用裂解气相色谱法对几株霉菌的分析

本文用带有PYR-2A管式炉裂解器和C-R2AX计算机的岛津GC-9A气相色谱仪,对3株曲霉和3株青霉进行了裂解气相色谱鉴别。通过对指纹图的分析,能够较好地区分出两属之间和各菌株之间的差异,证明了裂解气相色谱分析法用于霉菌鉴别的可能性。

本文综述了利用分子对称性简化天然有机产物合成设计的策略,讨论了具有下述四种对称性的分子的合成:一、对称中心和旋转对称轴;二、对称平面;三、潜在的对称性;四、局部的对称性。     

人γ晶体蛋白的一级结构测定 1.γ晶体蛋白的分离提纯及其顺序测定方法(GC/MS法)的研究

成功地从人眼晶体中分离出单纯组分的γ晶体蛋白,对γ晶体蛋白的纯度、相对分子质量、氨基酸组成、N末端氨基酸组成等进行了测定,利用酸水解法和酶解法对γ晶体蛋白进行了水解和酶解条件的摸索、找出了使γ晶体蛋白断裂成适合于GC/MS联用仪进行结构测定的肽段的裂解条件。对进行氨基酸顺序测定的GC/MS法化学衍生化条件作了一系列的摸索,找出了化学衍生化的合适条件。对衍生化过程中的一些影响因素也进行了探讨。     

Combined electron diffraction,conformational energy and vibrational investigations of cis-1,4-ditertiary butyl-cyclohexane

The structure of cis-1,4-ditertiarybutylcyclohexane(DTBC) was investigated by combined electron diffraction, conformational and vibrational analyses in order to obtain results which are more conclusive than those previously obtained by electron diffraction alone. In this study, first the minimum energy conformations for DTBC were calculated by the Westheimer-Hendrickson procedure using various force fields described in the literature; the same fields and the minimum energy conformations were used in subsequent vibrational analyses to calculate the mean amplitudes of vibration for each minimum energy conformation of DTBC; these mean amplitudes and the corresponding internuclear distances were then used to calculate the theoretical electron diffraction radial distribution curves which were compared to the experimental curves. The results indicate that the conformational energies of all the minimum energy chair and non-chair forms of DTBC are very similar. In excellent agreement with this, the theoretical radial distribution curves of all minimum energy forms have to be mixed for a best fit to the experimental radial distribution curve. A least squares analysis of the mixture under the described conditions yields for 110 °C a composition of approximately one third chair and two thirds non-chair forms. The quality of the empirical conformational force fields has a definite influence on the reliability of these results.

An Abietane Diterpene and a Sterol from Fungus Phettinus igniarius

A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.     

不对称diels-Alder反应中的手性催化剂

本文综述了近年来不对称Diels-Alder反应中手性催化剂研究的进展,对各类手性催化剂的性能和特点作了简要介绍.     

ATISINE型二萜生物碱的圆二色谱(CD)

C_(20)-二萜生物碱结构复杂,环上大多有含氧的基团。利用NMR、MS等确定羟基、羰基在分子中的位置往往不够有力。特別是对于C_1~3或C_(11)位上羰基,没有可靠而简便的光谱鉴別方法。我们通过对几个Atisine型含羰基化合物的圆二色谱研究发现,由CD谱确定羰基在C_6位、C_(11)位及C_(13)位是一种简便有效的方法。     

选择性远程DEPT NMR技术用于萜类生物碱的结构测定

从中草药勒党根茎中分离出二个化合物, 其一为已知的萜类生物碱culamtraramine, 其二为它的差向立体异构体, 为新化合物, 定名为isoculantraramine。用选择性远程核磁共振技术测定了它们的结构。     

△^9^(^1^1^)-雌甾四烯类化合物的硼氢化-铬酸氧化 II

雌甾-11-酮化合物是合成具有强效抗生育活性11-烃基取代在甾体化合物的关键中间体。本文对13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10), 9(11)-四烯-17β-醇的硼氢化-铬酸氧化反应进行研究, 结果发现产物比较复杂, 在温和条件下, 主要产物为13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10)-三烯-17-酮-112-硼酸, 增加氧化剂用量, 延长反应时间则得到11,17-二酮。
