基于SPCE061A单片机的髋作用力测试仪设计

介绍了基于SPCE061A单片机的髋作用力测试仪的系统结构及部分软件编写流程,着重分析了测试仪的测力方法以及使用光电编码器进行测速和鉴相的原理.测试仪以SPCE061A单片机为控制核心,配有串行通信口,具备上位机实时监控、数据保存和复现、测试数据离线分析等功能.实验证明,该测试仪具有测量准确、稳定性高及操控界面友好等优点.     

Coverage by randomly deployed wireless sensor networks

One of the main applications of wireless sensor networks is to provide proper coverage of their deployment regions. A wireless sensor network k-covers its deployment region if every point in its deployment region is within the coverage ranges of at least k sensors. In this paper, we assume that the sensors are deployed as either a Poisson point process or a uniform point process in a square or disk region, and study how the probability of the k-coverage changes with the sensing radius or the number of sensors. Our results take the complicated boundary effect into account, rather than avoiding it by assuming the toroidal metric as done in the literature.     

Symbol error rate of selection amplify-and-forward relay systems

Cooperative diversity schemes significantly improve the performance of wireless networks by transmitting the same information through several nodes. The amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying method is one of the most attractive cooperative diversity schemes due to its low complexity. Selection AF relaying has recently been proven to achieve the same diversity order as and lower outage probability than all-participate relays. In this letter, we present an asymptotic analysis of the symbol error rates of a selection AF network, and compare it with the conventional all-participate scheme     

Low-temperature conductance measurements of surface states in HfO2–Si structures with different gate materials

Metal-oxide-semiconductor capacitors based on HfO₂ gate stack with different metal and metal compound gates (Al, TiN, NiSi and NiAlN) are compared to study the effect of the gate electrode material on the trap density at the insulator–semiconductor interface.C–V and G–ω measurements were made in the frequency range from 1 kHz to 1 MHz in the temperature range 180–300 K. From the maximum of the plot G/ω vs. ln(ω) the density of interface states was calculated, and from its position on the frequency axis the trap cross-section was found. Reducing temperature makes it possible to decrease leakage current through the dielectric and to investigate the states located closer to the band edge.The structures under study were shown to contain significant interface trap densities located near the valence band edge (around 2×10¹¹ cm⁻²eV⁻¹ for Al and up to (3.5–5.5)×10¹² cm⁻² eV⁻¹ for other gate materials). The peak in the surface state distribution is situated at 0.18 eV above the valence band edge for Al electrode. The capture cross-section is 5.8×10⁻¹⁷ cm² at 200 K for Al–HfO₂–Si structure.     

一种改进的夜视图像增强处理算法

图像增强是夜视图像处理的一种重要方法,而直方图均衡是最经典的图像增强算法之一.但将它直接用于夜视图像处理有如下缺点:(1)丢失原始图像的亮度信息;(2)处理过程中有灰度合并现象发生.结合夜视图像的特点,提出了一种保持亮度和克服灰度合并的新算法,即采用不同灰度区间分别均衡,并且采用设定最小灰度间隔和最大拉伸系数的均衡函数的方法,从一定程度上克服了上述缺点.     

纳入城市规划、规范移动通信基站建设

本文分析了目前移动基站建设存在的主要问题及其产生根源,提出规范移动通信基站建设,将其作为城市公用设施纳入城市规划的观点.并根据国家及政府有关部门的政策法规及国内先行城市的成功经验,结合本市的实际情况,对规范移动通信基站建设的本地立法工作提出了建议.

威尔第:法尔斯塔夫

威尔第有几部歌剧取材于莎士比亚作品。也正是威尔第将这些作品搬上舞台,证实了两位不同时代戏剧天才的灵感相结合所进发出的艺术辉煌, 其中包括1871年的《阿依达》(开罗)。此后他沉默了16年,即他一生中第二次放弃舞台生涯。随即威尔第写出两部真正的莎士比亚歌剧,这就是1887年的《奥瑟罗》(米兰)和1893的《法尔斯塔夫》 (米兰)。《法尔斯塔夫》问世时,威尔第已经80高龄,这也是他所创作的最后一部歌剧,作为他歌剧创作顶峰的标志之一而流传后世。     

粉末冶金材料激光深熔焊接光致等离子体行为及控制

采用LSM2 4 0型全自动CO2 激光焊接机焊接粉末材料 ,研究不同粉末材料产生等离子体所需的临界激光功率。粉末配方为 :Fe粉 +15 %羟基Fe粉 ,Co粉 ,Ni粉 +15 %羟基Ni粉三种试样。研究结果表明 ,Fe ,Co ,Ni三种试样在CO2 激光作用下产生金属蒸气时的临界激光功率密度IC 为ICFe >ICCo >ICNi;等离子体得以有效控制的下限临界气流量QS 为QFeS 相似文献
