基于超像素级卷积神经网络的多聚焦图像融合算法

该文提出了基于超像素级卷积神经网络(sp-CNN)的多聚焦图像融合算法。该方法首先对源图像进行多尺度超像素分割,将获取的超像素输入sp-CNN,并对输出的初始分类映射图进行连通域操作得到初始决策图;然后根据多幅初始决策图的异同获得不确定区域,并利用空间频率对其再分类,得到阶段决策图;最后利用形态学对阶段决策图进行后处理,并根据所得的最终决策图融合图像。该文算法直接利用超像素分割块进行图像融合,其相较以往利用重叠块的融合算法可达到降低时间复杂度的目的,同时可获得较好的融合效果。     

基于电子样稿的柔印首件“粗-精”检测方法

为了解决柔印首件检验没有基准织物图像作为参照的难点,该文提出一种以电子样稿为参照物的柔印首件“粗-精”检测方法,主要分为粗匹配、精匹配和缺陷检测3个阶段。首先,针对电子样稿与印刷首件内容粗细不一、灰度特性差异大、柔印内容重复率高等问题,融合超点(SuperPoint)与强力匹配(SuperGlue)方法进行粗匹配。然后,针对柔印过程版材伸缩、弯曲引发柔印内容局部偏移的问题,采用归一化互相关(NCC)法微调样稿字符,实现精匹配。最后,提出约束聚类的方法将缺陷检测问题转化为电子样稿与柔印首件差异最小化的问题。对比实验表明,该文方法的柔印首件检测性能要优于其他织物印刷品缺陷检测方法,其漏检率为0,误检率为1.3%,平均Dice系数为0.941,且检测时间仅为2.761 s/pcs,满足实际工程的需求。     

ISOLATION,CHARACTERIZATION AND EXPRESSION OF THE COMPLEMENTARY DNA FOR HUMAN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (TNF-α)

A cDNA for human TNF-α (615bp) was isolated by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using first strand cDNA from PMA-induced HL-60 cells as template. The result from sequencing the 615 bp cDNA fragment indicated that it corresponded to the entire sequence of mature human TNF coding region. Direct expression of mature human TNF was achieved using a plasmid pHT-1 constructed by ligation of the cDNA and a synthetic DNA. The IPTG-induced bacterial product (hTNF) showed cytotoxicity to mouse L-929 cells. The TNF activity was further identified by neutralization of a specific monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α. Approximately 80,000 units of activity were detected per ml of culture at A600=2.     

β沸石分子筛固体酸的制备及其在异丁烷和丁烯烷基化反应中的应用

以四乙基溴化铵(TEABr)为模板剂，硅胶为硅源，铝酸钠为铝源，采用水热晶化法合成β沸石．研究了其晶化温度、晶化时间、硅铝比、碱度、水含量等各种因素对晶化过程和产物性质的影响．得出适宜的初始凝胶组成为SiO2和Al2O3的比值在25-60之间，TEABr和SiO2的比值在0．32～0．4之间，OH^-和SiO2的比值在0．2～0．23之间，H2O和SiO2的比值在8．6～18．0之间．通过XRD，ICP，IR，SEM和NH3-TPD方法分别对样品的结构和性质进行了表征．烷基化反应的结果表明，β分子筛具有较为适宜的孔结构和反应活性．

Ship-in-bottle formation of Ru_3(CO)_(12) in NaY zeolite

NaY zeolite entrapped Ru3(CO)12 cluster has been synthesized from RuCl3 ion-exchanged NaY, which is well characterized by IR and Raman spectroscopies and CO chemisorp-tion. When the Ru3+/NaY sample is heated from 298 K to 393 K for 25 h and for 10 h at 393 K, the sample colour changes from dark to brown-yellow. The in situ infrared spectrum exhibits absorption bands at 2130, 2064, 2040, 2017, 1990, 1953 and 1925 cm-1. The bands at 2130 cm-1 arises from the Runm+(CO)l m =1-3;n = 1 - 3; l = 1-12). The bands at 2064, 2040, 2017 and 1990 cm-1 are proposed to be associated with the Ru3(CO)12/NaY, which are close to Ru3(CO)12 crystalline. Furthermore, the Raman results provide bands at 150 and 185 cm-1, which can be attributed to Ru-Ru bonds of the sample as in the case of Ru3(CO)12 crystalline, for which the A1' Ru-Ru stretching mode is assigned to 185 cm-1 and E1' Ru-Ru stretching mode is assigned to a band at 150 cm-1, respectively. 三氧化铬超微粒的制备与表征

我们曾首次报道了Fe_2O_3超微粒溶胶具有大的三阶光学非线性响应,其X~((3))值与商品用的掺杂CdS_(1-x)Se玻璃相近,并对其产生机制进行了初步研究.本文用微乳液法制备了经十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)和硬脂酸(ST)表面修饰的Cr_2O_3超微粒,并用TEM、IR、XPS及紫外可见吸收光谱进行了表征.
