A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias. 相似文献

The kinetics of complexation reaction of Cu(II) with 9-ethyl-3-carbazolecarboxaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone (ECCAT) has been
examined spectrophotometrically. The ligand was synthesized for the first time. The complexation reaction was carried out
in a DMF-water medium at 35°C. The complex has maximum absorbance at 393 nm. Kinetic and activation parameters of the complexation
reaction were calculated by the Arrhenius and Eyring equations using the data obtained from investigating the effect of temperature
on reaction rates under the specified conditions. We also proposed reaction rate equations. Based on the studied complexation
reaction, a simple kinetic method for the spectrophotometric determination of copper(II) has been developed. The calibration
graphs are linear in the concentration range 0.2–1.9 μg/mL. The species that caused interference were investigated.

为提升机器人对电缆隧道场景的环境感知能力,提出了一种适用于电缆隧道场景的实时语义分割网络。使用Transformer结构提取图像全局语义信息,同时使用卷积神经网络捕获图像局部细节信息,将二者结合增强图像分割精度。同时,针对机器人以及隧道特点,将语义分割结果转化为机器人前方目标信息以及机器人偏离情况信息,辅助机器人导航避障。实验结果表明,所提出的网络在公共数据集Cityscapes、CamVid上平均交叉联合度量分别为77.2%、76.8%,相比BiSeNet分别提高了8.8%、8.1%,并能较好地适应于实际电缆隧道环境中,提供有效的场景感知信息,实现自主避障。 相似文献

This paper is devoted to introduce a novel complex fifth-order memristive circuit system and its applications in synchronous stability and weak signal detection. Firstly, the typical dynamical behaviors of the memristive system are discussed by chaotic phase portrait, complexity analysis, one-parameter bifurcation and Lyapunov exponent spectrum. Secondly, the adaptive control method is applied to realize the synchronization between the drive memristive system (DMS) and the response memristive system (RMS). The results indicate that the synchronization method has strong robustness and anti-interference ability. Thirdly, the weak signal detection of the novel five-dimensional memristive system is realized by using the extreme sensitivity of chaotic system to initial values. Finally, the fifth-order memristive circuit is designed by using basic electronic elements and simulated by Multisim software. And the anti-interference ability and sensitivity of the fifth-order memristive circuit are further verified by adding different weak disturbance signals at different positions of the circuit. 相似文献

With the development of organic solar cells (OSCs), the high-performance and stable batch variance are becoming a new challenge for designing polymer donors. To obtain high photovoltaic performance, adopting polymers with high molecular weight as donors is an ordinary strategy. However, the high molecular weight need to subtly control the reaction time and state, inevitably caused batch-to-batch variations. Herein, a strategy of steric effect is applied to benzodifuran (BDF)-based polymer by introducing different positions of Cl atom, producing two polymers PBDFCl-1 and PBDFCl-2. The more twisted side chains conformation not only achieve the control of moderate molecular weight for PBDFCl-2, but also easily form molecular stacking through adopting BDF unit and maintain sufficient polymeric crystallinity. Due to the optimized stacking mode and good blend miscibility, PBDFCl-2-based device exhibitsa more elegant power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 17.00% compared to PBDFCl-1-based device. This is the highest efficiency record for BDF-based binary OSCs. Meanwhile, the PCE device variation of the different molecular weights for PBDFCl-2 is little, indicating the reduction of the batch variation. Therefore, smartly using steric effect of Cl atom in strong crystalline BDF unit can form efficient molecular stacking regulations and realize the coordination of high-performance and stable batch variance. 相似文献
