采用信息融合技术的IR／MMW复合导引头的目标跟踪

从误差测量环节入手，基于IR／MMW双模结构，采用信息融合处理技术提高其估计跟踪精度，最终达到降低制导误差，提高武器性能的目的，仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

本文介绍了系统信息提示的一种方法，井重点讨论了用８０８８汇编语言实现的方法。它采用基本信息串表和索引表，对于使用频度较高的系统，可以大大节约系统内存，具存较好的实性用。     

Synthesis and characterization of novel thermoresponsive‐co‐biodegradable hydrogels composed of N‐isopropylacrylamide,poly(L‐lactic acid), and dextran

A series of novel multifunctional hydrogels that combined the merits of both thermoresponsive and biodegradable polymeric materials were designed, synthesized, and characterized. The hydrogels were copolymeric networks composed of N‐isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAM) as a thermoresponsive component, poly(L‐lactic acid) (PLLA) as a hydrolytically degradable and hydrophobic component, and dextran as an enzymatically degradable and hydrophilic component. The chemical structures of the hydrogels were characterized by an attenuated total reflection–Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR–FTIR) technique. The hydrogels were thermoresponsive, showing a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) at approximately 32 °C, and their swelling properties strongly depended on temperature changes, the balance of the hydrophilic/hydrophobic components, and the degradation of the PLLA component. The degradation of the hydrogels caused by hydrolytic cleavage of ester bonds in the PLLA component was faster at 25 °C below the LCST than at 37 °C above the LCST, determined by the ATR–FTIR technique. Due to their multifunctional properties, the designed hydrogels show great potential for biomedical applications, including drug delivery and tissue engineering. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The Content Driven Mobile Internet

The development of future mobile networks will be driven, in large part, by content and web based services. In this paper, we examine several performance, scalability and architectural challenges faced by future mobile web applications and how advanced mobile content delivery techniques can address these challenges. We review existing content delivery using a taxonomy that consists of three categories: network scaling, end system acceleration, and content and protocol optimization. While wireline content delivery focuses on network and server scalability, mobile content delivery will likely benefit most from optimizing radio link usage. We also present our ongoing work in this area, which extends the functionality of edge caching to the terminal, uses user interest correlation information to maintain low terminal power consumption and adds a new dimension to radio resource management. Laser-assisted sealing and testing for ceramic packaging of MEMS devices

In this work, a CO/sub 2/ laser-assisted silicon lid sealing process, utilizing Au80/Sn20 solder, for encapsulating gas breakdown test micro-electro-mechanical structures (MEMS) in a ceramic quad flatpack (CQFP) was studied. Wire bonded MEMS dies were sealed into CQFPs under various gas media, such as air, nitrogen, helium and vacuum. The gas breakdown test results showed a significantly higher breakdown voltage for vacuum packaged parts compared to those packaged in other various gas environments. Hermeticity testing according to MIL-STD-883E showed that the leak rate of the package was below 10/sup -8/ atm cc/s. The bonding was uniform and the bonding strength is believed to be comparable to the tensile strength of Au80/Sn20 solder.     

Phase Transition VO2 Thin Films for Optical Switches

This paper presents a method to make vanadium dioxide (VO₂) crystallites on silicon substrates by reactive ion beam sputtering. The thickness of the thin film is about 100nm. The phase transition temperature of VO₂ is 65°C. The transmittance of the semiconducting phase VO₂ is about 50% and it is reduced to as low as 3% in metal phase at the infrared wavelenghth spectrum. The extinction ratio of the optical switches is 12dB. and the insertion loss is of 1-2dB. The switching time is about 1ms.

基于广义最小均方的自适应递归滤波算法

本文提出了一种广义最小均方(GLMS)算法,分析了GLMS算法的性能,并根据GLMS算法,导出一种自适应递归滤波(ARF)算法。在推导中,ARF算法避开了超稳定定理,从而考虑自适应系统的严格正实条件和Popov不等式是不必要的。计算机模拟表明ARF算法具有很高的收敛速度。     

铸造铝合金(ZL109)激光表面处理

采用功率为2kW级CO_2连续可调式横流激光光源,对不同涂层的ZL109试样表面进行了激光熔凝的实验研究。
