It was shown that dichloramine‐T ( 1 ) reacted with cyclohexene in acetonitrile to give N1‐(2‐chlorocyclohexyl) amidine 2a and N‐(2‐chlorocyclohexyl)acetamide ( 3 ) via the competitive addition of acetonitrile and N‐chloro‐N‐tosylamino anion to cyclohexenechloronium ion. This reaction can be catalyzed by Cu(OAc)2, primarily affording 2a . Furthermore, the resulting 2a can be cyclized to benzimidazol 14a in good yield by treating with KOH in dioxane.  相似文献

Photoinduced depolymerization of poly(olefin sulfone)s possessing photobase generators in the side‐chain was investigated. Irradiation with UV light generated base on the side‐chains and induced depolymerization based on proton abstraction on the main‐chain. The effect of the length of the spacer chain, which connects the photobase‐generating moiety to the polymer main chain on the photoinduced depolymerization, also was investigated. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper presents core technologies for a self-organized microoptical system (SELMOS) within optoelectronic computers; mass-productive fabrication processes of waveguide films and new types of self-organized lightwave networks (SOLNETs) for three-dimensional (3-D) optical wiring with optical Z-connections. Waveguide films are fabricated by the built-in mask method, which is reusable and can construct surface-normal mirrors/filters at one time within photolithographic accuracy. Beveled core edge walls are made by the tilted ultraviolet (UV) exposure through the built-in mask using a photodefinable material. Near- and far-field patterns reveal that the walls act as micromirrors for optical Z-connections. SOLNET is a network consisting of self-organized coupling waveguides between misaligned optical devices. The self-organization is generated in a photorefractive material by self-focusing of the two write beams from the two devices. Direct SOLNET, where wavelengths of the write beam and the signal beam are the same, is demonstrated using a laser diode. Reflective SOLNET, where one of the two write beams is replaced with a reflected write beam from the edge of the coupled device, realizes two-beam-writing SOLNET in a one-beam-writing configuration. It is especially effective when the coupled device cannot transmit write beams. The proof-of-concept is demonstrated both theoretically and experimentally. These results indicate a possibility to form 3-D optical wiring simply in SELMOS.  相似文献

Melt rheological behaviors of hyperbranched‐polystyrene (PS) copolymerized by dendric macromonomer technique are presented. The time–temperature superposition principle was applicable to the hyperbranched‐PS. The branched‐PS showed slightly lower zero‐shear viscosity in comparison with linear PS regardless of a presence of a number of branches expected from the dendric macromonomer technique. Although the influence of use of multimethacryloyl macromonomer in the polymerization process was marginal for linear viscoelastic regime, nonlinear shear and uniaxial elongational flows showed distinct differences between linear and branched‐PS. The strain dependence of the damping function became weak as increase of macromonomer content. The branched‐PS exhibited the growing elongational viscosity function comparing with linear PS. This prominent effect on the elongational flow behavior can be explained by the molecular architecture of the branched‐PS. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Cepaic acid was isolated as a novel xanthylium yellow pigment from the dried outer scales of the yellow onion Allium cepa Linne. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of ESI-MS and 2D NMR spectroscopy as a 9-carboxy-1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxyxanthylium, which suggests that cepaic acid and other yellow pigments in the dried outer skin of onion were formed by the nucleophilic reaction of phloroglucinol derived from quercetin, a flavonol in onion scales, by autoxidation to glyoxylic acid. To our knowledge, this is the first report of such a pigment in yellow onion.  相似文献

Monte Carlo simulation and measurement of nanoscale n-MOSFETs   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
The output characteristics of state-of-the-art n-MOSFETs with effective channel lengths of 40 and 60 nm have been measured and compared with full-band Monte Carlo simulations. The device structures are obtained by process simulation based on comprehensive secondary ion mass spectroscopy and capacitance-voltage measurements. Good agreement between the measured output characteristics and the full-band Monte Carlo simulations is found without any fitting of parameters and the on-currents are reproduced within 4%. The analysis of the velocity profiles along the channel confirms that the on-current is determined by the drift velocity in the source side of the channel. Analytic-band Monte Carlo simulations are found to involve an overestimation of the drain current in the nonlinear regime which becomes larger for increasing drain voltage and decreasing gate length. The discrepancy originates from a higher nonlinear drift velocity and a higher overshoot peak in bulk silicon which is due to differences in the band structures above 100 meV. The comparison between analytic-band and full-band Monte Carlo simulation therefore shows that the source-side velocity in the on-state is influenced by nonlinear and quasiballistic transport.  相似文献
