彩色PDP用玻璃基板

本文讨论了彩色ＰＤＰ现用钠钙玻璃的热稳定性，指出由于这种玻璃在热处理过程中易变形和收缩，因而不适合作大面积彩色ＰＤＰ基板材料，介绍了彩色ＰＤＰ基板玻璃的制造方法和特点。最后介绍了日本旭硝子公司和美国康宁公司各自为彩色ＰＤＰ新开发的玻璃基板材料ＰＤ２００和ＣＳ２５。     

精密角位移传感器及其可靠性研究

从理论上探讨了磁阻率效应，叙述了精密角位移传感器的工作原理及结构设计。传感器的分辨率已达０．０１°，通过可靠性寿命试验，传感器的失效率λ（ｔ）＜１×１０－７／ｈ。     

红外加热胶接技术

提出了红外加热胶接的思想，并对红外加热胶接技术作了简单阐述。介绍了一种红外加热胶接矿用阻燃、防腐、橡塑风筒布的装置。     

蓄冰空调制冷新技术

文章叙述了中央人民广播电台新业务楼空调工程中采用蓄冰空调制冷新技术的情况。文章讲解了蓄冰空调原理，并对蓄冰制冷与常规制冷技术进行比较，指出：从节电上来考虑，前者具有经济性。文章最后列举了今后在设计和维护上，还有待解决的一些问题。     

An analytical model for I-V and small-signalcharacteristics of planar-doped HEMTs

An analytical current-voltage (I-V) model for planar-doped HEMTs is developed. This compact model covers the complete range of I-V characteristics, including the current saturation region and parasitic conduction in the electron-supplying layer. Analytical expressions for the small-signal parameters and current-gain cutoff frequency are derived from the I-V model. Modeling results for a 0.1-μm-gate planar-doped AlInAs-GaInAs HEMT show excellent agreement with measured characteristics. Threshold voltages and parasitic conduction in planar-doped and uniformly doped HEMTs are also compared and discussed     

The study of lithium fast ion conductors of Li3xLa0.67−xScyTi1−2yNbyO3 system

Perovskite-type lithium fast ion conductors of Li_3xLa_0.67−xSc_yTi_1−2yNb_yO₃ system were prepared by solid state reaction. X-Ray powder diffraction shows that perovskite solid solution form in the ranges of x=0.10, y≤0.10. AC impedance measurements indicate that the bulk conductivities and the total conductivities are of the order of 10⁻⁴ S·cm⁻¹ and 10⁻⁵ S·cm⁻¹ at 25 °C respectively. The compositions have low bulk activation energies of about 17 kJ/mol in the temperature ranges of 298 – 523 K and total activation energies of about 37 kJ/mol in the temperature ranges of 298 – 523 K.     

Effect of end groups on complexation kinetics between cyclodextrins and guest polymers

α‐Cyclodextrin (α‐CD) has been complexed with various poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) derivatives in aqueous solution. It has been found that the end groups of PEG derivatives affect the complexation kinetics greatly, but have only a little influence on the thermodynamic behavior. By increasing the hydrophobicity of end groups, the complexation speeds up rapidly. On the other hand, the bulky end groups slow down the threading of polymeric guests into the cavity of CD. By changing the hydrophobicity and the size of end groups, the complexation rate can be adjusted in the range of several orders of magnitudes, which should be quite useful in the design of new supramolecular systems. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Theoretical and numerical analysis on multispectral bioluminescence tomography

Recently, molecular imaging has been rapidly developed to studyphysiological and pathological processes in vivo at the cellularand molecular levels. Among molecular imaging modalities, opticalimaging has attracted a major attention for its unique advantages.In this paper, we establish a mathematical framework for multispectralbioluminescence tomography (BLT) that allows simultaneous studiesof multiple optical reporters. We show solution existence, uniquenessand continuous dependence on data as well as the limiting behaviourswhen the regularization parameter approaches zero or when thepenalty parameter approaches infinity. Then, we propose twonumerical schemes for multispectral BLT and derive error estimatesfor the corresponding solutions.     

Crystal and molecular structure of (μ-p-CH3C6H4C2S) (μ-n-C3H7S)Fe2(CO)6Co2(CO)6

The crystal and molecular structure of the complex containing cobalt-carbon and iron-sulfur cluster cores, (μ-p-CH₃C₆H₄C₂S) (μ-n-C₃H₇S)Fe₂(CO)₆Co₂(CO)₆, has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystals are triclinic, space group P&1bar;, with a — 9.139(2), b=9.610(1), c-17.183(2) Å, α = 84.36(1), β-89.45(1), γ=88.15(1)°, V-1501.0 ų; Z=2, D_c=1.74 g/cm³. R=0.072, Rw=0.081. The results of the structure determination show a cobalt-carbon cluster core formed through the reaction of (μ-p-CH₃C₆H₄C₂S)(μ-n-C₃H₇S)Fe₂(CO)₆ with Co₂(CO)₈. In the cobalt-carbon cluster core, the bond length of the original C≡C lengthened to 1.324 Å which is close to the typical value of carbon-carbon double bond. The groups connecting the carbons of the cluster core are in cis position and lie on the opposite side of cobalt atoms. In this complex, the conformation of —SC₃H₇ is e-type, while that of —SC₂C₆H₄CH₃ is a-type.     

养殖池塘沉积物的重金属分布及污染特征

浙江省淅西北地区淡水养殖池塘沉积物重金属调查研究表明，养殖池塘沉积物中7种重金属元素分布不均衡，差异也较大，除Hg和Cr元素外，其余重金属元素已大大超过土壤本底值．虽然其实测含量都未超出国家规定的标准值范围，但沉积物中重金属元素对养殖水环境、养殖品种存在的潜在污染与危害值得关注．污染指数评价显示，养殖池塘沉积物中主要污染物质为Cu和Cr，而Hg、Pb污染程度相对较轻．
