉ，Ａｌ：ＹＩＧ薄膜的液相外延生长，研究了这种薄膜材料的光吸收系数、法拉第旋转角、磁光优值及生长感生磁各向异性与Ｂｉ含量的关系。在此基础上，连续外延生长了作单模磁光波导的双层Ｂｉ，Ａｌ：ＹＩＣ薄膜。光纤偏振器的使用使薄膜波导光隔离器向实用化迈进了一步，恒磁薄膜作偏磁场为器件集成化作出了贡献。采用ＭＯＣＶＤ技术，在ＧＧＧ（钆镓石榴石）基片上同时外延生长Ⅲ－Ⅴ族半导体薄膜和钇铁石榴石（ＹＩＧ）薄膜，把光隔离器和磁光光源直接集成在一起，是一种非常有前景的光电子集成组件。     

混沌电路同步的研究

本文叙述对混沌电路实现同步控制的实验研究之初步结果。所用的电路为蔡氏电路和锁相环电路。这项研究工作在通信系统中有应用前景。
