The bang-bang controlled capacitor coupled converter (C3) is described in this paper. Due to the converter's inherent commutating property, the C3 can accommodate thyristors as well as high-power gate turn-off switches, due to zero-current switching transitions. The zero-current switching is achieved at no current stress increase, therefore, the topology is considered appropriate for high-power processing. DC and small signal AC models are derived for the bang-bang controlled C3, a design procedure is proposed, and simulation results are discussed. ω-Tetrahydropyran-2-ylsulfanylalkylmagnesium chlorides are prepared as Grignard reagents containing protected mercaptoalkyl chains, which are useful for the direct introduction of ω-mercaptoalkyl chains to electrophiles. In order to prove the usefulness of these reagents, they were reacted with buckminsterfullerene (C60) to give 1-(ω-mercaptoalkyl)-1,2-dihydrobuck minsterfullerenes after the deprotection of THP group with TFA.  相似文献

Abstract— Irradiation of thin films consisting of 4,5',8-trimethylpsoralen (TMP), adenosine and small amounts of alcohols led to TMP-alcohol photoadducts in addition to TMP-adenosine photoadducts. Four TMP-ethanol and two TMP-methanol adducts have been separated and characterized. Covalent bonds were formed between the 4-carbon of TMP and the α-carbon to the hydroxy group in the alcohols. The TMP-alcohol photoadducts were formed only in the TMP film containing small amounts of alcohol and adenosine. Furthermore, no photoadduct of TMP and ribose was detected upon photolysis of a TMP-ribose film, suggesting that the adenine moiety plays a specific role in the reaction. The interaction of adenosine with psoralens in a dry film may be related to the DNA sequence selectivity observed for the photoreaction of psoralens with DNA.  相似文献

Zinc is a trace element that is essential for immune responses. Therefore, changes in cellular zinc levels in specific immune cells may influence inflammatory autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, the regulation of zinc mobilization in immune cells and its role in the pathogenesis of RA are not fully understood. Thus, we investigated the roles of zinc transporters in RA pathogenesis. We demonstrated that ZIP8 was specifically upregulated in CD4+ T cells that infiltrated the inflamed joint and that ZIP8 deficiency in CD4+ T cells abrogated collagen-induced arthritis. ZIP8 deficiency dramatically affected zinc influx in effector T cells and profoundly reduced T cell receptor (TCR)-mediated signaling, including NF-κB and MAPK signaling, which are pathways that are involved in T helper (Th) 17 cell differentiation. Taken together, our findings suggest that ZIP8 depletion in CD4+ T cells attenuates TCR signaling due to insufficient cellular zinc, thereby reducing the function of effector CD4+ T cells, including Th17 cells. Our results also suggest that targeting ZIP8 may be a useful strategy to inhibit RA development and pathogenesis.Subject terms: Autoimmunity, Immunological disorders  相似文献

The thermodynamic parameters for the interaction of Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Cd2+, andAg+ with the new title ligand have been determined by titration calorimetry in 50% THF–methanol (V/V) at 25 °C.Ag+ exhibited remarkably higher complexation selectivity.Ag+ and several transition metal ions have been transportedusing this ligand as carrier in a bulk liquid membrane. CompetitiveAg+–M2+ transport studies have also beencarried out for the same system. In this membrane transport study, high transport of Ag+ was observed in both single and competitiveAg+–M2+ transport studies. The complexformation of N,N-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]ethylenediamine (P2N2) with silver,[Ag(P2N2)] (NO3), (1) is reported. A silica monomer-estrone complex (EstSi) having a thermally cleavable urethane bond and a cross-linkable triethoxysilane group was synthesized. From EstSi and TEOS, spherical silica particles with sizes of 1.5-3 mum were prepared. The template molecules were removed from the silica matrix by heating at 180 degrees C in DMSO in the presence of water, generating a cavity with an amino group. The control silica particles that had the same sizes and shapes were obtained with aminopropyl triethoxysilane and TEOS. When ethylene glycol was added in place of H2O, an ethyl alcoholic group was formed in the cavity. Their recognition ability and specific binding for estrone were characterized by uptake experiments. The estrone-imprinted silica particles showed a much higher recognition ability than the control silica particles and higher selectivity for estrone than testosterone propionate.  相似文献
