The synthesis of bulk Y2Ba4Cu7O15-δ superconductor at atmospheric oxygen pressure via solid state sintering is reported. Temperature ranging from 860 to 890 °C as well as time interval over 2 to 15 days were used to investigate the formation of the Y2Ba4Cu7O15-δ phase. A time-temperature profile characterizing the conditions for the preparation of Y2Ba4Cu7O15-δ phase suggests the optimal condition to be sintering at 890 °C for over 10 days. Detailed results of X-ray diffraction, electrical resistivity, iodometric titration and magnetization measurements are described. 相似文献

The potential energy surface of He2Ne+ has been reinvestigated using a combination of ab initio and diatomics-in-molecule (DIM) calculations. In contrast to the reports of two recent studies the ion is found to have an asymmetric linear He-Ne-He structure, with no barrier to formation from the separated atoms on the ground-state surface. The He-Ne+ bond lengths at the potential minimum are 1.51 and 1.81 A, and the total bonding energy is 0.717 eV. Comparing the He2Ne+ energy to that of HeNe+, the bonding energy for the second helium atom is 0.06 eV, about 10% of that of the first He atom. The saddle point between the two equivalent minima is a symmetric structure, 0.0074 eV above the potential minimum. A symmetric geometry becomes the overall potential minimum if the 2s hole on the Ne is excluded from the reference states of a multireference configuration interaction calculation. A DIM potential was created for the HenNe+ family of ions. The DIM potential is consistent with the asymmetric He2Ne+ ion serving as a core; it predicts a slightly more asymmetric geometry than the ab initio results. Additional helium atoms form five-membered rings around the bonds of the core ion to fill the first shell and then add to the ends of the cluster. The asymmetric core ion and the highly compact structure help to account for the lack of apparent shell structure in the mass spectrometry of HenNe+ clusters. Finally, we recommend that the value De=0.63+/-0.04 eV be adopted for the ground state of HeNe+. 相似文献

Perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) show promising prospects in the wide color gamut display owing to their ultra-narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM). However, up to now, all perovskite white LEDs integrated by standard red, green, and blue perovskite emitters, namely, monolithic white PeLEDs (WPeLEDs), have been rarely reported, owing to facing some issues, e.g., solvent incompatibility in solution technique, ion exchange, and energy transfer between different emission centers. Herein, centered on these issues, an optimal intermediate connection layer (ICL) of Po-T2T/LiF/Ag/HAT-CN/MoO3 is adopted to successfully develop monolithic tandem multicolor PeLEDs and WPeLEDs for the first time. The multicolor PeLEDs can achieve the best external quantum efficiency of 1.8% and the highest luminance of 4844 cd m−2. Besides, the red/green/blue (R/G/B) monolithic tandem WPeLED shows a standard white International Commission on Illumination coordinate of (0.33, 0.33) and achieves an extremely wide color gamut reaching National Television Standards Committee of 130%. This study is the first to realize the standard R/G/B co-electroluminescence in a monolithic perovskite device and offers a feasible strategy for developing wide-color gamut perovskite displays. 相似文献

Polymer blends based solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs), combining the advantages of multiple polymers, are promising for the utilization of 5 V-class cathodes (e.g., LiCoMnO4 (LCMO)) with enhanced safety. However, severe macro-phase separation with defects and voids in polymer blends restrict the electrochemical stability and ionic migration of SPEs. Herein, inorganic compatibilizer polyacrylonitrile grafted MXene (MXene-g-PAN) is exploited to improve the miscibility of the poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVHF)/PAN blends and suppress the consolidation of phase particles. The resulting SPE exhibits a high anodic stability with an ionic conductivity of 2.17 × 10−4 S cm−1, enabling a stable and reversible Li platting/stripping (over 2500 h). The fabricated solid Li‖LCMO cell delivers a 5.1 V discharge voltage with a decent capacity (131 mAh g−1) and cycling performance. Subsequently, the solid all-in-one graphite‖LCMO battery is also constructed to extend the application of MXene based SPEs in flexible batteries. Benefiting from the interface-less design, outstanding mechanical flexibility and stability is achieved in the battery, which can endure various deformations with a low-capacity loss (< ≈10%). This study signifies a significant development on solid flexible lithium ion batteries with enhanced performance, stability, and reliability by investigating the miscibility of polymer blends, benefiting for the design of high-performance SPEs. 相似文献

In diabetic wound healing, M1 macrophage accumulation and elevated inflammation are prevalent issues. Intelligent delivery systems that can sustainably release antioxidizing and anti-inflammatory ingredients are expected for effective wound healing. Herein, a novel glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) liposomes encapsulated microcapsules delivery system that has desired features for inflammatory wound repair is presented. As the bacteria could break down the alginate shells, the GA liposomes could be controllably released from the microcapsules, which promotes M2 macrophage polarization and regulate their responses in the inflammatory wound microenvironment. Based on these, it is demonstrated that the GA liposomes encapsulated microcapsules delivery system exhibits an anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effect for diabetic wound healing in a full-thickness defect model in diabetic rats. These results indicate that the immunomodulatory capabilities of the microcapsules can be unitized for efficient wound repair, and such a delivery system is valuable for clinical wound healing applications. 相似文献

光电导太赫兹源(Photo-Conductive Antenna,PCA)已广泛用于太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)。在THz-TDS系统中,处于偏置状态的PCA被飞秒激光触发因光生载流子,在偏置电场下的加速运动而向自由空间辐射太赫兹波,同时在PCA偏置回路中形成脉冲电流。通常给PCA加载偏置电压的回路有不同结构的电路设计,导致PCA装架的基板回路不可避免地存在一定电感,由此引起的电磁惯性会显著影响回路中脉冲电流的脉宽,电流脉冲的脉宽会随回路电感的增大而展宽。那么PCA回路电感是否会影响PCA向自由空间辐射THz波的特性,这是设计PCA基板电路面临的问题所在。本文尝试在PCA回路中加入不同电感值的电感元件,通过实验测试了PCA辐射THz波的时域波形和频谱,结果表明,PCA回路电感的数值对PCA辐射THz波没有明显影响,从而对不同场合应用的PCA基板结构和电路设计提供了实验基础。 相似文献

常规的微波光子系统采用强度调制方式实现微波信号的电光转换,由于调制器采用马赫-曾德尔干涉结构(MZI),系统性能不仅受到自身正弦响应特性的制约,而且需要进行偏置点控制,因此存在动态范围受限、系统控制复杂以及3 dB固有损耗带来的效率不足的问题,而采用相位调制可避免该问题。围绕相位调制光传输链路,为了完成相位调制信号的光电解调,文章提出采用薄膜滤波器通过边带抑制与边带选通两种方式实现相位调制到强度调制的转换,并分析了链路射频性能与器件参数之间的映射关系。实测对比了相位调制与常规强度调制链路之间的传输特性,通过分析可知,在相同链路配置条件下,相位调制链路具有更高的传输效率,而且光滤波带来的均衡作用,使得相位调制链路的3 dB带宽比强度调制链路大两倍。 相似文献
