电沉积n—CdSe在多硫溶液界面上的电荷转移机理

通过测定平带电位,澄清了OH~-离子在CdSe电极上的吸附情况,发现在S、S~(2-)、OH~-溶液中S~(2-)离子优先吸附,结合旋转环盘电极测量,证明n-CdSe电极在多硫溶液界面上的电荷转移过程。     

多孔硅发光机制的分析

从量子力学的基本理论出发讨论了量子限制效应，推导出多孔硅有效禁带宽度增量并用量子限制效应和表面态及其物质在发光中作用的理论解释了ＰＳ光致发光的实验现象。     

荧光波长对共焦显微镜成像特性的影响

导出了共焦显微镜中不同荧光波长情况下的荧光功率传输函数、三维脉冲响应函数（3D－PSF）和三维光学传递函数（3D－OTF）。结果表明，不同的荧光波长对共焦显微镜的空间截止频率、分辨率、光学传递函数存在明显的影响。当激发波长与荧光波长的比值下降到一定程度时，可以看到明显的失锥现象。     

Multiple-input optical control of vertical cavity surface emitting lasers using intracavity-coupled in-plane lasers

We report new experimental results demonstrating optical bistability and two-input NOR gate operation in intracavity-coupled in-plane and vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSELs) fabricated from the same epitaxial material. The VCSEL (or output) section gain is controlled by separately biased in-plane laser section(s), and depending on the in-plane power output, complete quenching of stimulated emission in the VCSEL is observed. Hysteresis is present in the VCSEL output power versus in-plane laser input power characteristic, and an optical memory effect is observed in the combined device.

压电阻尼技术有两种类型：压电被动阻尼技术和压电主动阻尼技术。本文对其中的压电被动阻尼技术进行了研究，结果表明：通过给压电元件并联适当的外部电路，可使压电系统具有与粘弹阻尼材料及动力吸振器相似的物理特性。合理配置电路参数，可以实现最优阻尼比。     

A BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD FOR A NONLINEAR BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM IN STEADY-STATE HEAT TRANSFER IN DIMENSION THREE

In this paper, a new method of boundary reduction is proposed, which reduces thesteady-state heat transfer equation with radiation. Moreover, a boundary element method is pre-sented for its solution and the error estimates of the numerical approximations are given.

Interactive key frame selection model

Video summarization can provide a fine representation of the content of video stream and reduce a large amount of data involved in video indexing, browsing, and retrieval. Moreover, Key frame selection is an important step in the research of content-based video analysis and retrieval. Although there exist a variety of methods for key frame selection, they are heuristic and closed systems, which cannot dynamically generate video summary with user’s preference. In this paper, an M-estimator and epipolar line distance constraint camera motion estimation algorithm is introduced as camera parameters is an important motion feature for key frame selection, and Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) method is applied to optimize estimated parameters. Moreover, since Interactive Computing is a novel-computing model that represents the transition of algorithm to interaction, an interactive model of key frame selection (IKFS) is presented as a result of improving the model of key frame selection (KFS). The model of KFS and IKFS are proved to satisfy the criterion of induction and coinduction, respectively. Experimental results show that the processing scheme generates flexible and desirable summarizations whose distortion rate is lower than current method. Above all, IKFS is an extension to KFS.
