The response of giant magnetoresistance (GMR) devices depends critically on the film microstructure, with parameters such
as layer thickness and interfacial abruptness being crucial. This paper presents results obtained using high resolution electron
microscopy (HREM), chemical mapping and atom probe microanalysis. Local variations in the magnetic properties are induced
by the microstructure and also when the films are patterned to form small elements. These lead to changes in the magnetization
reversal mechanism. Some results of the studies of the magnetization reversal carried out using in situ in Lorentz transmission electron microscopy (LTEM) magnetizing experiments are also included. 相似文献

Novel lithium-ion battery cathode material LiVOPO4 was synthesized by sol-gel method using lithium hydroxide, ammonium metavanadate, phosphoric acid and citric acid as raw materials. The microstructure, surface morphology and electrochemical properties were characterized by various electrochemical methods in combination with thermogravimertric (TG) analysis and differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared (IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results show that the sample obtained by calcinating at 650 ℃ for 6 h is made up of uniform particles with size of 2~3 μm. The first discharge, charge capacity and columbic efficiency of LiVOPO4 is 137.1 mAh·g-1, 146.1 mAh·g-1 and 93.8%, respectively. After 80 cycles the discharge capacity is kept at 130.4 mAh·g-1, which is 95.1% of the first discharge capacity, and the capacity loss per cycle was only 0.061%, suggesting the LiVOPO4 derived by this method is a promising cathode material for lithium ion batteries. 相似文献

Generally speaking, the highest symmetry of M?bius cyclacene molecule possesses the C2 symmetry based on the theory of point group according to the previous works. However, based on the topology principle, the fundamental group of M?buis strip is an infinite continuous cyclic group and its border is made up of twice of the generator. Of course, the M?bius strip-like molecule is associated with a finite discrete cyclic symmetry group. For the cyclacene isomers constructed by several (n) benzene rings, these isomers include: the common cylinder Hückel cyclacene (HC-[n]) molecules, the M?bius cyclacene (MC-[n]) molecules by twisting the linear precursor one time (180°), and the multi-twisted M?bius strip-like cyclacene (M m C?[n]) molecules by twisting the linear precursor m times (m × 180°). The relevant results suggest that in addition to the point symmetry, there is a new kind of symmetry called the torus screw rotation (denoted as TSR). In this article, we take the M m C?[n] molecules as examples to discuss their TSR group and point group symmetry, and the relative symmetry adaptive atom sets as well as their atomic orbital (AO) sets. Here, the Cartesian coordinates is not quite fit for the investigation of these AOs, so it is replaced by either the torus orthogonal curvilinear coordinates (for M m C?[n] molecule) or the cylinder orthogonal curvilinear coordinates (for HC-[n] molecule). According to the features of cyclic group, the character table of the irreducible representation of the TSR group could be constructed easily. Some other relevant point-group symmetries maybe also belong to the molecule, so its symmetry maybe called as the torus group symmetry. A novel amphiphilic copolymer was synthesized from poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate (PEGMA950), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acryloyl‐β‐cyclodextrin (acryloyl‐β‐CD) using the composites of (NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3 as the oxidation–reduction initiators. The successful fabrication of poly(PEGMA‐co‐MMA‐co‐acryloyl‐β‐CD) copolymers was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), 1H‐nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) spectra. The amphiphilic copolymer could self‐assemble into nanoparticles (NPs), and their morphology and particle size distribution were characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) methods. Ibuprofen (IBU) was encapsulated in the novel NPs, and the release profiles of IBU were investigated. FTIR and 1H NMR spectra illustrated that the poly(PEGMA‐co‐MMA‐co‐acryloyl‐β‐CD) copolymers were synthesized without any residual monomers and initiators. TEM and AFM photographs suggested that the obtained NPs were spherical, and the DLS results indicated that the diameter of blank NPs was 157.3 ± 32.7 nm. 利用金属有机化学气相沉积技术系统研究了界面形核时间对c面蓝宝石衬底上外延生长GaN薄膜晶体质量的影响机理. 用原子力显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、高分辨X射线衍射仪以及光致发光光谱仪表征材料的晶体质量以及光学性质. 随着形核时间的延长, 退火后形成的形核岛密度减小、尺寸增大、均匀性变差, 使得形核岛合并过程中产生的界面数量先减小后增大, 导致GaN外延层的螺位错和刃位错密度先减小后增大, 这与室温光致发光光谱中得到的带边发光峰与黄带发光峰的比值先增大后降低一致. 研究结果表明, 外延生长过程中, 界面形核时间会对GaN薄膜中的位错演变施加巨大影响, 从而导致GaN外延层的晶体质量以及光学性质的差异. 相似文献
