ICP-AES法同时测定TiNi形状记忆合金中杂质Co、Cu、Cr、Fe、Nb

研究建立了ICP—AES同时测定TiNi形状记忆合金中Co、Cu、Cr、Fe、Nb5元素的方法。进行了必要的条件试验，选择了分析线及其他仪器工作参数；考察了方法检出限、H2SO4酸度及基体钛、镍对测定的影响、工作曲线线性。进行了准确度和精密度试验，各元素的加标回收率为Co98．4％。99．6％、Cu98．0％～103％、Cr98.9％～99．6％、Fe94．6％～95．8％、Nb99．8％。102％。5种元素的相对标准偏差范围为4．2％-10％。     

A Novel Polyoxovanadium Cluster Shell: β‐As8V14O42

The hydrothermal reaction of VOSO₄, As₂O₅, piperazine and H₂O produces [H₂N(CH₂)₄NH₂]₄[β‐As₈V₁₄O₄₂(SO₄)]·2HSO₄ ( 1 ), which is the first arsenic‐vanadium cluster containing a spherical β‐As₈V₁₄O₄₂ shell. The structure of this compound was characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis, TG, and IR spectrum. Crystal data for 1 : Orthorhombic, Cmcm, a = 15.369(1) Å, b = 16.404(1) Å, c = 25.772(1) Å, V = 6497.4(9) ų, Z = 4.     

Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of ketones with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Sn-aniline complex

Sn-aniline complex was prepared by a simple procedure.Cyclic and acyclic ketones were oxidized into lactones or esters with very high selectivity and yield with 30% hydrogen peroxide in the presence of Sn-aniline complex.     

用X-射线衍射法测定聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共混体系的结晶度

Based on Hermans and Weidinger postulate that the crystalline fraction is proportional to crystalline intensity Ic and that the amorphous fraction is proportional to amorphous intensity Ia, it is. Suggseteet that for PBT/PET blends we assume that the intensity at 18. 2° is completely originated from amorphous scattering. The separation between the peaks at 17. 2° and 20. 8° is 3. 6°m, which is regarded as large enough to justify this assumption. Thus , it is possible to draw an acceptable demaraction line between the crystalline and amorphous scattering. The degree of crystallinity Xc is given by X_c-I_c/(I_c+KI_a),coefficient K is available by the values of Ic plotted against the values of Ia.For PBT/PET blends,we obtain that K is 0.95 and that correlation coefficient is 0.92 According to the method revieved above,we investi-gated the crystallinity of PBT/PET blends prepared by different ways.     

Study on the Interaction between Gatifloxacin Mesylate and Salmon Sperm DNA by Fluorescence Method

The interaction between gatifloxacin mesylate (GM) and salmon sperm DNA was studied by fluorescence spectrometry and ultra‐violet (UV) spectrometry. Additions of salmon sperm DNA to GM solution resulted in its strong fluorescence quenching and UV absorbance decrease due to the strong interaction between GM and salmon sperm DNA. Both the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength and the maximum UV absorbance wavelength of GM did not change with the increasing concentration of salmon sperm DNA, indicating no intercalative binding existed between them. The Stern‐Volmer plot indicated that the fluorescence‐quenching constant at different temperatures or different salmon sperm DNA concentration ranges was different. Effects of ionic strength and I^? on the fluorescence quenching of GM by salmon sperm DNA indicated that electrostatic interaction and groove binding coexisted between them.

阐述了逐步回归分析法用于多组分体系同时定性定量分析的原理、实验及数据处理方法。分析了硝基酚类人工样、未知样及合成样。该法可用于仅知可能含有的组分范围的样品分析。     

C NMR spectra of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines: Substituent effects and conformations in the ferrocenes

Three series of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines (2-chloromercurio-ferrocenylimines) have been studied using ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. Good to excellent linear relationships have been found to exist between the chemical shifts of the carbon atoms in the ferrocenyl moiety and normal Hammett substituent constants σ_m and σ_p. The δ values of the iminyl carbon atoms show excellent linear correlations with the σ values. In three series of the ferrocenes, the sensitivity of the carbon atoms to the substituent effect is different, which is discussed in terms of the twist angle between the N-phenyl ring and the C---C=N---C plane. The relative sensitivity of the chemical shifts on different positions in ferrocenyl moiety to the substituent effect has also been presented.
