一种新型彩色三维光学成像系统

提出一种新型三维彩色光学数字成像系统。此系统利用投影结构光对现实世界中的物体进行数字化，同时得到对应的彩色纹理。详细介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件体系结构设计，得到物体彩色纹理的两种不同方法；直接获取和从编码条纹中提取，给出了用该系统得到的实验结果并简单评价了系统的性能。此系统在反求工程、影视制作、三维游戏制作、医学应用等方面有远大的应用前景。     

基元阀在汽轮机进汽阀研究中的应用

阀碟型线对汽轮机进汽阀的性能影响很大，本文设计了三种形式的基元阀，通过数值模拟手段研究了阀碟型线对流场的影响；得出了不同阀碟形式的性能．     

生化分析仪光学系统的研究与设计

光学系统是自动生化分析仪的核心部件,其性能的好坏将直接影响整机性能。根据生化分析的检测要求,通过理论分析和实验对该仪器光学系统的各个部分进行了研究和设计。实现了两种设计方案,通过实验分析选择了较优的方案。     

纳米MOSFET迁移率解析模型

从玻尔兹曼方程出发，重新计算了纳米MOSFET沟道内的载流子所服从的分布函数，特别是考虑了纳米MOSFET横向电场和纵向电场之间的相互作用，并且以得到的非平衡状态下的分布函数为基础，考虑载流子寿命和速度的统计分布，给出了纳米MOSFET载流子迁移率的解析表达式.通过与数值模拟结果进行比较和分析，该迁移率解析模型形式简洁、物理概念清晰，且具有相当精度. 关键词： 玻尔兹曼方程 纳米MOSFET 迁移率 沟道有效电场     

微振动光电检测与数据采集系统的设计

提出了一种新的光学非接触式测量方法测量了物体的微振动振幅。用激光作为光源,以四象限硅光电池[1]作为光电探测器,借助三角测量原理,投射在振动源表面的激光反射光束在光电探测器上产生平面位移,将位移信号放大,通过A/D模块采集电压数值,并通过串口通信机制在PC终端实时显示。实验结果表明,该方法原理正确,灵敏度高,便于实现连续、快速、自动化检测,在工业在线检测方面具有良好的应用前景。     

自制金割效应物理摆的研究性实验

金割效应物理摆是将数学中的优选法与物理实验中的复摆结合起来并用计算机处理数据的自制教学仪器.把金割效应物理摆作为研究性实验进行开设,更有利于培养学生的开拓精神和创新能力.     

The Design for Automation of Pellet-Forming Process in HL-2A Pellet Fueling System

In the ever fusion experiments in SWIP, pellet forming process was carried out through adjusting relative devices by staff member in site, which will make every pellet-forming process slight distinction and will result in pellet difference in shape, size and intensity. In the intervals of HL-2A discharges, staff member have to go site to accomplish the pellet-forming process, this wastes human power and increase the potential danger. So it is necessary to develop a remote control system to perform the pellet-forming process. The control system needs have the features of real-time, reliability and be easy to operate and maintain.     

Crystallographic report: catena‐Aqua(2,2′‐bipyrimidine)lithium(I) perchlorate

A lithium(I) coordination polymer has been formed from LiClO₄ and the 2,2′‐bipyrimidine (bpym) ligand in which each square pyramidal lithium(I) atom is coordinated in the basal plane by four nitrogen donor atoms derived from two bpym ligands and one water molecule at the apical position. On the hysteresis of vortex shedding in a periodically-varying flow

Efforts are made to explore the hysteresis characteristics of vortex shedding in a pipe flow, whose velocity varies periodically in time. Results obtained show that during acceleration of the flow, the vortex strength tends to be stronger, whereas during deceleration of the flow, the situation is reversed. As reconstructed from the velocity signals measured at a point in the flow field, the shed vortex arrays appear to possess uneven vortex strengths in response to periodically-varying incoming flows. Furthermore, in the hysteresis range, the streamwise spacings between the vortices appear to be unequal.
