真空微电子三极管几何参数的设计考虑

真空微电子三极管是近年来兴起与发展的真空微电子学中的一类重要器件。本文从真空微三极管的工作特性出发,分析了这类器件中所需考虑的几何参数和工作特性的关系,并给出了一些理论和实验公式,为今后的设计提供一些参考。

Phenylene vinylene‐based electroluminescent polymers with electron transport block in the main chain

We report a new route for the design of soluble phenylene vinylene (PV) based electroluminescent polymers bearing electron‐deficient oxadizole (OXD) and triazole (TZ) moieties in the main chains with the aryloxy linkage. Both series of the PV‐based polymers were prepared by Wittig reaction. By properly adjusting the OXD and/or TZ content through copolymerization, we can achieve an enhanced balance of hole‐ and electron injections, such that the device efficiency is significantly improved. Light‐emitting diodes fabricated from P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7 with the configuration of Indium–Tin Oxide (ITO)/Poly (styrene sulfonic acid) doped poly (ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)/polymer/Ca/Al, emit bright green light with the maximum peak around 500 nm. For the device using the optimal polymer (P4) as emitting layer, a maximum brightness of 1300 cd/m² at 20 V and a maximum luminance efficiency of 0.325 cd/A can be obtained. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 航天产品多源可靠性信息的收集与整理--建立可靠性信息数据库

航天产品可靠性信息的来源多样，可靠性信息的时间性、随机性、有价性、时效性和可追溯性等特征，决定了可靠性数据收集应满足真实性、连续性、完整性等基本要求。同时，对多源信息的收集应遵循先进行需求分析，再确定数据收集点并制定数据收集表格的程度进行。给出了信息的适用性准则和信息分类的三维模型。最后结合具体型号航天产品的可靠性工作的要求，给出了可靠性信息数据库系统的整体方案设计。

具有多重焦点的波带透镜的设计

本文提出了一种新型的具有多重焦点的波带透镜的概念及其设计方法。可提供某些特定的光场分布,而且具有性能稳定、微型化和可实际制作等特点。     

酚醛型吸附树脂对水体系中吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的吸附性能研究

研究了酚醛型吸附树脂在水体系中对吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺的静态和动态吸附行为．结果表明，在水中树脂对吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺的吸附主要以疏水吸附机理进行；吸附吡啶和N．N-二甲基苯胺的初始阶段，即达到38．3～48．9％平衡吸附时，吸附速率数据和半经验速率方程很吻合：酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程，相关系数在0．99以上，酚醛型吸附树脂吸附吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺属单分子层吸附：用80％的乙醇溶液作洗脱剂来洗脱吸附吡啶已达饱和的JDW-2树脂，效果是很理想的．在3．6个床体积内洗脱率达91．52％，4．8个床体积内洗脱率达到94．85％。表明酚醛型吸附树脂具有优良的洗脱性能．     

Fluorescent sensors for the enantioselective recognition of mandelic acid: signal amplification by dendritic branching

Novel chiral bisbinaphthyl compounds have been synthesized for the enantioselective fluorescent recognition of mandelic acid. By introducing dendritic branches to the chiral receptor unit, the fluorescence signals of the receptors are significantly amplified because of the light-harvesting effect of the dendritic structure. This has greatly increased the sensitivity of the sensors in the fluorescent recognition. Study of the three generation sensors demonstrates that the generation zero sensor is the best choice for the recognition of mandelic acid because of its greatly increased fluorescence signal over the core and its high enantioselectivity. This sensor is potentially useful for the high throughput screening of chiral catalysts for the asymmetric synthesis of alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acids.     

化学键合吸附剂的合成及吸附行为

在无定型硅胶上化学键合十八烷基三氯硅烷，键合率17%-20％，粒度5μm-10μm，以此键合的吸附剂可有效地吸附香烟烟气中的焦油、亚硝胺，吸附率分别为15%-18％和37%-43％，研究了化学键合吸附剂的粒度和加入量对吸附性能的影响。     

q-Hypergeometric Series and Macdonald Functions

We derive a duality formula for two-row Macdonald functions by studying their relation with basic hypergeometric functions. We introduce two parameter vertex operators to construct a family of symmetric functions generalizing Hall-Littlewood functions. Their relation with Macdonald functions is governed by a very well-poised q-hypergeometric functions of type ₄₃, for which we obtain linear transformation formulas in terms of the Jacobi theta function and the q-Gamma function. The transformation formulas are then used to give the duality formula and a new formula for two-row Macdonald functions in terms of the vertex operators. The Jack polynomials are also treated accordingly.
