Optical bistability based on surface plasmon coupled between two noble metal films involving Kerr materials

We successfully investigate an optical bistability phenomenon in a layered structure consisting of Kretschmann configuration involving the Kerr-type nonlinear and the silver film. Pure theoretical approaches are employed to investigate that the surface plasmon could easily be coupled and both the reflection and transmission curves versus the incident intensity forms optical bistability. The transmission curves are greatly influenced by the thickness of the second silver film. These results may be useful for designing novel surface plasmon-based optical devices and will be essential for future classical and quantum information processes.     

用于有界波模拟装置的高功率窄脉冲源研制

为满足有界波模拟装置指标需求,研制了一台高功率窄脉冲源。利用Marx发生器并联充电、串联放电的原理,该脉冲源可实现百千伏的脉冲高压输出,其最终输出电压幅值100 kV,上升时间1.8 ns,脉冲半宽40 ns,满足模拟装置指标要求。该脉冲源结构紧凑,直径18 cm,长度97 cm,可用于在室内开展高空核电磁脉冲对待考核系统所产生的破坏效应和加固技术研究工作。

一种基于波形匹配的目标检测和识别方法

基于对目标回波信号的波形匹配，提出了一种新的目标检测和识别的方法，该方法不需要进行特征提取，而是直接利用目标回波进行匹配处理来同时检测和识别目标，这种方法也可用于隐身目标的检测和识别，通过不同条件下的仿真试验可以看出这种方法能有效地检测和识别目标。     

Experimental study of GaN based blue light emitting diodes with a thin AlInN layer in front of the electron blocking layer

The GaN based blue light emitting diodes (LEDs) with a thin AlInN layer inserted in front of the electron blocking layer (EBL) are experimentally studied. It is found that inserting a thin EBL can improve the light output power and reduce the efficiency droop compared with the conventional AlGaN counterparts. Based on numerical simulation and analysis, the improvement on the electrical and optical characteristics is mainly attributed to the reduction of the electron leakage current, which increases the concentration of carriers in the quantum well (QW) when the thin AlInN layer is used.     

平板电视机安全检测中垂直力试验的研究

电视机对应的安全标准GB8898/IEC60065中的第19.2条有“在任意一个伸出或凹进的水平表面上的任何一点,以能产生最大倾倒力矩的方式施加100N垂直向下的力,只要从该点到防滑表面的距离不超过75cm”的要求,经分析认为该试验不适用于平板电视机。与上述试验相关的CTL决议1082中用平板电视机作为图示样品并不适宜,该决议只是解释了最不利位置的问题。     

基于波分复用的红外图像光纤传输系统

针对目前红外搜索跟踪系统中,光纤千兆以太网带宽无法满足多传感器实时图像传输需求,设计了基于波分复用的红外图像光纤传输系统,此系统带宽达到4 Gbps,体积算法不变的情况下,可扩展到8 Gbps,满足红外搜索跟踪系统使用要求。     

恶劣环境下图像的缺陷补偿

在分析介质(环境)对成像质量影响的基础上,建立了介质中图像衰减模型,提出了一种同时适用于过暗、过亮、有雾和水下四种恶劣环境下的衰减补偿算法.图像的主观评价和客观评价的实验表明运用此衰减补偿算法处理后的图像拥有更好的视觉效果,并在处理速度上有较大的提升.
