To develop new compounds with high activity, broad spectrum and low-toxicity, 17 benzamides substituted with quinoline-linked 1,2,4-oxadiazole were designed using the splicing principle of active substructures and were synthesized. The biological activities were evaluated against 10 fungi, indicating that some of the synthetic compounds showed excellent fungicidal activities. For example, at 50 mg/L, the inhibitory activity of 13p (3-Cl-4-Cl substituted, 86.1%) against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was superior to that of quinoxyfen (77.8%), and the inhibitory activity of 13f (3-CF3 substituted, 77.8%) was comparable to that of quinoxyfen. The fungicidal activities of 13f and 13p to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were better than that of quinoxyfen (14.19 mg/L), with EC50 of 6.67 mg/L and 5.17 mg/L, respectively. Furthermore, the acute toxicity of 13p was 19.42 mg/L, classifying it as a low-toxic compound.  相似文献

As the most advanced aerogel material, silica aerogel has had transformative industrial impacts. However, the use of silica aerogel is currently limited to the field of thermal insulation materials, so it is urgent to expand its application into other fields. In this work, silica aerogel/resin composites were successfully prepared by combining silica aerogel with a resin matrix for dental restoration. The applications of this material in the field of dental restoration, as well as its performance, are discussed in depth. It was demonstrated that, when the ratio of the resin matrix Bis-GMA to TEGDMA was 1:1, and the content of silica aerogel with 50 μm particle size was 12.5%, the composite achieved excellent mechanical properties. The flexural strength of the silica aerogel/resin composite reached 62.9546 MPa, which was more than five times that of the pure resin. Due to the presence of the silica aerogel, the composite also demonstrated outstanding antibacterial capabilities, meeting the demand for antimicrobial properties in dental materials. This work successfully investigated the prospect of using commercially available silica aerogels in dental restorative materials; we provide an easy method for using silica aerogels as dental restorative materials, as well as a reference for their application in the field of biomedical materials.  相似文献

Switched-current oversampling A/D converters are the ideal choice for mixed analog/digital design due to their complete compatibility with digital CMOS process and high tolerance to process variation. This paper presents a tutorial discussion on all the aspects of switched-current oversampling A/D converters, including structures, circuits, and practical issues. Three different modulator structures and six different types of switched-current circuits were used with an emphasis on low-voltage operation. Eight 3.3-V oversampling A/D converters were implemented and measured, and another one 1.2-V oversampling A/D converter was also implemented but yet to be measured.  相似文献

提出了一种芯片集成实现ESD防护及过流保护功能的VDMOS器件设计。在对电流采样原理分析的基础上,提出了一种适用于功率器件的局域电流采样方法及对应的过流保护电路结构,该方案具有结构简单、低功耗的特点。利用反向串联多晶硅二极管实现对VDMOS器件栅氧化层的ESD保护。完成了VDMOS的工艺流程设计,实现了保护电路中各子元件与主功率器件的工艺兼容。二维数值模拟表明:所设计的过流保护电路在室温下能实现38.4 A的限流能力,ESD保护能够达到2 000 V(HBM),能有效提高VDMOS在系统中的稳定性和可靠性。  相似文献

A W-band source module providing 4-GHz tuning bandwidth (92.5-96.5 GHz) has been developed. This module consists of three MMIC chips: a 23.5 GHz HBT VCO, a 23.5-94 GHz HEMT frequency quadrupler and a W-band three-stage HEMT output amplifier, all fabricated in TRW production lines. It exhibits a measured output power of 3 dBm at 94-95 GHz and a 3-dB tuning bandwidth greater than 3 GHz, with a phase noise of -92 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset. This work demonstrates a new and efficient way to implement high performance W-band source. Its wide tuning bandwidth with good phase noise performance, as well as design simplicity, makes this approach attractive for many W-band system applications  相似文献
