Synthesis and inhibitory activity of alkyl(hydroxyaryl)amines

The reaction of ω-(4-hydroxyaryl)haloalkanes with various nitrogen-containing agents afforded primary, secondary, and tertiary amino derivatives of 2,6-dialkylphenols. For the compounds synthesized, the reaction rate constants with peroxide radicals were measured for cumene and methyl oleate oxidation. The total inhibitory activity in the model reactions of thermal autooxidation of lard and hexadecane was studied. The rate constants of alkyl(hydroxylaryl)amines are the same as those of the corresponding alkylphenols, whereas the total inhibitory activity of some alkyl(hydroxylaryl)amines exceeds substantially that for alkylphenols. Peculiarities of interactions between the DNA molecule and different isomers and modifications of binuclear coordination compounds of platinum(II)

A comparison has been made of conformational changes in the DNA molecule during its interaction in solution with different binuclear coordination compounds of platinum [Pt(NH₃)₂Cl-R-Pt(NH₃)₂Cl]Cl₂ in cis and trans conformations, which contain cytosine, pyrazine, and carboxypyrazine as the common ligand (R). The influence of concentration of the components, and in particular, of ionic strength of the solution on the complexation process was studied. The influence of the nature of the common ligand, and of cis and trans conformations of coordination compounds on the character of their interaction with DNA was considered. A comparison was made between the structures of DNA complexes with mono-and binuclear compounds with the same set of ligands in the platinum coordination sphere.     

Synthesis of pyrroloisoquinolines from papaverine

papaverine and its derivatives react with p-chlorophenacyl bromide to give the corresponding quaternary salts, which are converted into pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolines by the action of bases.     

Tribological properties of polytetrafluoroethylene modified with fullerene black in dry sliding friction

The effect of fullerene black introduced (after extraction of light fullerenes from the black with toluene) into polytetrafluoroethylene F-4 on its wear resistance and antifriction properties in sliding over steel at contact pressures in the range 0.2–2.0 MPa was studied.     

N′-5-四唑基-N-芳甲酰基硫脲的合成及其生物活性研究(I)

为寻找新的高活性农药 ,根据生物等排原理 ,设计合成了 10种未见文献报道的N′ 5 ( 1H 1,2 ,3 ,4 四唑基 ) N 芳甲酰基硫脲类化合物 .它们的结构经IR ,1HNMR和元素分析确证 .初步的生物活性测定结果表明 ,部分化合物具有优良的除草活性或植物生长调节活性 .     

Effect of oxidative stabilization on the electrochemical performance of carbon mesophases as electrode materials for lithium batteries

The effect of oxidative stabilization as a mean to modify the carbon texture was essayed in a group of mesophases previous to carbonization at 900 °C with the aim of evaluating the influence on electrochemical performance when used as electrode materials in lithium test cells. X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy and chemical analysis, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy have been used to describe the compositional and textural properties of the as-produced parent mesophases, the samples were further treated under air current to stabilize their microstructures and the corresponding carbonized samples at 900 °C. The electrochemical performance was determined by the galvanostatic method and further correlated to the physical–chemical properties and interface resistance of the materials. In all cases, the stabilization process has demonstrated a beneficial effect on the capacity retention in the measured range.     

Chemistry for the design and better understanding of cement-based materials and composites

Macrodefect-free (MDF) materials are one example of “hot topics” in the field of cement-based materials and composites exerting new possibilities of the exploitation of added value. These are formed through cross-linking reactions of atoms at the interfaces of cement grains and functional polymers, when medium pressure and twin-rolling procedure are applied. The MDF-relevance of the system of Portland cement + polyphosphate is reported, together with optimal synthesis conditions and limiting rules. The chemistry knowledge about MDF materials has been shown critical for both procedure design and exploitation. Chemical shifts in both ²⁷Al and ³¹P MAS NMR spectra confirm Al(6)—O—P(4) cross-linking in virgin probes and indicate secondary hydrolysis during moisture uptake in domains free of cross-links. Thermogravimetric identification of the contents of hydrated and cross-linked phases in virgin and in moisture-attacked MDF probes displays that moisture uptake is accompanied by an increase in content of cementitious hydrates and CaCO₃. The key phenomena governing the moisture sensitivity/resistance are the density and compactness of interfacial Al(6)—O—P(4) cross-links vs. the access of the moist environment to the unreacted cement residue. The paper was presented at the 20 ICCBiC (International Conference on Coordination and Bioinorganic Chemistry) held on 5–10 June 2005 in Smolenice, Slovakia.     

Cyclization of Nitrospirobenzopyrans to Bridged Benzoxazepino[3,2-a]indoles

Condensation of 1-substituted 1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2-ones with 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde afforded 1′-[(N-monosubstituted carbamoyl)methyl]indoline nitrospirobenzopyrans. Treatment of the latter with strong base led to the formation of a mixture of cis/trans-5a,13-methano-1,3-benzoxazepino[3,2-a]indoles. Results of semiempirical calculations gave evidence that such a transformation of nitrospirobenzopyrans to bicyclic indole derivatives could proceed via a single transition state, where the negatively charged carbon atom attacks the vinylic double bond of the spiropyran system.     

电化学合成镍配合物的研究

采用金属镍为“牺牲”阳极，首次在无隔膜电解槽中，电化学溶解金属镍一步 制备了纳米NiO前驱体Ni(Oet)2,Ni(Obu)2,Ni(Oet)2(acac)2，Ni(Obu)2(acac)2 [acac为乙酰丙酮基].产物通过红外光谱（FT-IR）、拉曼光谱（Raman spectrum） 进行表征。同时讨论了影响电合成镍醇盐及其配合物的关键因素。实验表明，防止 阳极钝化，温度控制在30-40℃，采用有机胺溴化物为导电盐，可以提高电合成效 率。
