A rhodamine-based sensor (1) has been developed for the detection of chromium ions. Cr3+-induced opening of the rhodamine spirocycle in sensor (1) led to the distinct colorimetric and fluorescence responses. Among all the tested ions, only Cr3+ generated a significant fluorescence enhancement of up to 13-fold, which indicated the high selectivity of 1. Sensor (1) was successfully applied in the in vivo fluorescence imaging of Cr3+ in C. elegans. The results provided solid evidences for the future estimation of Cr3+ in environmental applications and tobacco samples.  相似文献

In order to discover new molecules with good insecticidal activities, a series of anthranilic diamides containing polyfluoroalkyl pyrazole were designed and synthesized, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. Bioassays demonstrated that some of the title compound exhibited excellent insecticidal activities. The larvicidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8g, 8k and 8l against Mythimna separata Walker were 100% at 0.8 mg/L. The insecticidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8e, 8g, 8k and 8l against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus were 100% at 0.4 mg/L. Surprisingly compounds 8a and 8c still showed 100% larvicidal activities against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus at 0.08 mg/L comparable to the commercialized Chlorantraniliprole. The LC50 of compound 8a and 8c against M. separata is 0.048 and 0.043 mg/L respectively.  相似文献

A new organic hybrid holmium–germanate oxo-cluster [Ho8(phen)2Ge12(μ 3-O)24(CH2CH2COO)12(H2O)16]·2H2O (1, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, UV/Vis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and powder X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1 contains cage clusters [Ho8(phen)2Ge12(μ 3-O)24(CH2CH2COO)12(H2O)16] and free H2O molecules. The cage cluster is constructed by the combination of two [Ho(phen)(H2O)2] units, two [Ge6O12(CH2CH2COO)6] rings and one circular [Ho6O36] fragment via sharing O atoms. 1 is the rare example of organic hybrid holmium–germanate oxo-cluster decorated by phen ligands.  相似文献

Two organic-polyoxometalates (organic-POMs) hybrids were constructed by fan-shaped 1-methyl-3-[3, 4, 5-tris(octadecyloxy) benzyl]imidazolium salts (labelled as I–Cl) and triethyl-[3, 4, 5-tris (octadecyloxy) benzyl] ammonium salts (labelled as Q–Cl) and Keggin anions [SiW12O40]4? by electrostatic interaction. Self-assembled behaviours of two aggregates in organic solvent and solid state were investigated in detail by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray analysis. The mixed solution of chloroform–methanol or chloroform–acetone provided the stable environment for aggregates and aggregates showed a uniform micron size. X-ray analysis results showed that flower-like aggregates morphology of I4[SiW12O40] based on imidazole ring as ‘head’ in organic cations was formed by the stacking of multilamellar discs and kept the lamellar structure in solid state. Bulk thorn spheres appeared in Q4[SiW12O40] aggregates, which were formed by closely interspersed of lots flatted blocks with hexagonal structure characteristics in solid state. The comprehension for the self-assembly morphology and solid structure of organic-polyoxometalate hybrids would help us to use easily modified organic moiety and functional inorganic polyoxoanions as blocks to build novel and giant supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Highly selective, narcissistic self-sorting has been observed in the one-pot synthesis of three organometallic molecular cylinders of type [M3{L-(NHC)3}2](PF6)3 (M=Ag+, Au+; L=1,3,5-benzene, triphenylamine, or 1,3,5-triphenylbenzene) from L-(NHC)3 and silver(I) or gold(I) ions. The molecular cylinders contain only one type of tris-NHC ligand with no crossover products detectable. Transmetalation of the tris-NHC ligands from Ag+ to Au+ in a one-pot reaction with retention of the supramolecular structures is also demonstrated. High-fidelity self-sorting was also observed in the one-pot reaction of benzene-bridged tris-NHC and tetrakis-NHC ligands with Ag2O. This study for the first time extends narcissistic self-sorting in metal–ligand interactions from Werner-type complexes to organometallic derivatives.  相似文献

The solvation of carbon dioxide in sea water plays an important role in the carbon circle and the world climate. The salting-out/salting-in mechanism of CO2 in electrolyte solutions still remains elusive at molecule level. The ability of ion salting-out/salting-in CO2 in electrolyte solution follows Hofmeister Series and the change of water mobility induced by salts can be predicted by the viscosity B-coefficients. In this work, the chemical potential of carbon dioxide and the dynamic properties of water in aqueous NaCl, KF and NaClO4 solutions are calculated and analyzed. According to the viscosity B-coefficients, NaClO4 (0.012) should salt out the carbon dioxide relative to in pure water, but the opposite effect is observed for it. Our simulation results suggest that the salting-in effect of NaClO4 is due to the strongly direct anion-CO2 interaction. The inconsistency between Hofmeister Series and the viscosity B-coefficient suggests that it is not always right to indicate whether a salt belongs to salting-in or salting-out just from these properties of the salt solution in the absence of solute.  相似文献

利用正弦函数构造了一类新的带有形状参数ω的(2n-1)点二重动态逼近细分格式.从理论上分析了随n值变化时这类细分格式的C~k连续性和支集长度;算法的一个特色是随着细分格式中参数ω的取值不同,相应生成的极限曲线的表现张力也有所不同,而且这一类算法所对应的静态算法涵盖了Chaikin,Hormann,Dyn,Daniel和Hassan的算法.文末附出大量数值实例,在给定相同的初始控制顶点,且极限曲线达到同一连续性的前提下和现有几种算法做了比较,数值实例表明这类算法生成的极限曲线更加饱满,表现力更强.  相似文献

本文应用数字图象处理与识别技术在IBM-PC/AT微处理计算机图象处理系统上对复杂的全息干涉条纹图进行了自动分析,文中采用二维灰度值检测的方法获取条纹的准峰或谷值二值图形,然后通过细化得到条纹中心,提出了用记忆跟踪算法自动去除毛刺和噪声线段.在用光标进行人机对话标定零级条纹后,可自动识别出其它整数条纹级数.分数级条纹级数可在整数级条纹数据之间进行线性或非线性插值得到.最后给出了全息条纹图分析的实例.  相似文献
