Various rice samples /seed, brand layer, husk/ from Vietnam were analyzed for Se, Hg, Cr, Ni, Sc, Rb, Fe, Zn and Co by neutron activation analysis. The concentration values found /seed/ were the following: Se 0.04–0.07 ppm, Hg 0.02–0.07 ppm, Cr 2.13–8.65 ppm, Ni 1.56–4.95 ppm, Sc 0.02–0.06 ppm, Rb 0.84–2.71 ppm, Fe 26.31–96.07 ppm, Zn 10.65–27.39 ppm and Co 0.02–0.15 ppm. The values were reported in ppm /dry weight/. Statistical analysis /t-test, t=0.05/ showed that the content of elements varies between sorts of rice; the content of Rb, Fe, Ni, Cr of rice husk was significantly higher than in rice seed and brand layer.  相似文献

During the first two years of operation, the TCV tokamak has produced a large variety of plasma shapes and magnetic configurations, with 1.0B tor1.46T,I p800kA,k2.05, –0.71. A new shape control algorithm, based on a finite element reconstruction of the plasma current in real time, has been implemented. Vertical growth rates up to 1000s–1 have been stabilized using the external coil system. Ohmic H-modes with Troyon factors ( tor aB/I p) up to two and densities up to 2.25×1020m–3, corresponding to the Greenwald limit, have been obtained in diverted discharges. Limiter H-modes with line averaged electron densities up to 1.7×1020m–3 have been obtained in elongated D-shaped plasmas with 360 kAI P600 kA.Presented at 17th Symposium Plasma Physics and Technology, Prague, June 13–16, 1995.This work was partly supported by the Fonds National Suisse de la Recherche Scientifique.  相似文献

The reactions pK + and pK + 0 have been measured with the multiparticle detector system SAPHIR at ELSA in Bonn. Besides the differential cross sections the polarization and, for the first time, the 0 polarization have been determined in a photon induced reaction. All data are presented as functions of the photon energy (from threshold up to 1.47 GeV) and of the kaon production angle (0°–180°). Development of artificial mechanoreceptors capable of sensing and pre-processing external mechanical stimuli is a crucial step toward constructing neuromorphic perception systems that can learn and store information. Here, bio-inspired artificial fast-adaptive (FA) and slow-adaptive (SA) mechanoreceptors with synapse-like functions are demonstrated for tactile perception. These mechanoreceptors integrate self-powered piezoelectric pressure sensors with synaptic electrolyte-gated field-effect transistors (EGFETs) featuring a reduced graphene oxide channel. The FA pressure sensor is based on a piezoelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) thin film, while the SA pressure sensor is enabled by a piezoelectric ionogel with the piezoelectric-ionic coupling effect based on P(VDF-TrFE) and an ionic liquid. Changes in post-synaptic current are achieved through the synaptic effect of the EGFET by regulating the amplitude, number, duration, and frequency of tactile stimuli (pre-synaptic pulses). These devices have great potential to serve as artificial biological mechanoreceptors for future artificial neuromorphic perception systems.  相似文献

Development of multifunctional electrocatalysts with high efficiency and stability is of great interest in recent energy conversion technologies. Herein, a novel heteroelectrocatalyst of molecular iron complex (FeMC)-carbide MXene (Mo2TiC2Tx) uniformly embedded in a 3D graphene-based hierarchical network (GrH) is rationally designed. The coexistence of FeMC and MXene with their unique interactions triggers optimum electronic properties, rich multiple active sites, and favorite free adsorption energy for excellent trifunctional catalytic activities. Meanwhile, the highly porous GrH effectively promotes a multichannel architecture for charge transfer and gas/ion diffusion to improve stability. Therefore, the FeMC–MXene/GrH results in superb performances towards oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), oxygen evolution reaction (OER), and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in alkaline medium. The practical tests indicate that Zn/Al–air batteries derived from FeMC–MXene/GrH cathodic electrodes produce high power densities of 165.6 and 172.7 mW cm−2, respectively. Impressively, the liquid-state Zn–air battery delivers excellent cycling stability of over 1100 h. In addition, the alkaline water electrolyzer induces a low cell voltage of 1.55 V at 10 mA cm−2 and 1.86 V at 0.4 A cm−2 in 30 wt.% KOH at 80 °C, surpassing recent reports. The achievements suggest an exciting multifunctional electrocatalyst for electrochemical energy applications.  相似文献

We propose short packet communication in an underlay cognitive radio network assisted by an intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) composed of multiple reconfigurable reflectors. This scheme, called the IRS protocol, operates in only one time slot (TS) using the IRS. The IRS adjusts its phases to give zero received cumulative phase at the secondary destination, thereby enhancing the end-to-end signal-to-noise ratio. The transmitting power of the secondary source is optimized to simultaneously satisfy the multi-interference constraints, hardware limitations, and performance improvement. Simulation and analysis results of the average block error rates (BLERs) show that the performance can be enhanced by installing more reconfigurable reflectors, increasing the blocklength, lowering the number of required primary receivers, or sending fewer information bits. Moreover, the proposed IRS protocol always outperforms underlay relaying protocols using two TSs for data transmission, and achieves the best average BLER at identical transmission distances between the secondary source and secondary destination. The theoretical analyses are confirmed by Monte Carlo simulations.  相似文献

Summary PPP type semiempirical quantum chemical calculations of absorption spectra were performed for hypericin, fringelit D, stentorin, and their respective conformers, tautomers, and deprotonated species. The results agree with the experimental absorption spectra of hypericin, stentorin, and fringelit D, their deprotonated species, and the polarized absorption spectra of an ,-long chain appended hypericin derivative embedded in stretched polyethylene.

Zusammenfassung Semiempirische quantenchemische Rechnungen (PPP-Typ) der Absorptions-spektren von Hypericin, Fringelit D, Stentorin und ihrer Konformeren, Tautomeren und deren Deprotonierungsprodukten wurden durchgeführt. Die Resultate stehen in Einklang mit den experimentellen Absorptionsspektren von Hypericin, Fringelit D, Stentorin, ihrer Deprotonierungsprodukte und dem polarisierten Absorptionsspektrum eines in gestrecktem Polyethylen eingebetteten ,-substituierten Hypericinderivates.
