Ca8Mg（SiO4）4Cl2∶Eu2+,Ce3+,Mn2+绿色荧光粉发光性能及其应用研究

利用高温固相法,合成出Eu2+、Ce3+、Mn2+共掺的Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2系列绿色荧光粉。通过XRD表征了这些荧光粉的结构,通过分子荧光光谱仪研究了它们的室温发光性能。首先调查了Eu2+掺杂的Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2绿色荧光粉发光性能,随后引入Ce3+、Mn2+提高了Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2∶Eu2+在紫外光区的吸收强度及绿光发射强度。最后将筛选出来的荧光粉与InGaN-LED芯片组装制作成单一绿光LED器件,利用Ca7.8215MgSi4O16Cl2∶0.0525Eu2+,0.056Ce3+,0.070Mn2+所制作成的绿光LED器件发光最强,在20mA电流激发下,此LED发很强的绿光,其电致发光光谱所对应的色坐标值为:x=0.26,y=0.55。     

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Ternary Complexes of Zinc(Ⅱ) and Cadmium(Ⅱ) with 3-Aminobenzoic Acid and 1,10-Phenanthroline

Two new ternary complexes [Zn(3-aba)2(phen)](2.58H2O 1 and {[Cd(3-aba)- (phen)2]·(NO3)·(1.5H2O)}n 2 (3-aba = 3-aminobenzoic acid anion, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV spectrum and X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the rhombohedral system, space group R with a = 3.5733(3), b = 3.5733(3), c = 1.1231(2) nm, V = 12.419(3) nm3, C26H25.17N4O6.58Zn, Mr = 564.37, Z = 18, F(000) = 5253, μ = 0.937 mm-1, Dc = 1.358 g/cm3, R = 0.0668 and wR = 0.1690 for 2424 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 2 belongs to the tetragonal system, space group P4/ncc with a = 2.88451(10), b = 2.88451(10), c = 1.55571(11) nm, V = 12.9441(11) nm3, C31H25CdN6O6.50, Mr = 697.97, Z = 16, F(000) = 5648, μ = 0.727 mm-1, Dc = 1.433 g/cm3, R = 0.0607 and wR = 0.1742 for 3468 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 1 displays a mononuclear structure. The carboxylate group of 3-aminobenzoic acid anion coordinates to Zn(Ⅱ) in a chelating bidentate mode, and the nitrogen atom of the ligand does not involve in coordination. Complex 2 exhibits a one-dimensional chain structure with 3-aminobenzoic acid anion coordinating to Cd(Ⅱ) in a μ2-bridging mode through its nitrogen atom and one of its oxygen atoms.     

DFB半导体激光器的非简并四波混频理论分析

建立λ/4相移的DFB-LD的非简并四波混频模型,由耦合波方程分析了信号光、共轭光的前向、后向光波形式,突破以往忽略各光波的反射成分造成的缺陷.在中度耦合系数等条件下得到泵浦光强分布图和信号光、共轭光的透射增益和反射增益图,结果表明泵浦-信号光失谐频率在4THz范围内能获得-20dB以上的波长转换效率.     

复合材料失效判据有效性验证方法研究

为系统地验证复合材料失效判据计算精度和有效性范围,给出了4种材料体系、6种铺层形式的层合板在单轴、双轴载荷下的失效试验数据,用以评估复合材料失效判据在单向层合板失效包线、多向层合板初始失效包线、多向层合板最终失效包线、层合板变形及层合板的破坏特性等五个方面的预测能力。并根据验证方法和有效性评估策略对失效判据计算精度进行量化考核,给出了失效判据在五个层面上的计算精度。     

Study on the Sensitization of Ce3+ to Nd3+ in YAIO3

This paper presents the absorption spectra, excited spectra and fluorescence spectra of Nd: YAP, Ce: YAP and Nd, Ce: YAP. It is believed that there is an energy transfer from Ce³⁺ to Nd³⁺ and it is possible to improve the laser efficiency of Nd: YAP sensitized by Ce³⁺.     

NATIONAL STANDARD OF HEAT CAPACITY MEASUREMENT OF SOLIDS IN THE RANGE OF 4.2—90K——AN AUTOMATED ADIABATIC CALORIMETER FROM 25 TO 90K AND MOLAR HEAT CAPACITIES OF α-ALUMINA

The construction of an automated adiabatic calorimeter for heat capacity measurement ofsolids in the temperature range of 25- 90K is described in detail. The sample vessel of thecalorimeter has thin radial vanes which make no contact with its inner wall and are distrib-uted evenly, thus greatly improving the internal thermal equilibration of the vessel. Theprecision of temperature control for the adiabatic shields and electrical leads of the calori-metric system are heightened to a great extent by using the high precision ACD- 79 modeladiabatic controller specially developed by us for this purpose. Measurements of the heatcapacities of high purity α-Al_2O_3, one of the internationally-accepted standard referencematerials, agree with those of the National Bureau of Standards (NBS), USA within ±0.3%,demonstrating the reliability of this apparatus.     

Calorimetric Study of Thermal Denaturation of Superoxide Dismutase

The thermal denaturation of superoxide dismutase (SOD) from bovine erythrocytes was studied at various pH values of different buffers and at various concentrations of solutions of two neutral salts by differential scanning calorimetry. The experiments performed indicate that the PIPES is a buffer non-coordinating with the SOD, and that the binding of the anions studied influences more or less the thermal denaturation of SOD, but the effect on the oxidation form of SOD is more apparent. A new conformer of SOD with lower thermostability was discovered by the experiments performed in different buffers at certain pH values higher than the isoelectric point of SOD, or at higher concentrations of neutral salt solutions. The new conformer may be converted irreversibly into the usual conformer with high thermostability during heating. Based on the thermodynamic parameters obtained in distilled water and by thermodynamic analysis using the Ooi's model, it is revealed that the large enthalpy △Hdc contributed by
