Effect of Sputtering Parameters on Film Composition,Crystal Structure,and Coercivity of SmCo Based Films Deposited on Si （100） Substrates

The sputtering parameter mediated composition （SPMC） effect of 3.0-μm-thick SmCo-based films is experimentally and theoretically studied. The experimental results give a clear indication that the Sm concentration increases with the decreasing sputtering power or with the increasing Ar gas pressure, which are in agreement with the calculated values when the preferential sputtering effect is disregarded. The SPMC effect provides an opportunity for the same composite target to fabricate films with an Sm concentration varying from 13.8at.% to 17.3at.%, which is reasonable for the magnetic phase transformation （Sm2Co17→SmCo7→SmCo5） and the enhanced coercivity.     

Comparative Spermatology of Protura and Its Significance on Proturan Systematics

A comparative study on the ultrastructure of the spermatozoa of 20 species of Protura belonging to 16 genera and 8 families was conducted. The most remarkable characteristics are the unexpected diversity of the spermatozoa, both in shape and fine structure. In general they can be grouped into two main categories: long flagellate spermatozoa and short aflagellate ones. Accordingly two sperm evolutionary lines of the spermatozoa were obtained: one trends towards the complicated acrosome structure and the increased number of axonemal doublets, and the other line is to shorten cell form and simplify sperm structure. The results indicate that the spermatozoa of Hesperentomon may be the primitive type, and the spermatozoa of Eosentomids probably represent the most evolved type. A sperm evolutionary tree was drawn according to the apomorphies of proturan spermatozoa. The phylogenetic position of Protura was also discussed.     

聚合物载体-稀土金属络合物的研究Ⅱ.在聚合物载体-钕络合物催化体系下丁二烯的定向聚合

本文介绍了由苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物载体-钕络合物组成的新型丁二烯定向聚合催化体系SAAC·Nd-Al(C_2H_5)_2Cl-Al(i-C_4H_9)_3,研究了该体系的组分、组分比对体系活性的影响,考察了不同烷基铝、聚合物载体-钕络合物的表征参数与催化活性的关系。该体系有良好的活性和定向效应。聚丁二烯的顺式-1,4结构含量高达98％。     

A Minor New Flavone from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

A new flavone,6,2′-dihydroxy-5,7,8,6′-tetramethoxyflavone,was isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. Its structure was established on the basis of spectral evidences.

Phase Transfer Catalyzed Synthesis under Ultrasonic Irradiation and Bioactivity of N''''-(4,6-Disubstituted-pyrimidin-2-yl)-N-(5-aryl-2-furoyl) Thiourea Derivatives

Acylthiourea derivatives are useful as pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and regulator for plant growth, and also as important intermediates in the organic synthesis. In recent years, phase transfer catalysis reaction technique has been widely recognized as an efficient synthetic tool and attracted much attention. In view of these observations, a series of 5-aryl-2-furoyl thioureas containing substituted pyrimidine ring were synthesized using PEG-400 as solid-liquid phase transfer catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation. All of the new compounds have been exactly determined by IR, 1H NMRand elemental analysis.     

电位滴定法测定半胱氨酸和胱氨酸的研究及应用

本文报道了以Hg^2 为滴定剂,涂丝Ag-Ag2S电极指示,电位滴定法测定复杂体系中半胱氨酸和胱氨酸的新方法。滴定终点突跃明显,检测下限1mg／L,回收率97％～99％。方法简便、快捷、灵敏。     

干法灰化-铬天青S光度法测定血清铝含量

建立了一种快速、灵敏测定血清铝的分光光度方法。血清标本经灰化处理后 ,在表面活性剂CPC存在下 ,用铬天青S (CAS)作显色剂测定血清铝 ,线性范围 0～ 7 4μmol/L ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 6% ,批内变异系数 (CV)和批间变异系数分别为 0 0 2 8和 0 0 3 7,与Al-CAS络合法比较具有良好的相关性 ,y =0 .990 2x -0 0 1 3 0 ,r =0 .9977,P >0 0 5。 42例健康人血清铝含量为 0 92～ 4 1 6μmol/L ( x± 2s)。用本法测定血清铝方法简便、灵敏可靠 ,适合临床应用。     

以二硫代水杨酸和咪唑基化合物为配体的锰配合物的合成、晶体结构及磁性

以MnCl₂·4H₂O, H₂DSBA(二硫代水杨酸)和FBIX(2, 3, 5, 6-四氟-1, 4-二咪唑基亚甲基苯)为原料, 采用水热的方法得到了一个二维配位聚合物[Mn(DSBA)(FBIX)_0.5]_n。通过元素分析、红外光谱以及X-射线单晶洐射对其进行了表征。该晶体属单斜晶系, P2₁/c空间群。Mn(Ⅱ)离子通过2个DSBA配体桥联形成一维链状结构, 链与链再通过FBIX配体连接成二维层状结构。变温磁化率显示羧酸桥联的双核锰之间存在反铁磁相互作用。     

中空纤维脂质体微筛选及其用于中药中香豆素类和木脂素类可透膜成分群的筛选和捕获

建立了中空纤维脂质体微筛选(Hollow fiber liposome microscreening,HFLMS)研究中药透膜化合物的方法。以中空纤维为脂质体载体,在模拟人体自然吸收的条件下,对中药提取液中可透膜化合物进行了筛选,并用HPLC进行分析。本研究在对空白和脂质体中空纤维表面性质表征的基础上,对中空纤维活性中心与目标物的非特异性结合和HFLMS方法的重现性进行了考察;将HFLMS与HPLC结合,分别对中药材蛇床子、补骨脂、羌活、独活提取液中透过脂质体的香豆素类成分群和五味子提取液中透过脂质体的木脂素类成分群进行了筛选和捕获;通过与对照品的色谱保留时间比对,对筛选出的与脂质体结合的部分化合物进行了结构鉴别。
