Effect of Particle Size and Capping on Photoluminescence Quantum Efficiency of 1,3,5-Triphenyl-2-pyrazoline Nanocrystals

Organic nanocrystals of 1,3,5-triphenyl-2-pyrazoline(TPP) with a series of sizes were synthesized by reprecipitation method.The luminescence quantum efficiency of TPP nanocrystals increases from 24.2% for the nanocrystals with an average size of 300nm to 34.6% for those with an average size of 20nm.Surface capping by polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) will improve the quantum efficiency of TPP nanocrystals.The size-dependence and capping-induced variation of the luminescence quantum efficiency was elucidated in viewpoint of aggregation quenching and the equilibrium between the TPP monomers and the aggregates in TPP nanocrystals.     

Pressure pinched injection of nanolitre volumes in planar micro-analytical devices

A new method for injecting and driving fluids by means of a multi-port injection valve and syringe pumps in a micro-channel network is described. A structure composed of two micro-channels arranged as a cross is connected with capillary tubes to an external multi-port injection valve. The fluid flows are driven by pressure and the multi-port valve controls the direction of the flow within the different sections of the structure. The first position of the multi-port valve allows the preparation of the loading of the sample, which is pinched in the cross section of the two micro-channels. The second position allows the precise injection of nL volumes. No dead volume exists between injection and separation modes. The system can be used to prepare a sample plug by pressure in order to perform chromatography with a broad range of buffered or non-buffered solutions. Thanks to the insensitivity to the ionic strength of the sample, this injection method is useful for the injection of complex biological samples in microchip analysis. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the method, different solutions of ionic or fluorescent molecules were injected and detected in a photoablated planar polymer device.     

Analysis and Protection of One Thousand Hand Buddha in Dazu Stone Sculptures

The components of the rock, the pigments, the gold foils and the adhesive of One Thousand Hand Buddha in Dazu stone sculptures, Chongqing, China, have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), infrared spectroscopy (IR), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and fiber optics reflectance spectroscopy (FORS). Furthermore, the weathering and degeneration of One Thousand Hand Buddha have been discussed and the protective methods have been provided. In this work some useful information to study on conservation of stone relics is given.

哒嗪酮类α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂的合成和生物活性研究

将苯(氧)乙胺和苯氧烷胺类α₁-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂中的苯(氧)乙胺、苯氧烷胺片段引入哒嗪酮类化合物中, 设计、合成了30个新的含哒嗪酮环的α₁-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂. 所有新化合物的结构均经¹H NMR, IR, HRMS确证. 生物活性测试表明28个目标物对α₁-肾上腺素受体有较好的拮抗作用(pA₂＞6.00), 化合物6o, 6p, 6q, 6v, 6x, 6y, 10c, 10d的pA₂值＞7.00.     

离子交换法从发酵液中提取谷氨酰胺工艺研究

本文系统地研究了７３２树脂和Ｄ３０１树脂对发酵液中谷氨酰胺的静态和动态吸附性能及影响因素，并对洗脱条件进行了研究。实验结果表明，在阳离子交换柱上有效地降低了谷氨酰胺向谷氨酸的转化，在阴离子交换柱上谷氨酰胺和谷氨酸实现彻底分离，谷氨酰胺的总收率达５６．６％。     

Periodic solutions for a nonlinear (q,p)-Laplacian dynamical system with impulsive effects

In this paper, some existence theorems are obtained for periodic solutions of a nonlinear (q,p)-Laplacian dynamical system with impulsive effects by using the least action principle and mountain pass theorem.
