Synthesis,Spectroscopic Properties,and Photodynamic Anticancer Activities of Novel Arginine-modified Silicon(Ⅳ) Phthalocyanines

We design and synthesize a series of novel silicon(IV)phthalocyanines(SiPcs,1a,2a,1b,and 2b)axially conjugated with arginine or arginine-containing oligopeptides(Arg-Arg,Cys-Arg,Cys-Arg-Arg)through ester or ether linkers to demonstrate the effects of substituents and coupling ways on the spectral behaviors and photodynamic activities.The ester-linked SiPcs(1a and 2a)show slight red-shift,higher fluorescence emission and singlet oxygen generation compared to the ether-linked analogues(1b and 2b)due to the stronger electron-withdrawing ability of the ester group,suggesting that electronic effect of the linkers plays an important role in their spectral properties.The introduction of arginine could effectively reduce the aggregation of phthalocyanine in aqueous solutions.With higher cellular uptake and plasma membrane localization ability,1b and 2b exhibit significantly higher photocytotoxicity against both HepG2 and Hela cells.Moreover,the in vivo fluorescence imaging suggests that 2b is the most specific toward H22 tumor-bearing ICR mice,and it shows efficient tumor growth inhibition with the tumor inhibition rate up to 93%.Thus,this work would provide a new reference for the development of phthalocyanine-based photosensitizers.     

高稳定性水系锌离子电池正极材料MnO2@MgO的制备与性能

采用共沉淀法和热分解法合成了具有核壳结构的MnO2@MgO微球。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段对材料进行表征,结果发现包覆MgO不改变MnO2的结构,包覆层由纳米颗粒组成,厚度约为50 nm。电化学性能结果显示,包覆后材料的放电比容量明显提高,在100 mA·g^-1电流密度下,最大放电比容量为274.3 mAh·g^-1,比未包覆材料提高了12.8%。在1000 mA·g^-1电流密度下经过500次循环后,包覆后材料的放电比容量保持率高达84.1%,表现出优异的循环稳定性。MgO包覆层的存在避免了MnO2与电解液之间直接接触,抑制了电极材料在充放电过程中锰的溶解,从而显著提高MnO2的循环性能。     

介孔SBA-15棒负载的Pd3Cl催化剂催化Sonogashira偶联反应（英文）

通过静电吸引策略将具有高度分散性的原子精确纳米团簇[Pd3Cl(PPh2)2(PPh3)3]+(Pd3Cl)负载在介孔SBA-15棒上。结构明确的Pd3Cl/SBA-15催化剂在以水作为溶剂以及温和的反应条件下对催化Sonogashira碳-碳偶联反应展现了较好的催化性能以及循环性。在此基础上,我们研究了Pd3Cl团簇结构与性能之间的关系,并证实内核的Pdδ+(0<δ<2)与配体之间的协同效应是催化反应的关键。     

化学知识三重表征的话语意义探析*

基于科学哲学和语言学理论,强调化学学科中的三重表征的话语意义,旨在帮助学生将头脑中的三重表征思维用语言科学地表达出来并进行社会性交往。在明确三重表征与话语的关系的基础上,借助于相关教学片段,对三重表征的话语意义(语法学、语义学和语用学意义)进行探析,将宏观微观符号表征中各自的语言内部联系以及彼此间的话语表达关系解构出来,从而全面提升学生在建构、关联及转换表征过程中的交往效率。最后针对相关教学问题,提出了3条教学策略。     

微信平台辅助的农科有机化学实验课混合式教学实践

利用微信公众平台和移动网络辅助教学的优点,改革农科院校中非化学专业公共基础有机化学实验课传统教学模式,构建了“课前翻转教学,课中解惑内化,课后巩固提高”的三段混合式新型教学模式,并对此类教学模式的构建原则,特色微信公众平台建设、应用情况及注意事项进行实践研究。     

