烟草三维荧光特征和品质评吸的关系

研究不同品种烟草石油醚冷萃取物的三维荧光光谱，包括烟草所共在的荧光性质和各自的荧光特性，寻找它们与烟草香味，颈头等吃味之间的关系，选择合适的量值指标，为烟草品质的 观感官评估提供了一个实用的对照方法。     

Investigations of the EPR parameters for Sm3+ ions in KY3F10 and LiYF4 crystals

In this paper, we calculate the EPR parameters (g factors g parallel, g perpendicular and hyperfine structure constants A parallel, A perpendicular) of rare earth ion Sm3+ in fluoride crystals KY3F10 and LiYF4 from the perturbation formulas of EPR parameters for a 4f5 ion in tetragonal symmetry. In these formulas, the crystal-field J-mixing of the first and second excited-state multiplets 6H(7/2) and 6H(9/2) into the ground state multiplet 6H(5/2), the mixtures among the states with the same J value via spin-orbit coupling interaction and the interactions between the ground Kramers doublet Gammagamma and the same irreducible representation as Gammagamma in other 11 Kramers doublets Gammax within 6HJ (J=5/2, 7/2, 9/2) states via crystal-field and orbital angular momentum (or hyperfine structure) are considered. The calculated results (which are in agreement with the observed values) are discussed.

三核苯甲酸铁配合物[Fe3O(OBZ)6(H2O)3](NO3)(acetone)5(OBZ-=苯甲酸根)的结构和磁性

合成了三核苯甲酸铁配合物［Ｆｅ３Ｏ（ＯＢＺ）６（Ｈ２Ｏ）３］（ＮＯ３）（ａｃｅｔｏｎｅ）５。测定了其晶体结构，其中三个铁形成等边三角形结构。配合物的变温磁化率表明，分子内三个铁之间有弱的反应磁性交换作用，Ｊ＝－３３．１８ｃｍ＾－１。分子之间则有更弱的反铁磁性交换作用，ＺＪ＾＇＝－１．１４ｃｍ＾－１。     

Solid-contact potentiometric sensor for ascorbic acid based on cobalt phthalocyanine nanoparticles as ionophore

A novel solid-contact potentiometric sensor for ascorbic acid based on cobalt phthalocyanine nanoparticles (NanoCoPc) as ionophore was fabricated without any need of auxiliary materials (such as membrane matrix, plasticizer, and other additives). The electrode was prepared by simple drop-coating NanoCoPc colloid on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode. A smooth, bright and blue thin film was strongly attached on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode. The electrode showed high selectivity for ascorbic acid, as compared with many common anions. The influences of the amount of NanoCoPc at the electrode surface and pH on the response characteristics of the electrode were investigated. To overcome the instability of the formal potential of the coated wire electrode, a novel electrochemical pretreatment method was proposed for the potentiometric sensor based on redox mechanism. This resulting sensor demonstrates potentiometric response over a wide linear range of ascorbic acid concentration (5.5 × 10⁻⁷ to 5.5 × 10⁻² M) with a fast response (<15 s), lower detection limit (ca. 1.0 × 10⁻⁷ M), and a long-term stability. Furthermore, microsensors based on different conductors (carbon fiber and Cu wire) were also successfully fabricated for the determination of practical samples.     

Polyamide thin film composite membrane prepared from m-phenylenediamine and m-phenylenediamine-5-sulfonic acid

Thin film composite (TFC) membranes based polyamide were prepared with m-phenylenediamine (MPD), m-phenylenediamine-5-sulfonic acid (SMPD) and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) through interfacial polymerization technique on the polysulphone supporting film. The membranes were characterized using permeation experiments with salt water, attenuated total reflectance infrared (ATR-IR) and X-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy (XPS) as well as scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). This study has shown that the active layer of TFC membrane is aromatic polyamide, including sulfuric acid function group (-SO₃H) according to the result of ATR-IR and XPS. The NaCl rejection of RO membranes decreased and the flux increased when W_SMPD/W_MPD increased from 0 to 1, and the linear part with pendant -COOH in membrane barrier layer increased with the increase of SMPD content, but the surface of membrane becoming smoother and smoother with the increase of SMPD content. So the membranes performance mainly was determined by chemical structure in their barrier layer.

Variable low-mass filtering using an electrodynamic ion funnel

An adjustable low-mass filter has been developed for an electrospray ionization (ESI) source to block ions associated with unwanted background species from entering the mass spectrometer. The low-mass filter is made by using an adjustable potential energy barrier from the conductance-limiting plate of an electrodynamic ion funnel, which prohibits species with higher ion mobilities from exiting the ESI source. We show that this arrangement provides a linear voltage adjustment for low-mass filtering from m/z 0 to 500. Mass filtering above m/z 500 is also performed; however, higher-mass species are attenuated. The mass filter was tested with a liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) analysis of a bovine serum albumin (BSA) tryptic digest and resulted in the ability to block low-mass, background species, which accounted for 40-70% of the total ion current immediately behind the ESI source during peak elution and detection.     

A cytotoxic compound from the leaves of Juglans mandshurica

From Juglans mandshurica leaves, a new quinone compound was isolated through bioassay-guided fractionation. The structure elucidation of the compound was established based on spectroscopic studies, notably of the 2D NMR spectra. The compound exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against Hela, MCF-7, BGC823 and 3T3-Llcell lines with IC50 ranges from 7.5 to 26.8 μmol/L.     

An Abietane Diterpene and a Sterol from Fungus Phettinus igniarius

A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.
