用傅里叶变换红外扫描光致发光方法研究了Ｈｇ１－ｘＣｄｘＴｅ体单晶样品，该方法可直接得到ＨｇＣｄＴｅ晶片组分的二维平面分布，并可得到辐射复合在复合机制中所占比重的平面分布，以及晶体中非平衡载流子寿命的分布     

添加尖晶石对氧化锌压敏电阻性能的影响

通过添加尖晶石（Ｚｎ７Ｓｂ２Ｏ（１２））改性研制出电位梯度为１００Ｖ／ｍｍ左右，压敏电压在８２～１５０Ｖ，通流容量可达１６００Ａ／ｃｍ２，漏电流＜２μＡ系列压敏电阻器，从而满足了国内电话交换机行业对８２Ｖ、１００Ｖ、１２０Ｖ、１５０Ｖ压敏电阻器的电性能要求。从工艺的角度解释了尖晶石对氧化锌瓷晶粒的作用原理，并分析了尖晶石的微观结构及粒度对瓷片电性能的影响。     

单片机在超声测距系统中的一种应用

为提高人们在测量距离时的方便性和准确性,现介绍一种基于单片机控制的超声测距系统的构成、工作原理和硬软件设计,利用该系统及其设计方法可以作为机器人的辅助视觉系统,也可用于其他的检测系统中.     

Neural-fuzzy classification for segmentation of remotely sensedimages

An unsupervised classification technique conceptualized in terms of neural and fuzzy disciplines for the segmentation of remotely sensed images is presented. The process consists of three major steps: 1) pattern transformation; 2) neural classification; 3) fuzzy grouping. In the first step, the multispectral patterns of image pixels are transformed into what we call coarse patterns. In the second step, a delicate classification of pixels is attained by applying an ART neural classifier to the transformed pixel patterns. Since the resultant clusters of pixels are usually too keen to be of practical significance, in the third step, a fuzzy clustering algorithm is invoked to integrate pixel clusters. A function for measuring clustering validity is defined with which the optimal number of classes can be automatically determined by the clustering algorithm. The proposed technique is applied to both synthetic and real images. High classification rates have been achieved for synthetic images. We also feel comfortable with the results of the real images because their spectral variances are even smaller than the spectral variances of the synthetic images examined     

Template atom transfer radical polymerization of a diaminopyrimidine‐derivatized monomer in the presence of a uracil‐containing polymer

Uracil‐derivatized monomer 6‐undecyl‐1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)uracil and diaminopyrimidine‐derivatized monomer 2,6‐dioctanoylamido‐4‐methacryloyloxypyrimidine (DMP) were synthesized and polymerized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). A well‐defined, highly soluble, uracil‐containing polymer, poly[6‐undecyl‐1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)uracil] (PUVU), was prepared in dioxane at 90 °C with CuBr/1,1,4,7,10,10‐hexamethyltriethylenetetramine as the catalyst and methyl α‐bromophenylacetate as the initiator. PUVU was further used as a template for the ATRP of DMP. The enhanced apparent rate constant of the DMP polymerization in the presence of PUVU indicated that the ATRP of DMP occurred along the PUVU template. The template polymerization produced a stable and insoluble macromolecular complex, PUVU/poly(2,6‐dioctanoylamido‐4‐methacryloyloxypyrimidine). 双折射双频激光器偏振特性的分析

用激光原理和晶体光学原理分析了腔内加旋光晶体的激光器输出光的偏振特性，实验和分析表明，激光器输出两束不同频率的垂直线偏振光，激光器两端输出光的偏振面有一夹角ａ，且此夹角与晶轴和传光方向的夹角θ有关。理论计算结果在双折射双频激光器的实验结果符合很好。     

800nm激光泵浦掺Nd^3＋的氟化物玻璃光纤正向双程超荧光分析

从实验上探讨了掺Ｎｄ＾３＋的氟化物玻璃光纤正向双程超荧光基本特性，包括输入－输出特性、输出－带宽特性以及输出－波长（激发）特性。并给出了理论上的拟合公式，实验表明利用氟化物玻璃光纤有望获得性能优异的有应用前景的低相干度集成化光源。     

测量高功率激光的体吸收能量计

叙述了体吸收激光能量计的特点，介绍了其标定方法，给出了其技术参数。体吸收激光地的推广应用取得了广泛的社会效益。     

半导体激光泵浦预激光锁模调Q固体激光器研究

报道半导体激光侧面泵浦预激光锁模调Ｑ的Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ固体板条激光器，预激光锁模调Ｑ的激光脉冲宽度为３６ｐｓ，调Ｑ包纤各心的锁模单脉冲能量超过７μＪ，相应的峰值功率达２００ｋＷ。     

Riemannian geometry of strong-laser plasma

The optical metric for a strong-laser plasma is derived. The affine connection and curvature related to the optical metric are given and their spatial distributions are studied numerically.
