本文研究了乙酰基香豆素及其衍生物与吲哚的混晶在微环境影响下的固相光反应,并用固体紫外光谱、固体荧光光谱和X-射线粉末衍射技术考察了混晶的特征。实验结果表明,3-乙酰基香豆素及其7-乙酰氧基、7-苯甲酰氧基、5,6-苯并和6-溴衍生物与吲哚的固相光反应分别得到1:2缩合产物1~5,而6-硝基衍生物与吲哚的固相光反应却得到开环脱羰加成产物6。通过IR、MS、^1H NMR和元素分析结果确定了这六个新产物的结构。固体光谱的测试结果表明,取代乙酰基香豆素与吲哚间混晶的形成,分子间存在相互作用,使分子所处的微环境条件发生了变化。 相似文献

以3-芳基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑为原料合成了20个3-芳基-1,2,4-三唑-5-巯基乙酸乙酯(2a~e)、3-芳基-1,2,4-三唑-5-巯基乙酸(3a~e)、3-芳基-5,6-二氢噻唑并[2,3-c]均三唑(5a~e)和3-芳基-6,7-二氢均三唑并[3,4-b][1,3]噻嗪(6a~e)。研究了3a~e在微波辐射下的环化反应,合成了5个3-芳基-5-氧代-6H-噻唑[2,3-c]均三唑(4a~e)。产物经元素分析、红外、核磁共振以及质谱方法确定了结构。初步研究了代表化合物的生物活性。 相似文献

Effects of adding a small amount of poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-poly(vinyl acetate) (PMMA-b-PVAc) to poly(methyl methacrylate)/poly(vinyl acetate) (PMMA/PVAc) blends with a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) phase diagram on the kinetics of late-stage spinodal decomposition (SD) were investigated by time-resolved light scattering at 160°C. It is found that the coarsening process of the structure was slowed down or accelerated upon addition of PMMA-b-PVAc depending on the composition of the block copolymer and the blend. The effect of the block copolymer on the domain size were interpreted as compatibilizing and incompatibilizing effects of the block copolymer on PMMA/PVAc blends based on the evaluation of changes in the stability limits of PMMA/PVAc with the addition of block copolymer using random phase approximation (RPA). 相似文献

A reasonable synthesis design by strategically integrating functional group manipulation into the ring system construction resulted in a short, enantioselective, gram-scale total synthesis of (−)-zephyranthine. The concise route includes a catalytic Michael/Michael cascade for the asymmetric synthesis of a penta-substituted cyclohexane with three contiguous stereogenic centers, a remarkable 8-step one-pot operation to easily assemble the zephyranthine tetracyclic skeleton, the regioselective construction of a double bond in the C ring and an asymmetric dihydroxylation. This review draws attention to the use of chiral monolithic silica HPLC columns for the enantiomeric separation and determination of chiral compounds. Properties and advantages of monolithic silica HPLC columns are also highlighted in comparison to conventional particle-packed, fused-core, and sub-2-µm HPLC columns. Nano-LC capillary monolithic silica columns as well as polymeric-based and hybrid-based monolithic columns are also demonstrated to show good enantioresolution abilities. Methods for introducing the chiral selector into the monolithic silica column in the form of mobile phase additive, by encapsulation and surface coating, or by covalent functionalization are described. The application of molecular modeling methods to elucidate the selector–selectand interaction is discussed. An application for enantiomeric impurity determination is also considered. 相似文献

A series of Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 solid acid catalysts with different Zr(SO4)2 loadings were prepared by water-soluble-impregnation method at room temperature. Then, the prepared catalysts were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum, X-ray diffraction, adsorption/desorption of N2, and temperature-programmed desorption of NH3. The results showed that the active component Zr(SO4)2 was successfully adhered to the mesoporous SiO2, and the acid amount of Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 increased with the increasing of the Zr(SO4)2 loadings. Finally, the wheat stalk was used as raw material and depolymerized over Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 to produce ethyl levulinate (EL). The reaction mixture was separated and purified by filtration and vacuum distillation. The kinetic characteristics and the reaction pathway were also studied. A comparative study showed that 20 wt.% Zr(SO4)2/SiO2 exhibited higher catalytic activity. When reaction temperature, time, catalyst dosage and Zr(SO4)2 loadings were 190 °C, 50 min, 20 wt.% and 30 wt.%, the EL yield reached a maximum of 17.14%. The relative content of EL exceeded 90% after three steps of distillation. 相似文献

用甲醛还原沉积法制备了活性炭负载的铂催化剂(Pt/AC)和不\r\n同载体负载的铂催化剂,并考察了催化剂对硝基苯加氢制备对氨基酚反\r\n应的催化性能.结果表明,还原Pt(Ⅳ)的甲醛用量是影响催化剂性能\r\n的关键因素,甲醛必须过量而且存在一个最佳值.增加催化剂的铂负载\r\n量,不能有效提高加氢反应速度,反而易降低对氨基酚选择性;低铂负\r\n载量催化剂具有较高的活性、选择性及稳定性.XPS和TEM表征结果表明\r\n,金属铂集中分布于活性炭颗粒外部,其颗粒大小介于2~12nm间.炭\r\n载体催化剂的活性和选择性明显高于金属氧化物载体催化剂.掺入适量\r\n的Mg可显著提高Pt/AC催化剂的活性和选择性. 相似文献
