Mixed-ligand zinc complexes, i.e., 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzothiazolato-5,7- dichloro-8-hydroxyquinolinato zinc(II) [ZnBTZ(Cl2q)], 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl) benzothiazolato-5,7-dimethyl-8-hydroxyquinolinato zinc(II) [ZnBTZ(Me2q)], and 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzothiazolato-2-carbonitril-8-hydroxyquinolinato zinc(II) [ZnBTZ(CNq)], were synthesized and characterized. The metal complexes have high thermal stability (>300°C) and high glass-transition temperature (>150°C) and are suitable for optoelectronic applications. Optical properties of the synthesized complexes were characterized by using ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Color tuning by changing the ligand was observed in synthesized complexes. Multilayered organic electroluminescent devices were fabricated having structure indium–tin oxide (ITO)/N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(1-naphthyl)-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine (α-NPD)/zinc complex/2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP)/tris(quinolinolate)AlIII (Alq3)/LiF/Al using the synthesized complexes as emissive material. The electroluminescence spectra show peak emission centered at 532 nm, 572 nm, and 541 nm, respectively, for these materials. The emitted light has chromaticity with Commission Internationale d’Éclairage coordinates x = 0.35 and y = 0.56 for ZnBTZ(Cl2q), x = 0.49 and y = 0.47 for ZnBTZ(Me2q), and x = 0.48 and y = 0.40 for ZnBTZ(CNq) complex.  相似文献

Vibrational spectra of insulator emeraldine base (EB) form of polyaniline and electrical conductive sulfuric acid-and phosphoric acid-doped emeraldine salts (ES) were studied in the region of 4000-400 cm−1 at ambient temperature by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Infrared transmittance spectra of EB and ES were investigated to understand the bonding behavior of different organic and inorganic groups present in the polymeric chains and their structural variations on protonation by sulfate or phosphate ion inclusion in the polymer salt network. These studies revealed the para-coupling of deformed disubstituted benzenoid (B) and quinoid (Q) rings with ends capped predominantly by (B4Q1) units. The deformation of B and Q rings was confirmed by the appearance of many weak bands, very weak bands, and satellite structures in strong transmittance peaks of polymeric chain-constituting groups. Protonation takes place at the nitrogen sites of Q rings and forms semiquinone radical ions in ES. The vibrational bands pertaining to B rings, Q rings, B4Q1 units, semiquinone segment, sulfate ions, and phosphate ions were observed and assigned from these measurements. The shift in peak position of some bands with gain or loss in intensity and appearance of some new bands were observed in sulfuric acid-and phosphoric acid-doped ES spectra. These variations are attributed to the formation of new structural groups in ES on protonation and a change in crystalline field by sulfate and phosphate ion doping for crosslinking the polymeric chains.  相似文献

The complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) metal ions has been synthesized through template method by the condensation of succinic acid dihydrazide with 5-chloroisatin in alcoholic medium. Complexes were characterized by C H N analysis, molar conductance, thermal analysis, magnetic susceptibility, mass spectrometry, FTIR, EPR, 1H NMR, UV–Visible spectroscopy. These studies suggest an octahedral geometry for all the complexes. The compounds were found active against B. subtilis and S. aureus and P. aeruginosa and E. coli bacteria. The Zn(II) complex showed significant anticancer activity against Squamous Cell Carcinoma cells tested by the MTT assay method. Molecular docking studies with EGFR tyrosine kinase were also carried out. All these results show that some of the synthesized compounds have remarkable antibacterial and anticancer property.  相似文献
