Synthesis, Structure and Photoluminescence of Two Zinc Carboxyl－ate Polymers with Different Coordination Architectures

The hydrothermal reaction of ZnO with benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic add gave Zn·BDC·2H₂O (1) and Zn‐BDC·H₂O (2) (BDC = benzene‐1, 4‐dicarboxylate), respectively. Polymer 1 (C₄H₄O₃ZH_0.5) shows a one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure built up from the alternate connection of tetrahedral ZnO₄ and BDC units. Polymer 2 (C₄H₃O_2.5Zn_0.5) possesses a three‐dimensional framework containing infinite zigzag Zn·Zn·Zn pseudochains generated by five‐coordinate zinc centers and a rectangular channel system including three groups of different straight channels along the [001], [010] and [60–1] directions. The two metal‐organic polymeric compounds exhibit strong photoluminescent emission bands at 402 nm (λ_ex = 260 nm) (for 1) and at 344 nm and 385 nm (λ_ex = 279 nm) (for 2) in the solid state at room temperature.     

Preconditioning the Poincaré-Steklov operator by using Green's function

This paper is concerned with the Poincaré-Steklov operator that is widely used in domain decomposition methods. It is proved that the inverse of the Poincaré-Steklov operator can be expressed explicitly by an integral operator with a kernel being the Green's function restricted to the interface. As an application, for the discrete Poincaré-Steklov operator with respect to either a line (edge) or a star-shaped web associated with a single vertex point, a preconditioner can be constructed by first imbedding the line as the diameter of a disk, or the web as a union of radii of a disk, and then using the Green's function on the disk. The proposed technique can be effectively used in conjunction with various existing domain decomposition techniques, especially with the methods based on vertex spaces (from multi-subdomain decomposition). Some numerical results are reported.

The authors briefly review an approach for choosing a prior distribution for a Bayes attribute (good/bad) acceptance-sampling plan. A prior is chosen from confidence levels corresponding to classical lower confidence bounds. Where a Bayes plan is acceptable, the sample size can be reduced

以LCD为目标的自动定焦判据选择

在光学综合自动测量中 ,使用液晶显示屏作为分划板可以大大简化结构 ,提高效率 ,真正地实现自动测量。由于液晶显示具有对比度低、噪声大等特点 ,所以根据液晶的这些特点以及图像处理和CCD信号接收的特点选择两种适用的判据进行了分析和试验比较 ,并给出了结果。结果表明 ,这两种判别函数都适用于以液晶显示屏为目标和用图像处理方法进行光学参数测量的系统 ,其中锐度判别函数更优于信息熵判别函数 ,前者具有更好的抗干扰性和稳定性 ,而且其判定结果更接近目视清晰度判别     

PREPARATION OF ELECTRICAL CONDHCTIVE MOLYBDENUM OXIDE BY THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OE HYDRAZINE-CONTAINING MOLYBDENUM SALT

A new method of preparing electrical conductive molybdenumoxide by thermal decomposition from hydrazine-containing molybdenum saltwas described.The process of the thermal decomposition of hydrazine-containing molybdemum salt was investigated by thermal analysis(TG and DTA)and the thermally decomposed product was studied by S.E.M.and chemicalanalysis.The result indicated that the molybdenum oxide obtained in thisway was electrical conductive.     

Assessment of off-state negative gate voltage requirements forIGBTs

This paper addresses the need for off-state negative gate bias with insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) devices that experience a dv/dt when in the off state. Factors considered include off-state gate bias voltage, gate impedance, reapplied dv/dt, and temperature. Theoretical calculation and experimental results for a high-voltage high-current IGBT supports the assessment of these factors
