PECVDSiON薄膜的工艺控制,性质及其潜在应用

研究了等离子增强化学气相淀积氮氧化硅薄膜的工艺控制、性质以及薄膜波导在超大规模集成电路光互连中的潜在应用。     

LB技术制备大面积超薄PMMA抗蚀层的研究

采用自行研制的ＬＢ自动提膜装置，制备出大面积（１０×８ｃｍ２）、高质量的ＰＭＭＡ超薄抗蚀剂膜，并将其用于高分辨率铬掩模版的研制。通过电子束曝光，湿法蚀刻，制作了分辨率优于０．５μｍ，特征线宽０．３８μｍ的４（１００ｍｍ）铬掩模版。     

A simplified CAD of millimeter-wave diplexer with E-plane T-junction and all-metal insert filters

An equivalent circuit theory design of a class of rectangular waveguide E-plane T-junction diplexer with E-plane all-metal insert filters is presented. Element values of equivalent circuit models of E-plane T-junction proposed in [1] are computed and approximated. The parameters of the filters designed by [2] are also given. By use of the network combining technique, the scattering matrix of the diplexer is obtained and optimized according to the diplexer specification with a novel objective function. The experimental results show a fairly good agreement with the computed results.     

A DEMONSTRATION OF 1×8 LINEAR ARRAY YBCO TRANSITION EDGE IR BOLOMETER

A high-T_c superconducting array microbolometer has been fabricated by using a YBCO film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual detector, but singnificant improverment appears possible.     

New method for analysis of electromagnetic coupling to an angled two-strip transmission line

The electromagnetic coupling to an angled two-strip transmission line is analysed to constructing an angled two-plate transmission line equivalent to the original geometry, and then solving the cylindrical transmission line equations of the original source analytically. The results agree with the numerical values of the circuit-concept approach.<>     

Liquid Crystal Television Spatial Light Modulator

The liquid crystal televison spatia light modulator(LCTVSLM)characterized is usable in optical processing applications.e.g.,optical pattern recognition,associative memory,optical computing,correlation detection and optical data processing systems.The array performance and real-time optical correlation applications are reviewed.     

宽带被动导引头天线系统性能分析

详细讨论了宽带被动导引头中的关键部件－超宽频带天线的性能，并在此基础上分析了三种具备大视角特性的被动测角方法。由于宽带天线没有确定的相位中心，因此不能采用通常的振幅和差式单脉冲法进行宽频带测角。本文提出的波束运算网络可用于一个宽带螺旋天线同时得到两个交叉波束的振幅－振幅式单脉冲系统中。此外，对比幅相干测向法中的测角模糊问题也进行了研究。     

B-Spline with Symplectic Algorithm Method for Solution of Time-Dependent Schrodinger Equations

A B-spline with the symplectic algorithm method for the solution of time-dependent Schrodinger equations （TDSEs） is introduced. The spatial part of the wavefunction is expanded by B-spline and the time evolution is given in a symplectic scheme. This method allows us to obtain a highly accurate and stable solution of TDSEs. The effectiveness and efficiency of this method is demonstrated by the high-order harmonic spectra of one-dimensional atoms in comparison with other references.     

Stable atomic structure and magnetism of Pt–Cr binary surface alloys on Pt(0 0 1): First-principle calculations

The possibility of Pt–Cr surface alloys formation on Pt(0 0 1) was investigated and their magnetism was calculated by the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FLAPW) method with eight different atomic configurations. The most stable structure was calculated to be the Pt-segregated L1₂ ferromagnetic surface alloy. A₃B types (L1₂ or D0₂₂) were more stable compared to AB types (L1₀). It implies that the A₃B type surface alloys may be formed when depositing a monolayer of Cr on Pt(0 0 1). It was found from the total energy calculations that there exists a strong tendency of the Pt segregation. The segregation further stabilizes the surface alloy significantly. The work function of the most stable surface alloy was calculated to be 6.02 eV and the magnetic moment of the surface Cr was much enhanced to 3.3 μ_B. It is a quite interesting finding that the coupling between Cr and Pt atoms on the surface plane is ferromagnetic in the Pt-segregated L1₂ ferromagnetic surface alloy, while the coupling is antiferromagnetic in the bulk.     

Co-doped In2O3 thin films: Room temperature ferromagnets

Laser-ablated Co-doped In₂O₃ thin films were fabricated under various growth conditions on R-cut Al₂O₃ and MgO substrates. All Co:In₂O₃ films are well-crystallized, single phase, and room temperature ferromagnetic. Co atoms were well substituted for In atoms, and their distribution is greatly uniform over the whole thickness of the films. Films grown at 550 °C showed the largest magnetic moment of about 0.5 μ_B/Co, while films grown at higher temperatures have magnetic moments of one order smaller. The observed ferromagnetism above room temperature in Co:In₂O₃ thin films has confirmed that doping few percent of magnetic elements such as Co into In₂O₃ could result in a promising magnetic material.
