功能性有序微结构的制备及潜在应用

随着科技的发展进步,具有特殊功能的有序微结构日渐引起人们浓厚的研究兴趣,并被广泛应用于微电子器件、微反应器、生物化学传感器以及光学器件等领域.本文总结了我们课题组在微观表面图案化和有序微结构制备及应用方面的研究工作,重点介绍我们在该方向工作的最新进展,并对该领域的发展前景进行了展望.     

Photonic Bandgap Properties of Atom-lattice Photonic Crystals in Polymer

The present paper covers the various photonic crystals(PhCs) structures mimicking real atom-lattice structures in electronic crystals by using the femtosecond laser-induced two-photon photopolymerization of SU-8 resin. The bandgap properties were investigated by varying the crystal orientations in <111>, <110> and <100> of diamond-lattice PhCs. 超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测洛党参中乙基多杀菌素残留

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)快速检测洛党参中乙基多杀菌素-J(XDE-175-J)和乙基多杀菌素-L(XDE-175-L)残留的方法。样品经乙腈提取,乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷和石墨化炭黑净化后,外标法定量。结果表明,XDE-175-J和XDE-175-L的峰面积与其质量浓度分别在0.075~75μg/L和0.025~25μg/L范围内,呈良好线性关系(r20.990);在0.375、3.75、75μg/kg加标水平下,XDE-175-J的平均回收率为88.4%~113.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为2.0%~4.2%;在0.125、1.25、25μg/kg加标水平下,XDE-175-L的平均回收率为84.4%~99.5%,RSD(n=5)为2.5%~4.9%。乙基多杀菌素的定量下限(LOQ)为0.375μg/kg(XDE-175-J)和0.125μg/kg(XDE-175-L)。该方法简便、快捷,灵敏度高,回收率和重复性良好,能满足农药残留检测技术要求,可用于大量洛党参样品中乙基多杀菌素的残留分析。     

气相色谱-质谱法对当归及其炮制品挥发油的指纹图谱和潜在标志物研究

建立了一种基于气相色谱-质谱技术(GC-MS)的化学指纹图谱,以发现当归及其不同炮制品潜在标志物的方法.利用GC-MS获得当归及其不同炮制品挥发油化学指纹图谱,对产生的75样本×259变量数据进行归一化、修正80％规则和数据缩放等方法预处理,通过正交校正偏最小二乘法(OPLS)模式识别方法对样品进行模式识别,根据模型的变量重要性因子(VIP)和非参数检验结果筛选出12个潜在标志物.经相关分析和结构鉴定,其中11个化合物分别被鉴定为丁内酯、萜烯醇、6-丁基-1,4环庚二烯、2-壬酮、6-十一烷酮、2-甲氧基苯酚、δ-榄香烯、4,5,6,7-四甲基苯酞、Z-丁烯基酞内酯、亚油酸甲酯、1,7-异丙基-4-甲基-1,4,5,6,7,7a-六氢-2H-茚-2-酮.     

ICP-MS测定污水中银的含量

研究了ICP-MS测定污水中银的含量,其方法检出限为0.05μg/L,方法精密度RSD为1.91%—2.32%,加标回收率为98.0%—102.4%,方法简单、快速。     

Phase Transfer Catalyzed Synthesis under Ultrasonic Irradiation and Bioactivity of N''''-(4,6-Disubstituted-pyrimidin-2-yl)-N-(5-aryl-2-furoyl) Thiourea Derivatives

Acylthiourea derivatives are useful as pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and regulator for plant growth, and also as important intermediates in the organic synthesis. In recent years, phase transfer catalysis reaction technique has been widely recognized as an efficient synthetic tool and attracted much attention. In view of these observations, a series of 5-aryl-2-furoyl thioureas containing substituted pyrimidine ring were synthesized using PEG-400 as solid-liquid phase transfer catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation. All of the new compounds have been exactly determined by IR, 1H NMRand elemental analysis.     

三组分体系相图教学实验——微乳的制备*

为了让三组分体系相图的教学紧跟学科发展前沿,设计了一个研究型综合性实验——微乳的制备。实验以油酸乙酯为油相、吐温-80和乙醇质量比为3∶1的混合体系为乳化剂相,蒸馏水为水相,采用水滴定和油滴定结合的方法绘制了拟三元相图。通过电导率法对微乳3种类型的转变点进行了初判,按照电导率实验结果制备了3种不同类型的微乳样品,并利用染色法、黏度法和光散射法对微乳的物理化学性状进行了表征。通过实验,可以使学生获得分散体系的前沿知识,有利于创新人才的培养。     

Investigation of voltammetric enzyme-linked immunoassay based on new system of ODA-H_2O_2-HRP

A voltammetric enzyme-linked immunoassay based on a new system of ODA-H2O2-HRP has first been developed and used in the detection of HRP and labelled HRP. By this method, the enzyme-catalyzing reaction of H2O2 oxidizing odianisidine (ODA) couples the electrode-reduction reaction of the oxidizing product of odianisidine, which produces a sensitive polarographic wave at potential of -0.56V (SCE) in Britton-Robinson buffer solution. In using this polarographic wave, a detection limit to HRP is 3.7×10-12g/mL and a linear range 1.0×10-11-2.0×10-9g/mL. And the mechanisms of the coupling reaction and the process of electro-reduction in the ODA-H2O2-HRP voltammetric enzyme-linked immunoassay system have also been carefully studied.
