(Bi3.7Dy0.3)(Ti2.8V0.2)O12铁电薄膜的制备及退火影响

铁电材料在铁电存储器等领域具有良好的应用前景,受到极大的关注,其中铋层状铁电薄膜因为其良好的铁电性,得到了广泛的研究.采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)基底成功沉积出(Bi3.7Dy0.3)(Ti2.8V0.2)O12(BDTV)的A、B位同时掺杂的铁电薄膜,发现这种双掺能够显著改善薄膜的铁电性.研究了650～800℃不同退火温度下,BDTV铁电薄膜的铁电性能、晶体结构及表面形貌变化.通过SEM分析发现,温度为750℃时,薄膜的颗粒生长较好,薄膜的铁电性能最佳.     

Chemical composition and biological activities of essential oil from Filifolium sibiricum (L.) Kitam

The essential oil from Filifolium sibiricum (L.) Kitam were extracted using hydrodistillation and GC-MS was used to analyse the essential oil. The main components were espatulenol (8.55%), geranyl acetate (8.03%), caryophyllene oxide (5.47%), calamenene (4.79%), geraniol (4.28%), calamenene (4.53%), geraniol (4.06%), cedrene epoxide (3.23%), myrtenol (3.18%), transgeranylgeranio (3.13%), etc. The essential oil showed intensive inhibitory effects against MCF-7 with IC₅₀ level of 0.78 mg/mL, HepG-2 with IC₅₀ level of 0.44 mg/mL, SKOV-3 with IC₅₀ level of 0.27 mg/mL, BGC-823 with IC₅₀ level of 0.34 mg/mL. In the antibacterial test, the essential oil showed the significant antibacterial activities. The MIC and MBC values were 5.20 and 5.20 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureus.     

THE ANALYTICAL STUDY ON THE LASER INDUCED REVERSE-PLUGGINGEFFECT BY USING THE CLASSICAL ELASTIC PLATETHEORY (Ⅰ)-TEMPERATURE FIELDS

The temperature distributions in the metallic foils induced by spatially cylindrical long-pulsed laser is exammed in order to analyse the newly-discovered reverse-plugging effect (RPE). An exact solution for the temperature fields is derived by using the Hankel transform and Laplace transform. Numerical results are obtained for both spatial distributions with Gaussian and cylindrical types. The results show that the spatially cylindrical distribution of laser offers a formidable potential for the RPE. Project supported by the Field of Laser Technology of the National High-Tech. Synthesis and Thermal Performance of Polyurea Microcapsulated Phase Change Materials by Interfacial Polymerization

Microencapsulated phase change materials with paraffin as the core material were synthesized by interfacial polymerization of isophorone diisocyanate with diethylene triamine. The particle size and particle size distribution, morphology, thermal performance and the encapsulation efficiency of the prepared materials were investigated. The results of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy suggested that the paraffin core was well encapsulated by the polyurea resin. The particle size of the prepared materials decreased and its distribution became narrow with the increase of the emulsification time, stirring speed and emulsifier amount. The thermal gravimetric analysis indicated that the prepared materials exhibited good thermal stability, while the differential scanning calorimetry their high encapsulation efficiency.     

电视台网络化制播系统AV-IT测试理论研究

传统电视工艺以AV技术为主,但随着IT技术尤其是网络化制播技术的发展,越来越多的AV系统架设在IT平台上,出现了AV和IT交互的部分,成为AV-IT系统,由此产生了一系列与测试相关且需要深入研究的问题。在电视系统中,AV-IT系统负责完成节目在信号、流和文件三大信息表达域间的转换,转换中需定量分析AV-IT过程的质量、性能、合规性和功能符合性。本文在分析AV-IT系统的基本特征的基础上,对AV-IT系统中的音视频信息交换过程,以及可能引起信息损伤的内在原因进行了全面分析,系统地阐述了AV-IT系统测试理论,制定出了AV-IT系统的基本测试项目。     

On the threshold dividend strategy for a generalized jump-diffusion risk model

In this paper, we generalize the Cramér-Lundberg risk model perturbed by diffusion to incorporate jumps due to surplus fluctuation and to relax the positive loading condition. Assuming that the surplus process has exponential upward and arbitrary downward jumps, we analyze the expected discounted penalty (EDP) function of Gerber and Shiu (1998) under the threshold dividend strategy. An integral equation for the EDP function is derived using the Wiener-Hopf factorization. As a result, an explicit analytical expression is obtained for the EDP function by solving the integral equation. Finally, phase-type downward jumps are considered and a matrix representation of the EDP function is presented.     

Electrospun nanofibers of TiO2/CdS heteroarchitectures with enhanced photocatalytic activity by visible light

Herein, we have demonstrated that the electrospun nanofibers of TiO(2)/CdS heteroarchitectures could be fabricated through combining electrospinning technique with hydrothermal process. The configuration, crystal structure, and element composition of the as-prepared TiO(2)/CdS heteroarchitectures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), resonant Raman spectrometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicated that the high-density hexagonal wurtzite CdS crystalline particles of ca. 6-40 nm in diameter were uniformly and closely grown on anatase TiO(2) nanofibers. Especially, the light-absorption properties as well as photocatalytic characteristics of pure TiO(2) nanofibers and TiO(2)/CdS heteroarchitectures with different amount loading of CdS were also investigated. The absorption of TiO(2)/CdS heteroarchitectures was extended to the visible due to effective immobilization of sensitizing agent CdS on TiO(2). In contrast with the pure TiO(2) nanofibers, the TiO(2)/CdS heteroarchitectures showed excellent photocatalytic activity by using rhodamine B dye as a model organic substrate under visible-light irradiation. It was worth noting that the cooperative photocatalytic mechanism of the TiO(2)/CdS heteroarchitectures was also discussed.     

大气激光通信系统偏振移位键控调制技术

为了实现自由空间高速激光通信,对基于偏振移位键控的激光通信调制和解调技术进行了研究。介绍了一种基于PolSK的调制与差分解调方法,对实现大气信道中高速激光通信的调制与解调方法进行了研究,并通过理论推导及计算机仿真验证了其可行性。仿真研究结果表明:虽然大气信道对激光的传输特性有一定的影响,但利用以左右旋圆偏振光调制为基础的偏振态移位键控方法实现数据调制传输,并采用差分探测解调技术,可以实现传输速率为2.5 Gb/s、传输距离为20 km的低误码率数据传输。基本满足了空间激光通信系统的稳定可靠性、简便易实现、抗干扰能力强等要求。
