??A single distribution-free (nonparametric) Phase II exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) chart based on the Cucconi statistic, referred to as the EWMA-Cucconi (EC) chart, is considered here for simultaneously monitoring shifts in the unknown location and scale parameters of a univariate continuous process. A comparison with some other existing nonparametric EWMA charts is presented in terms of the average, the standard deviation and some percentiles of the run length distribution. Numerical results based on Monte Carlo analysis show that the EC chart provides quite a satisfactory performance. The effect of the Phase I (reference) sample size on the IC performance of the EC chart is studied in detail. The application of the EC chart is illustrated by two real data examples.     

Purification and Structure Identification of Hyaluronic Acid

Polysaccharide produced by mutated strain of Streptococcus zooepidemicus was purified by the procedures including Savage method, quaternary ammonium compound precipitation, DEAE-cellulose(DE52) chromatography and Sephadex G-75 gel filtration. The structure of the purified polysaccharide has been characterized by means of chemical composition analysis,13C NMR spectrum, infrared spectrum and circular dichroism (CD). All the results showed that the purified polysaccharide was hyaluronic acid (HA). The single helix conformation of the purified HA was determined by Congo red experiment. The molecular weight of the HA was about 1.16×106D, which was measured by viscosity method.

Numerical Study on a Lateral Double-Gate Tunnelling Field Effect Transistor

A novel lateral double-gate tunnelling field effect transistor （DG-TFET） is studied and its performance is presented by a two-dimensional device simulation with code ISE. The result demonstrates that this new tunnelling transistor allows for the steeper sub-threshold swing below 60mV/dec, the super low supply voltage （operable at VDD 〈 0.3 V） and the rail-to-rail logic （significant on-state current at the drain-source voltage VDS = 50mV） for the aggressive technology assumptions of the availability of high-k/metal stack with equivalent gate oxide thickness EOT =0.24 nm and the work function difference 4.5 eV of materials.     

R134a水平管内流动凝结换热的实验研究

1引言为了保护地球大气环境，在制冷、空调及热泵中应用对大气臭氧层无破坏作用的新型工质是全球性的紧迫任务。目前，比较一致地认为，R134a是最有可能替代R12的新型工质。但是关于R134a的传热性能的研究还不够充分，尤其是对凝结换热，一些现有的关联式还不能很有把握地推广应用于R134a，还必须进行大量的研究工作，以查明R134a的传热特性。Eckels于1991年曾测量了蒸汽干度从0．8到0．l的范围内R134a在水平管内的平均凝结换热系数山。结果表明，R134a的平均凝结换热系数比R12的高约25～35％；并且指出，Shah、Thaviss、Cavallini三个…     

PHOTOLUMINESCENCE PROPERTIES OF NANO-SIZE CRYSTALLINE SILICON FILMS

Photoluminescence (PL) at low temperature is reported for nc-Si:H films grown by PECVD. A characteristic luminescence peak was observed in the wavelength range of 1.1-1.2μm. The temperature dependence of PL has been studied in the temperature range of 4.2-180 K. The PL mechanism of nc-Si:H films is discussed. The emission peak at 1.1-1.2 μm is attributed to the interface atoms between grains, and the emission peak around 0.9μm is due to a little amount of amorphous component.     

Cu(Ⅱ)离子对多巴色素作用的紫外-可见光谱研究

采用紫外 可见光谱法研究了在pH 6 5的缓冲溶液中Cu(Ⅱ )离子对多巴色素的催化作用。在通氮除氧的体系中 ,Cu(Ⅱ )离子显著加快多巴色素 (DC)于 4 75nm波长的褪色速度 ,并同时出现在 30 0～ 80 0nm波长范围内的全程吸收。实验结果表明 :Cu(Ⅱ )离子催化重排多巴色素生成的主要产物为 5 ,6 二羟基吲哚 2 羧酸 (DHICA) ,其反应前期对于DC为动力学一级反应 ;而且Cu(Ⅱ )离子可进一步催化 5 ,6 二羟基吲哚(DHI)和DHICA形成吲哚醌 (即吲哚 5 ,6 醌和吲哚 5 ,6 醌 2 羧酸 )的反应 ,吲哚醌一经生成 ,立即聚合形成黑色素。     

INQUIRY OF PHOTOSENSITIZATION MECHANISM OF YANGZHOU HEMATOPORPHYRIN DERIVATIVE(YHPD)

By the use of the advanced ESR technique and through comparing with BHPD, the characteristic of YHPD photosensitization is discussed in this paper in the respect of the primary process of photosensitization. The experiment results showed: (ⅰ) not only ~1O_2, but also free radicals(O_2· OH and YHPD)can be formed by the aid of YHPD; and (ⅱ) as to the ability of producing ~1O_2, YHPDBHPD. Two points are indicated: first, the photosensitized damage of YHPD is interrelated to not only ~1O_2, but also free radicals (O_2. OH and YHPD); second, although the photosensitized damage of YHPD is stronger than that of BHPD, yet the photosensitized damage is negatively correlated to the yield of ~1O_2 but positively correlated to those of O_2 and OH. Based on these two points, it is suggested that activated oxygen free radicals(O_2 and. OH) instead of ~1O_2 play the main role as instantaneously activated material in the photosensitized damage of YHPD.
