离子色谱法测定酸雨中的阳离子

用离子色谱法测定酸雨中的Na^ 、NH4^ 、K^ 、Mg^2 、Ca^2 等阳离子，并同时用原子吸收分光光度法进行了对比实验。结果表明，利用离子色谱法测定阳离子，方法简便、快捷，能一次同时测定多种离子，测定结果和原子吸收法相符。     

Enantioselective Total Synthesis of Four Styrylpyrone Derivatives

The first enantioselective total synthesis of 5-acetoxygoniothalamin 1 and 5-acetoxyisogoniothalamin oxide 2 was achieved through the Sharpless kinetic resolution of recemic secondary 2-furylmethanol 5 and the Mitsunobu reaction. At the same time we developed a short synthetic route for 6R-( )-goniothalamin 3 and (6R,7R,8R)-( )-goniothalamin oxide 4. And according to this route the configuration of 5-acetoxygoniothalamin 1 was confirmed as (5S,6S).     

激光Raman光谱研究2,4己二炔-1,6二醇的双苯异氰酸酯的聚合——晶型对固相聚合活性的影响

用激光Raman光谱研究了三种不同晶型的2,4-已二炔-1,6二醇的双苯异氰酸酯(HDPU)的聚合,发现不同晶型的HDPU的聚合活性与其C=C伸缩振动频率的频移之间存在内在联系。这说明单体晶格与聚合物晶格的匹配是HDPU具有高的聚合活性的必要条件。     

烷基苯磺酸盐型表面活性剂的HPLC及HPCE分离分析进展*

作为一种常见的表面活性剂,烷基苯碘酸盐（ABS）被广泛用于许多领域。本文结合作者最近的研究结果,对烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的HPLC及HPCE分离分析现状及其应用前景进行了综述。     

不同波长紫外光照下纳米TiO2薄膜的光致亲水性与循环伏安行为

通过溶胶-凝胶方法分别在ITO和玻璃表面制备了纳米TiO_2薄膜，研究了纳米 TiO_2薄膜在254及365nm的紫外光照射下的循环伏安行为和光致超亲水性。在紫外 光的照射下，TiO_2薄膜电极可表现出两个光电化学过程，纳米TiO_2薄膜的光致超 亲水性转变及两个光电化学过程的速率均取决于紫外光的波长，原因在于纳米 TiO_2薄膜对两种波长的光的吸收率和光子的能量不同。提出了光电化学过程的机 理，认为紫外光照射下纳米TiO_2薄膜的超亲水性变化与产生Ti~(3+)的过程引起的 表面微观结构变化存在的一定的内在联系。     

通用型激光诱导荧光微流控芯片分析仪的研制与性能考察

设计和研制了一种通用型激光诱导荧光微流控芯片分析仪.检测部分按共聚焦检测原理设计,采用CCD(电荷耦合器件)监测通道,三维自动调节聚焦,发射波长滤光片可方便地更换以适应多种染料选择,能分别显示进样和分离通道2条电流-时间曲线.考察了该分析仪的检测灵敏度、检测极限和线性范围,显示了分析灵敏度高,检测限低和线性范围宽等特点,在自制注塑型PMMA塑料芯片上实现了φX174Haedi-gesT_dNA片段的分离测定和烟叶act基因PCR产物的分析     

Facile Synthesis of 1, 2-Diazepine Derivatives under Microwave Irradiation

An efficient and convenient synthesis of 3, 5, 7-triaryl-4H-1, 2-diazepine from 2, 4,6-triarylpyrylium salts and hydrazine in water under microwave irradiation is reported. The same reaction can be conducted using 2, 4, 6-triarylthiopyrylium salts and hydrazine.     

First Total Synthesis of (±)-Aiphanol

Aiphanol was isolated from the seeds of Aiphanes aculeate Willd. (Arecaceae) collected in Peru and was reported to exhibit significant inhibitory activities against cyclooxyge- nases-1 and -2. The structure of aiphanol was elucidated by spectroscopic methods as an unprecedented stilbenolignan skeleton in which a stilbene moiety is linked to a phenylpropane unit through a dioxane bridge1. Single-crystalline and monodisperse LaF3 triangular nanoplates from a single-source precursor

Single-crystalline and monodisperse LaF3 triangular nanoplates (2.0 x 16.0 nm) in trigonal tysonite structure were synthesized by the thermolysis of a single-source precursor (SSP), La(CF3COO)3, in a hot oleic acid/octadecene solution. The combined use of SSP and coordinating and noncoordinating solvents was demonstrated to have played key roles in the formation of such high-quality nanoplates, which could spontaneously organize into two types of superlattices (edge-to-edge and face-to-face) on a large area. This SSP approach has advantages of one-step, mass production, and easy operation, and may represent a rather general route toward metal fluoride nanocrystals.     

Mitochondrial targeting of selective electron scavengers: synthesis and biological analysis of hemigramicidin-TEMPO conjugates

Synthetic hemigramicidin S-peptidyl TEMPO conjugates are effectively delivered into cells and mitochondria, where they act as electron scavengers and exert protection against apoptosis. Our delivery approach is based on the use of specific structural signaling features recognizable by cells as mitochondria targeting sequences and offers considerable therapeutic anti-apoptotic potential.
