Integer overflow vulnerability will cause buffer overflow. The research on the relationship between them will help us to detect integer overflow vulnerability. We present a dynamic analysis methods RICB (Run-time Integer Checking via Buffer overflow). Our approach includes decompile execute file to assembly language; debug the execute file step into and step out; locate the overflow points and checking buffer overflow caused by integer overflow. We have implemented our approach in three buffer overflow types: format string overflow, stack overflow and heap overflow. Experiments results show that our approach is effective and efficient. We have detected more than 5 known integer overflow vulnerabilities via buffer overflow. 相似文献

随着器件特征尺寸的缩小,热载流子带来的器件蜕化效应越来越严重。电荷泵方法可用于表征陷阱电荷的分布。但由于局部阈值电压窄峰的影响,传统电荷泵法在测试陷阱电荷分布时存在误差。本文提出了一种改进型电荷泵测试方法,可用于精确提取纳米尺度器件中陷阱电荷的横向分布。
本文采用0.12微米的SONOS器件来验证这一方法的有效性。通过编程控制,使SONOS器件形成大约50纳米的阈值电压窄峰。采用新方法测试得到的陷阱电荷分布与测试得到的阈值电压有较好的一致性。 相似文献

This paper proposes a new MIMO based CDMA code acquisition scheme. The pilot codes consist of a number of short Gold code sequences which are transmitted in parallel using a group of transmit antennas. Reception diversity is performed by multiple receive antennas at the receiver. Three different acquisition detection techniques are proposed and compared. Corresponding threshold optimizations are investigated as well. Detection and false alarm probabilities are derived in closed form based on the outputs of non-coherent matched filters. The acquisition performance is evaluated in terms of mean acquisition time (MAT) in Rayleigh fading environment. It is shown that the proposed MIMO acquisition scheme exhibits a much better MAT performance than the conventional single-antenna acquisition scheme. The results reveal that multiple receive antennas can be utilized to significantly reduce the MAT at the expense of receiver complexity increase. On the other hand, increasing the number of transmit antennas makes the MAT performance more robust in the presence of strong interference. 相似文献

This study proposes a three-channel (3-channel) variable filter-bank (VFB) that consists of variable lowpass, variable bandpass and variable highpass digital filters. The three variable digital filters are obtained from a normalised analog prototype Chebyshev type-I lowpass filter using analog frequency transformations along with a modified bilinear transformation. Since both the magnitudes (gains) and band edge frequencies of the three variable digital filters are independently adjustable, the 3-channel VFB is considerably flexible, and can be successfully applied for compensating various hearing loss patterns in digital hearing aids. Various audiograms have been used to verify that high-accuracy fittings can be achieved with low order variable filters. Moreover, the authors reveal and theoretically prove the numerator coefficient-symmetries of the variable lowpass, variable bandpass and variable highpass filters, and show that each variable filter requires only one multiplication for its numerator filtering operations, so the total number of multiplications can be significantly reduced. More specifically, only 11 multiplications and 14 additions are required in the whole 3-channel VFB. Therefore the 3-channel VFB has extremely simple structure and high tuning flexibility for hearing aids. 相似文献

In this paper, an active backstepping design is proposed to achieve combination synchronization between three different chaotic systems: Lorenz system, Chen's system, and Lu? system. The proposed method is a systematic design approach and consists in a recursive procedure that interlaces the choice of a Lyapunov function with the design of active control. A novel option pricing method based on Fourier-cosine series expansion was proposed by Fang and Oosterlee. Developing their idea, three new option pricing methods based on Fourier, Fourier-cosine and Fourier-sine series expansions are presented in this paper, which are more efficient when the option prices are calculated with many strike prices.
