A novel Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex immobilized on core‐shell magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SPNC) was successfully designed and synthesized. The structural features of these nanoparticles were studied and confirmed by using various techniques including FT‐IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐Ray diffraction (XRD), wavelength dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (WDX), and inductively coupled plasma (ICP). These newly synthesized nanoparticles have been used as efficient heterogeneous catalytic system for one‐pot multicomponent synthesis of new pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide derivatives. Notably, the catalyst could be easily separated from the reaction mixture by using an external magnet and reused for several successive reaction runs with no significant loss of activity or copper leaching. The present protocol benefits from a hitherto unreported MNPs‐immobilized Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex as an efficient nanocatalyst for the synthesis of newly reported derivatives of pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide from one‐pot multicomponent reactions. 相似文献

This work describes a class of complex combining three dithienylethene units and a lanthanide ion used as an optical system displaying a double encryption method: i) a colorful code, drawn and erased under UV and visible irradiations respectively, due to coloration and discoloration of the photochromic entities, and ii) a concomitant gradual disappearance and progressive restoration of the associated lanthanide ion luminescence triggered with the same stimuli. The innovation of the system stems from the emission color tunability, i.e., with either a lanthanide ion emitting only in the visible range (Eu3+) or with another lanthanide ion emitting only in the near infrared (NIR) range (Yb3+), therefore observable, or not, to the naked eye. This system is the very first one to achieve efficient repeatable modulation of pure NIR luminescence on photochemical command. Furthermore, it is proven to be highly efficient when embedded in a PDMS polymer opening real opportunities for practical applications as anti‐counterfeiting. 相似文献

The present study investigates the antioxidant activities of some Romanian plants, using different spectrophotometric methods (FRAP I, FRAP II, and CUPRAC). The plants investigated are hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha), bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), rosehip (Rosa canina), and chokeberries (Aronia melanocarpa). Hawthorn is used to treat a wide variety of inflammatory conditions, but the primary use is generally restricted for treating hypertension, ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, and arrhythmia. The interaction of Ru3(CO)12 with a novel family of monodentate V‐shaped Schiff base ligands (L1–4; L1: (E)‐1‐(4‐((4‐bromobenzylidene)amino)phenyl)ethanone, L2: (E)‐1‐(3‐(4‐(dimethylamino)benzylideneamino)phenyl)ethanone, L3: (E)‐1‐(4‐(4‐(dimethylamino)benzylideneamino)phenyl)ethanone, L4: (E)‐1‐(3‐(3,4‐dimethoxybenzylideneamino)phenyl)ethanone) in air under atmospheric pressure afforded the novel complexes [Ru(CO)3(L1–4)2]. The parent ligands and their complexes were characterized using elemental analyses and spectroscopic techniques. In addition, the structure of the representative ligand L1 was determined using single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The stereochemistry and theoretical optimization of the three‐dimensional geometry of the ligands and their complexes were justified. In vitro antimicrobial screening against bacterial stains Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and fungus Candida albicans was conducted. Cytotoxicity of the compounds as anti‐tumour agents was evaluated against liver carcinoma (HepG2), breast carcinoma (MCF7) and colon carcinoma (HCT‐116) cell lines relative to cisplatin and doxorubicin. The complexes showed variable in vitro cytotoxic activities against the three studied cell lines, with IC50 values less than those of cis‐platin, and thus appear to be building blocks for promising anti‐tumour agents. 相似文献

We present a facile and efficient method for modifying the surface of silica-coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with bis(pyrazolyl) triazine ruthenium(II) complex [ MNPs@BPT–Ru (II) ] . Field emission-scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric/derivative thermogravimetry analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry analyses were employed for characterizing the structure of these nanoparticles. MNPs@BPT–Ru(II) nanoparticles proved to be a magnetic, reusable, and heterogeneous catalyst for the hydrogen transfer reduction of ketone derivatives. In addition, highly pure products were obtained with excellent yields in relatively short times in the presence of this catalyst. A comparison of this catalyst with those previously used for the hydrogen transfer reactions proved the uniqueness of MNPs@BPT–Ru(II) nanoparticle which is due to its inherent magnetic properties and large surface area. The reaction of the newly synthesized ligand, 2‐isonicotinoyl‐N‐phenylhydrazine‐1‐carbothioamide (H3L), with acetate salt of Co (II), Cu (II),Ni (II) and Zn (II) led to isolation of four solid complexes. The ligand and complexes structure elucidation were based on elemental analyses, spectral analyses (IR, UV–Visible, 1H and13C‐NMR, MS and ESR), TGA, molar conductivity and magnetic moments measurements. The results indicated that the ligand exists in the thioketo form, while on coordination to the metal ions; it behaves as mono‐negative bidentate chelate and exists in enol form. The optical band gap measurements of the ligand and its metal complexes are in the range 3.83–4.48 eV indicating their semi‐conducting character. The cytotoxicity examination of H3L and its Zn (II) complex showed that the ligand have very strong cytotoxicity against both HCT‐116 and HEPG‐2 cell lines while, Zn (II) complex has moderate activity. 相似文献
