高斯光束计算平板波导自由传输区远场分布及其修正

对近轴近似条件下求解亥姆霍兹方程得到的高斯光束显式传播公式做了分析，同时，基于基尔霍夫衍射理论，在菲涅耳近似的条件下给出了相应的高斯光束在远场的传播公式，在此基础上，对近轴近似条件做出了定量分析，给出了这个近似条件引入的误差，提出了一种计算高斯光束远场分布的修正方法，并采用有限差分-光束传播方法(FD-BPM)来检验各种方法的准确性。把这种修正方法应用到平面光集成波导器件，如阵列波导光栅(AWG)、蚀刻衍射光栅(EDG)等器件的设计和模拟中，可以大大降低工作的复杂性，同时可以得到精确的结果。

Nonlinear Boundary Layers of the Boltzmann Equation: I. Existence

 We study the half-space problem of the nonlinear Boltzmann equation, assigning the Dirichlet data for outgoing particles at the boundary and a Maxwellian as the far field. We will show that the solvability of the problem changes with the Mach number ℳ^∞ of the far Maxwellian. If ℳ^∞<−1, there exists a unique smooth solution connecting the Dirichlet data and the far Maxwellian for any Dirichlet data sufficiently close to the far Maxwellian. Otherwise, such a solution exists only for the Dirichlet data satisfying certain admissible conditions. The set of admissible Dirichlet data forms a smooth manifold of codimension 1 for the case −1<ℳ^∞<0, 4 for 0<ℳ^∞<1 and 5 for ℳ^∞>1, respectively. We also show that the same is true for the linearized problem at the far Maxwellian, and the manifold is, then, a hyperplane. The proof is essentially based on the macro-micro or hydrodynamics-kinetic decomposition of solutions combined with an artificial damping term and a spatially exponential decay weight. Duffing-van der Pol振子随机分岔的全局分析

应用广义胞映射方法研究了参激和外激共同作用的Duffing-van der Pol振子的随机分岔.以 系统参数通过某一临界值时，如果系统的随机吸引子或随机鞍的形态发生突然变化，则认为 系统发生随机分岔为定义，分析了参激强度和外激强度的变化对于随机分岔的影响.揭示了 随机分岔的发生主要是由于系统的随机吸引子与系统的随机鞍碰撞产生的.分析表明，广义 胞映射方法是分析随机分岔的有力工具，这种全局分析方法可以清晰地给出随机分岔的发生 和发展. 关键词： 随机分岔 全局分析 广义胞映射方法 随机吸引子 随机鞍     

光电双基区晶体管(PDUBAT)的器件模型

本文在考虑了晶体管的小注入效应和大注入效应以及基区宽变效应等因素后,首次用近似和简化的数学表示式和相应的等效电路,描述了光电双基区晶体管(PDUBAT)负阻形成的机理并使负阻区和谷值区的理论计算和实验结果一致性很好.     

STUDY ON PHASE PERCEPTION IN SPEECH

The perceptual effect of the phase information in speech has been studied by auditory subjective tests. On the condition that the phase spectrum in speech is changed while amplitude spectrum is unchanged, the tests show that: (1) If the envelop of the reconstructed speech signal is unchanged, there is indistinctive auditory perception between the original speech and the reconstructed speech; (2) The auditory perception effect of the reconstructed speech mainly lies on the amplitude of the derivative of the additive phase; (3) td is the maximum relative time shift between different frequency components of the reconstructed speech signal. The speech quality is excellent while td <10ms; good while 10ms< td <20ms; common while 20ms< td <35ms, and poor while td >35ms.     

技术联盟的共生演化分析

企业组建技术联盟的根本目的,就是基于自己能力缺陷,分散风险,降低研发成本,共享技术收益,是一个典型的利益共生体.Logistic生物种群共生进化模型给技术联盟共生体提供了一个分析框架.分析结果表明:对于主体不均等的技术联盟,主导企业从合作伙伴中获得的收益是非常有限的,远远低于自己对伙伴企业的贡献,并且这种联盟方式要求企业之间的分工程度要高;而对于主体均等的技术联盟而言,双方的贡献相差不大,都相对比较小.技术联盟企业通过分工形式形成各种关系,以激烈的竞争维持着共生模式的稳定性.     

Superferromagnetic state of α-Fe in Fe implanted Co6Ag94 studied by Mössbauer spectroscopy

After having introduced by ion implantation ⁵⁷Fe to a local concentration of 7 at% into Co₆Ag₉₄, we observed it by conversion electron Mössbauer spectroscopy in the as-prepared state and after isochronal annealing. A superferromagnetic state is inferred, which is correlated with the ordering of the magnetic moments on the Fe clusters through chain-like or dendritic Co/Fe linear structures. The magnetic moment disordering temperature lies above 473 K.

利用不变积分核(Berndtsson核),复Finsler度量和联系于Chern-Finsler联络的非线性联络,研究复Finsler流形上具有逐块光滑C~((1))边界的有界域上(p,q)型微分形式的积分表示,得到了(p,q)型微分形式的Koppelman-Leray-Norguet公式和■-方程的解．作为应用,利用复Finsler度量和联系于Chern-Finsler联络的非线性联络,给出了Stein流形上具有逐块光滑C~((1))边界的有界域上(p,q)型微分形式的Koppelman- Leray-Norguet公式以及■-方程的解,并且得到了Stein流形上实非退化强拟凸多面体上(p,q)型微分形式的积分表示式和■-方程的解．     

In vivo measurements of nitrogen,hydrogen, and carbon in genetically obese and lean pigs

Characteristic gamma-rays are emitted promptly by elements during exposure to neutrons. These emissions enable a radioanalytical analysis of the body's composition of protein (nitrogen), water (hydrogen), and fat (carbon). We have used this method in vivo to determine the body composition of obese and lean pigs (10 to 20 kg body wt) fed an altered cholesterol diet.
