具有S…S、S…Cl作用的一维链状有机锡化合物氯代二苄基锡哌啶荒酸酯的合成、表征及晶体结构

The chlorodibenzyltin dithiopiperidylcarbamate was synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin dichloride with dithiopiperidylcarbamate and was characterized by elemental analysis， IR and ¹H NMR. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data are as follows： monoclinic， space group P2₁， a=0.63464(13)nm， b=1.9110(4)nm， c=0.87367(17)nm， β=97.67(3)°， Z=2， V=1.0501(4)nm³，D_c=1.571g·cm^-3， μ=1.546mm^-1， F(000)=500， R=0.0209， wR=0.0381 [I≥ 2σ(I)]. The str- uctures consist of discrete molecules containing five-coordinate tin atoms in a seriously distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration. The molecules are packed in the unit cell in one-dimensional chain complex through a weak inter-action between the chlorine atom， the sulfur atom and one of the other sulfurs of an adjacent molecule. ALLOSTERIC REGULATION OF THE STATE OF ADENYLYLATION OF GLUTAMINE SYNTHETASE IN PERMEABILIZED CELL PREPARATIONS OF Rhoaopseudomonas sphaeroides

Following a freeze-thaw cycle, and the treatment of Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides withthe nonionic detergent Lubrol PX, the permeabilized cell suspensions can be assayed directlyboth for the intracellular levels of glutamine synthetase and the state of adenylylation(i.e. the average number n of adenylylated subunits/dodecameric molecules). It seems that all components of the bicycle system are retained if cells grown with lowconcentrations of a?monia as the sole nitrogen source are used. The value of n was depend-ent upon the concentration of substrates (ATP, Pi) and allosteric effectors (ATP, gluta-mine and α-ketoglutarate) of adenylyltransferase. The value of n affected by UTP, thespecific substrate of the uridylyltransferase shows first the evidence that the bicycle cascadecontrol system studied in Escherichia coli may exist in this phototrophic bacterium.     

钴配合物的合成晶体结构及活性研究

The complex [Co₂Cl₂(EGTB)]·(ClO₄)₂·5H₂O was synthesized in methanol-aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group of P2₁/c. The cell parameters are a=1.42231(2)nm,b=2.53181(3)nm,c=1.43392(2)nm,β=102.0518(5)°, Z=4, F(000)=2360,D_c=1.508g·cm^-3, The final R=0.0788,wR₂=0.232, The catalytic rate constant of the dismutation of superoxide radicals has been obtained by means of photo reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT),and it is 1.875×10⁶mol^-1·L·s^-1.     

芳香─脂肪族共聚酰胺的序列结构和溶致液晶性能

本文利用对苯二甲酰氯（ＴＰＣ），对苯二胺（ＰＰＤ）和亚甲基数为２和６的两种脂肪族二元胺（ＡＤＡ）合成了具有不同序列结构的芳香一脂肪族共聚酰胺．研究了共聚酰胺的序列结构参数──无规度Ｂ和数均序列长度Ｌｎ与液晶临界浓度Ｃ＊和中介相的类型之间的关系．     

聚电解质──壳聚糖浓溶液流变学性质研究：浓度、温度、溶剂pH值和外加盐对粘度及流动性的影响

本工作用日本岩本ＲＰＸ－７０５多功能流变仪测定了在不同浓度、温度、溶剂ｐＨ值和外加盐浓度对壳聚糖在甲酸水溶液中其浓溶液粘度η随剪切速率γ的变化关系．讨论了浓度、温度等对溶液粘度、流动活化能Ｅ_γ和流动指数ｎ的影响．发现溶剂ｐＨ值减小或溶液中外加盐浓度增加，溶液粘度变小，ｎ增大，表明非牛顿流动性减弱，并且进一步讨论了零剪切粘度η_０和外加盐浓度Ｃ_ｓ的依赖关系．     

RE(III)与2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙配合物的合成、表征及热化学

用2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙与轻稀土硝酸盐反应,合成了7种新的配合物.经元素分析、化学分析及X射线粉末衍射等手段确定了其组成为RE(C10H9N2O4)(C10H8N2O4)·nH2O(RE=La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd),用红外、紫外、荧光光谱分析对以上配合物的结构进行了表征;用微热量计测定了稀土芳酰腙配合物的溶解焓,发现其溶解焓数据不随稀土原子序数单调变化,而呈转折变化,可认为呈稀土的四分组现象的前两组.     

二维配位聚合物[Zn(PDC)(phen)]n的合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

合成了锌(II)与3,4-吡啶二羧酸和1,10-邻菲啰啉形成的配位聚合物[Zn(PDC)(phen)]_n (1) (H₂PDC＝3,4-吡啶二羧酸, phen＝1,10-邻菲啰啉), 对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射表征, 测定了晶体结构. 该聚合物属单斜晶系, P2(1)/n空间群, a＝0.77136 nm, b＝1.9757(4) nm, c＝1.0680(2) nm, β＝95.36(3)°, V＝1.6205(6) nm³, Z＝4, D_c＝1.683 Mg/m³, M_r＝410.68, F(000)＝832, μ＝1.55 mm^－1, 最终偏离因子R₁＝0.0608, wR₂＝0.0967. 该化合物中Zn原子与来自两个PDC的三个羧基氧原子, 另外一个PDC的吡啶氮原子, 以及phen的两个氮原子配位, 形成的ZnN₃O₃八面体通过PDC桥联形成二维层状网络结构. 此外还研究了该聚合物的热性质和荧光性质.     

A New Reaction-controlled Phase-transfer Catalyst System

A new reaction-controlled phase-transfer catalyst system was designed and synthesized.In this system, heteropolytungstate [C7H7N(CH3)3]9PW9O34 was used for catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2 as the oxidant. The conversion of H2O2 was 100% and the yield of cyclohexene oxide was 87.1% based on cyclohexene. Infrared spectra showed that both fresh catalyst and the recovered catalyst do have completely same absorption peak, indicating the structure of catalyst is very stability and can be recycled.     

微波辐射下三组分“一锅法”合成5-芳基-1,5,6,7,8,9-六氢化-2H-吡唑[5,4-b]并喹啉-6-酮

在微波辐射下以芳醛、1,3-环己二酮或达米酮和氨基吡唑为原料, 用乙二醇作能量转移剂, 三组分“一锅法”快速合成了一系列吡唑[5,4-b]并喹啉类化合物. 该方法速度快(30～90 s), 产率高(88%～98%), 环境友好. 产物结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析证实, 化合物4e的单晶经X射线衍射分析, 进一步确证了产物结构.     

CL-7402萃淋树脂分离富集铅的研究及其应用

通过静态和动态实验,研究了CL-7402萃淋树脂吸附铅的性能和减压微色谱柱分离富集铅的最佳条件。实验表明,此萃淋树脂吸附快,吸附容量大。在减压条件下,以1mol/LHBr为上柱介质,2mol/LHNO3为洗脱液,可使铅与铜、铁等金属离子快速分离。采用三溴偶氮胂光度法测定样品中的铅。