石墨相氮化碳/蒙脱石复合材料的制备及其可见光催化性能

为提高石墨相氮化碳(g-C₃N₄)对可见光的利用率及光催化效率,采用热聚合与直接负载等方法,将g-C₃N₄负载于蒙脱石表面,制备了g-C₃N₄/蒙脱石复合光催化材料,其结构经SEM, FT-IR及XRD表征。以罗丹明B(RhB)为目标污染物,研究了不同负载量g-C₃N₄/蒙脱石复合光催化剂的可见光催化性能。并分别以对苯醌、碘化钾和异丙醇为自由基捕获剂,研究了复合材料的光催化机理。结果表明：当g-C₃N₄的质量分数为83%(CN/M-83%)时,RhB经可见光照射1 h后,降解率达到99.2%。光催化速率常数为纯g-C₃N₄光催化速率常数的3.2倍。     

Phosphorene: a Potential 2D Material for Highly Efficient Polysulfide Trapping and Conversion

Effectively trapping lithium polysulfide species and accelerating the reaction conversion kinetics are the main strategies to improve the performance of lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries. Since the researchers found in 2014 that two-dimensional(2D) phosphorene nanosheets could be exfoliated from the bulk black phosphorus, numerous researches have been devoted to exploring the phosphorene with unique properties for the application in Li-S batteries. In this review, we summarize the recent theoretical and experimental progress of phosphorene for Li-S batteries. Besides, we also introduce the relationship between the interfacial interaction on phosphorene and the performance enhancement of Li-S batteries. Furthermore, future challenges and remaining opportunities for phosphorene in Li-S batteries are finally discussed.     

Supramolecular Assemblies of Three New Metronidazole Derivatives Constructed with Various Dihydroxy-benzoic Acids via Hydrogen Bonds

Metronidazole(MTZ) is an important antibiotic, which has been widely applied to cure protozoal and bacterial diseases for human beings or animals. Herein, three novel drug supramolecular crystals constructed by MTZ with 2,5-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(2,5-DHBA)(1), 2,6-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(2,6-DHBA)(2) and 3,5-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(3,5-DHBA)(3), respectively, have been discovered. The hydrogen bonds of N-H···O(O-H···N), C-H···O and O-H···O play important roles in the 3D supramolecular framework formation for crystals 1-3. Interestingly, due to the vary locations of the substituent groups, the two-dimensional layers in crystals 1 or 2 are constructed via intermolecular hydrogen bonds between MTZ and 2,5-DHBA or 2,6-DHBA, while in crystal 3 water molecules play a significant role except the intermolecular hydrogen bonds between MTZ and 3,5-DHBA. In addition, five synthons of I R₂²(8), II R₃³(9) in crystal 1, III R₁²(4), IV R₂²(8) in crystal 2 and V R₂²(7) in crystal 3 formed through various hydrogen bonds are founded in this work. Systematic studies of syntheses, crystal structures and thermal analysis are reported.     

Snap-through path in a bistable dielectric elastomer actuator

The dielectric elastomer (DE) has attracted significant attention due to its desired features, including large deformation, fast response, and high energy density. However, for a DE actuator (DEA) utilizing a snap-through deformation mode, most existing theoretical models fail to predict its deformation path. This paper develops a new finite element method (FEM) based on the three-parameter Gent-Gent model suitable for capturing strain-stiffening behaviors. The simulation results are verified by experiments, indicating that the FEM can accurately characterize the snap-through path of a DE. The method proposed in this paper provides theoretical guidance and inspiration for designing and applying DEs and bistable electroactive actuators.     

基于K-L变换的两传感器图像自动配准

基于合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像和光学图像间的变形可用仿射变换来近似,提出了一种SAR图像和光学图像自动配准的方案.对分割后的图像进行K-L变换得到两幅图像的主分量与坐标轴之间的关系,从而得出两幅图像的角度关系,接着,利用旋转后图像的横纵象素范围的比值和前景重心偏移值得到仿射变换的缩放和平移参数,最后再利用二值图像相关对仿射变换的结果图像进行精配,从而实现较高精度的图像配准.实验结果表明,在满足精度要求的情况下,本方法可以自动完成具有明显方向性和较大前景目标图像的配准任务.
