近红外光谱小波分析在土壤参数预测中的应用

从田间采集了150个田间土壤样本,在分析了所有样本的土壤参数统计特征之后,对原始近红外光谱数据进行了聚类分析,分别得到了50个土壤全氮和50个土壤有机质的等价样本及其对应光谱。对样本光谱曲线进行8层Biorthogonal小波包分解,分解得到的最低低频[80]结点对应着土壤水分以及土壤质地的光谱变化趋势,最高高频[8 255]结点对应着土壤粒度、光谱仪精度等引起的高频震荡。对以上两个结点进行重构并从样本光谱曲线中剔除以上影响成分,得到了对应的土壤参数特征光谱。基于特征光谱建立了土壤参数偏最小二乘回归模型：全氮偏最小二乘预测模型的预测系数r_c达到了0.960,验证系数r_v达到了0.920;有机质偏最小二乘预测模型的预测系数r_c达到0.922,验证系数r_v达到0.883。模型精度明显提高,满足实际生产的需要。     

微波消解ICP-MS测定鲜竹笋中7种微量元素

建立同时检测鲜竹笋中铬、铜、锌、砷、镉、汞、铅等7种元素的分析方法。竹笋样品在硝酸介质中经微波消解,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测,全定量法采集数据。校准曲线线性良好,相关系数在0.9937—1.0000之间;检出限为0.005—0.202μg/L;加标回收率在88.96%—110.5%;精密度RSD小于6.09%;国家标准样品西红柿叶(GSBZ51001-94)中几种元素的测定值都在标准范围内。该方法具有灵敏、可靠、快速、准确等优点,适用于竹笋中微量元素的分析测定。     

254 nm低通滤光片的研制

根据紫外光学系统的设计要求,在K9基底上研制了254 nm高反射率、可见光谱区高透过率的低通滤光片.根据膜系设计理论,通过针法优化,获得了干涉型低通滤光片的膜系;对电子束蒸镀HfO_2和MgF_2材料进行了研究,解决了材料喷溅的问题,减少了薄膜的吸收;采用考夫曼离子源,通过优化工艺参数,提高膜层致密性,解决了光谱曲线漂移的问题,改善了成膜质量.     

基于整体柱的超灵敏表面增强拉曼检测

本文提出了一种全新的基于整体柱材料的SERS检测方法。通过将探针分子和银溶胶混合后滴加在整体柱上, 我们可以得到浓度低至10-18 mol/L的罗丹明6G(R6G)及10-16 mol/L的对巯基苯胺(PATP)的SERS信号。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对银溶胶及整体柱材料进行了表征。通过实验结果可以初步推测, 整体柱材料的表面形态和孔结构可以促进银溶胶产生“热点”。

DFT Study on Intermolecular Cleavage Reaction of N-（2-Hydroxyphenyl）-phthalamic Acid

The reaction mechanisms of intermolecular cleavage reaction of N-（2-hydroxyphenyl）-phthalamic acid were studied via the density functional theory（DFT）. All geometries of the reactant, transition states, and products were optimized at the B3LYP/6-31G（d, p） level. Vibration analysis was carried out to confirm its identity as transitions＇ structure, and the intrinsic reaction coordinate method（IRC） was used to search the minimum energy path. Two possible reaction channels are reported in this article. The calculated results indicate that O-cyclization reaction channel has the lower activation barrier, and therefore, it occurs more easier than the other.

A Three-dimensional Neodymium(III)-potassium(I) Coordination Polymer

The title compound [NdK(btec)(H2O)2]n 1 was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Zn(OAc)2·H2O, Nd(NO3)3 and KOH with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetra-carboxylic acid (H4btec), and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra.The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.9023(3), b = 7.8954(1), c = 17.6249(5)A, β = 91.857(1)o, V = 1238.16(6) -3, Z = 4, C10H6KNdO10, Mr = 469.49, Dc = 2.519 g/cm3, F(000) = 900 and μ(MoKα) = 4.585 mm-1.The final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.0832 for 2197 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and R = 0.0431 and wR = 0.0854 for all data.X-ray diffraction reveals that the btec ligand serves as a (16-bridging ligand to link the Nd(III) and K(I) atoms into a three-dimensional coordination polymer.Photoluminescent investigation shows that the title compound displays strong emission in the blue region, which may be attributed to an intraligand emission state.
