The preparation of nano‐scope chitosan‐oligomer copper complexes and their interaction with DNA

Water‐soluble low molecular weight chitosan of nanometer level and its copper complexes were prepared, and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The modes and mechanism of these copper complexes interaction with DNA were studied by a fluorescent probe method and electrophoresis analysis. It is suggested that there are electrostatic and intercalation modes of copper complexes interacting with DNA. At first, the cationic complex electrostaticly binds to the negatively charged phosphate backbone of DNA, and then a portion of the complex intercalates between the base pairs on the DNA duplex strand. Synthesis of molecular sieve AlPO4-12

A member of the novel family of crystalline microporous aluminophosphates, AlPO₄-12, was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization using different aluminum-containing compounds. Three new crystalline phases were obtained by varying the composition of the reaction mixture. The effect of the synthesis conditions on the hudrothermal process and the kinetics of crystallization are discussed. The apparent activation energies obtained for AlPO₄-12 are 20.9 and 14.6 kcal/mol for nucleation and crystallization, respectively. The adsorption isotherms of one AlPO₄-12 product were measured.     

合成1，3－二（3－羟丙基）四甲基二硅氧烷的新方法

用二乙氧基二甲基硅烷与３－氯丙醇反应，合成了新化合物３－氯丙氧基乙氧基二甲基硅烷，然后用格氏反应代替Ｗａｌｔｅｒ的钠缩合反应，最后经水解制备了１，３－二（３－羟丙基）四甲基二硅氧烷，总收率为４２．０％。     

左炔诺孕酮的荧光光谱分析法

用荧光光谱法研究了硫酸介质中左炔诺孕酮与 β_环糊精主客体包络反应的条件及机理 ,以及溴化十六烷基三甲铵的增敏作用 ,提出了在水溶液中测定左炔诺孕酮的荧光光谱分析法;该法灵敏度高 ,检出限低(3.20×10 -8mol/L) ,荧光强度与左炔诺孕酮浓度在6.40×10 -8～3.20×10 -6mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系 ,方法的相对标准偏差为0.9 %(n=5)。     

α-环糊精对铜-[meso-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯)卟啉]显色反应增敏作用的研究

本文研究了α-环糊精存在下,铜与meso-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯)卟啉显色反应的条件,其最大吸收在417nm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.5×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)铜含量在0～2μg/10.75ml内符合比尔定律,并利用此法测定了果树叶和头发中的铜。     

希土氯化物与α－羟基异丁酸配合物的合成、表征、晶体结构及抑菌效应的研究

合成了十五种希土氯化物与α－羟基异丁酸配合物。对配合物的物化性质进行了表征，测定了Ｌａ（ＨＩＢ）２．Ｃｌ．２Ｈ２Ｏ的晶体结构，配合物属单斜晶系，Ｃ２／Ｃ空间群，晶胞参数：ａ＝９．００７（５）；ｂ＝８．７００（３）；ｃ＝１９．７７０（５）ａ；β＝９６μο（３）°；Ｚ＝４。合成的十五种配合物均具有较强的抑菌能力。     

极谱杂多酸吸附波测定合金中硅

在pH2—4的盐酸介质中,硅(Ⅳ)、锑(Ⅲ)与铝(Ⅵ)形成三元杂多酸,此三元杂多酸在0.4mol/L的HCl中能迅速在滴汞电极上还原而产生灵敏的极谱电流。其峰电位为-0.30V(vs.SCE)。测定下限是8×10~(-8)mol/L。     

1''-苯基-3''-甲基-5''-氧代吡唑-4''-基乙醛酸希土配合物的合成及性质研究

本文采用电导、pH滴定法研究了乙醇-水溶液中希土与1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基乙醛酸(简称H₂A)的配位反应.合成了15种新的希土固态配合物.通过元素分析、化学分析、水份分析确定了配合物的化学组成为RE(HA)₃·nH₂O(RE=Ce、Pr、Sm、Tm、Lu、n=1;RE=La、Nd、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Yb、Y,n=1-2).并对配合物的红外光谱、核磁共振谱、热稳定性、紫外光谱、溶解性及摩尔电导进行了测定.     

氯化钠在球形纳米氧化铈形成过程中的作用

以水合碳酸铈为原料, 以氯化钠作为助磨剂和阻聚剂, 采用机械活化法制备了球形纳米氧化铈, 用XRD法研究了水合碳酸铈与氯化钠质量比、球磨时间、煅烧温度对CeO2粉体晶粒度的影响, 用TEM对最终产物粒子进行形貌观察. 结果表明: 在碳酸铈的球磨过程及其随后的煅烧过程中, 氯化钠的存在起到了很好的助磨和阻聚作用, 所得CeO2为类球形粒子, 分散性较好, 晶粒度约为30～50 nm.     

A New HPLC Method to Determine Carbonyl Compounds in Air

In this paper,a new HPLC method was established to determine the earbonyl compounds in air.As the absorbent,2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazint(2,4-DNPH)reaeted with earbonyls specifieally,which form the corresponding 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones,then analyzed by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions,the recovery rate,stability of samples,reagent blank,sampling efficiency were all studied systematically.The results showed that this established method had high sensitivity and good selectivity compared with other analytical methods,and it can detemine ten earbonyl compounds in air in 26 min simultancously.
