磁光—光致发光分析CdZnTe单晶带边浅杂质能级

通过对Bridgeman方法生长的CdZnTe单晶样品进行光致发光(Photoluminescence,PL)光谱测量,发现CdZnTe样品表面Te沉淀物的存在明显影响能量低于1.5 eV的深能级发光过程.进一步对CdZnTe晶锭的不同位置取样进行低温变磁场光致发光光谱测试,获得高分辨光谱信息.拟合分析结果表明:(1)在不含Te沉淀物的CdZnTe样品内部存在应力分布,并因此导致轻、重空穴带分裂;(2)1.57 eV发光特征源于浅施主杂质与价带间的复合过程.     

A hand tracking algorithm with particle filter and improved GVF snake model

To solve the problem that the accurate information of hand cannot be obtained by particle filter, a hand tracking algorithm based on particle filter combined with skin-color adaptive gradient vector flow (GVF) snake model is proposed. Adaptive GVF and skin color adaptive external guidance force are introduced to the traditional GVF snake model, guiding the curve to quickly converge to the deep concave region of hand contour and obtaining the complex hand contour accurately. This algorithm realizes a real-time correction of the particle filter parameters, avoiding the particle drift phenomenon. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the root mean square error of the hand tracking by 53%, and improve the accuracy of hand tracking in the case of complex and moving background, even with a large range of occlusion. LaSrCo0.9B’0.1O4复合氧化物制备、氧化性能及表征

采用聚丙烯酰胺法制备了类钙钛矿LaSrCo_0.9B’_0.1O₄系列复合氧化物(B’= Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu)和LaSrCoO₄,并考察了对CO和C₃H₈催化氧化反应的活性,运用XRD、BET、TEM、TPD等方法对LaSrCo_0.9Ni_0.1O₄、LaSrCoO₄进行了表征.结果表明, LaSrCo_0.9Ni_0.1O₄和LaSrCoO₄都为四方K₂NiF₄型纳米材料. Ni的掺入提高了LaSrCoO₄的催化活性、O₂的吸附量和晶格畸变率,降低了平均晶粒度.     

有机碲Ylide反应Ⅻ用碲Ylide合成双环丙烷衍生物

由相应的碲盐生成的某些碲ylide,能顺利地和1,4-双(3-取代苯基-3-酮-1-丙烯基)苯,1,5-二取代苯基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮反应生成双环丙烷衍生物,反应具有高立体选择性,产率为61.8-88.8％。     

The Synthesis, Reaction and Crystal Structures of Ethyltetramethylcyclopentadienylruthenium Compounds

Pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-trimethylphosphine-metal compounds play an important role in the activation studies of saturated hydrocarbons. A method to synthesize ethyltetramethylruthenium compounds was established, which started from the reaction of RuCl_3. H_2O with ethyltetramethylcyclopentadiene to give a dimer compound of 2. When 2 was reacted with different amounts of trimethylphosphine, compounds 3 [C_5Me_4EtRu(PMe_3)Cl_2] and 4 [(C_5Me_4Et)Ru(PMe_3)_2Cl] were obtained. Compound 3 is a 17-electron species which is in formula similar to Bergman's Ir compound used in hydrocarbon activation reaction, but might be more reactive because of its unsaturated electron structure. The crystal structure analysis of compounds 2, 3 and 4, showed that the ruthenium atom was coordinated in a "threeleg-piano-stool" geometry in all the three compounds. The Ru—Cl bond in 3 and 4 was lengthened, making it labile to other substitution reactions.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Dipolar Two-Photon Absorption Chromophores

It is a new interest to explore novel organic two-photon absorption (TPA) chromophores with large TPA cross section for their potential applications in various fields, such as three-dimensional optical data storage, micro- and nano-fabrication, biological imaging and optical limiting, and so on. As far as asymmetrical D-π-A type chromophores were concerned, larger TPA cross section can be obtained with the enhancement of electron-donation/electron-acception ability.[1] Recently, we have synthesized a series of new D-π-A type compounds. In these chromophores, stilbene or phenyl cyclo-bridged hexatriene is served as π-bridge, which terminated with a number of amino groups and dicyanomethylene unit (Scheme 1). All the chromophores can be obtained by the condensation reaction of aldehydes and active methyl or methenyl groups in good yields (72%～81%). The chromophores have been characterized by 1H NMR,IR, UV-vis, PL and EA. All these five chromophores in dilute solutions show strong red fluorescence (Table 1). The studies on the TPA properties are in progress.     

高效液相色谱法测定脂肪中11种苯并咪唑类药物残留标志物

建立了同时测定脂肪中11种苯并咪唑类药物残留标志物的高效液相色谱法。样品采用正己烷溶解后,加入抗氧化剂,用0.1 mol/L盐酸-乙腈(1∶1,体积比)提取,经正己烷脱脂后再次加入抗氧化剂,以MCX固相萃取柱净化。净化液浓缩处理后进行高效液相色谱分离,以甲醇-1%乙酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长为292 nm,采用外标法以峰面积定量检测。11种目标物均在25.0～1 000μg/L范围内线性良好,方法定量下限为50μg/kg,在3个加标水平下的回收率为82.0%～109%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.71%～9.9%。该方法能够满足脂肪中苯并咪唑类药物残留标志物的检测要求。     

桑蚕丝腺体和丝纤维中金属离子的含量

用不同的测试方法, 即质子诱导X射线发射(PIXE)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)和原子吸收光谱(AAS)对桑蚕丝腺体和丝纤维中金属元素的含量进行了详细的表征. 结果表明, 在桑蚕丝腺体和丝纤维中含有钠、镁、钾、钙、铜、锌、铁、锰八种金属元素, 同时还可能含有微量的铷和锶. 这些金属元素在丝腺体和各种丝纤维(蚕茧丝、强拉丝和脱胶丝)中的含量都有所变化, 而这些变化可能与之在成丝过程(丝蛋白的构象转变过程)中所起的作用有关.     

1-(1-甲氧基-1-二茂铁基-3-芳基-丙烷-2-基)-1H-1,2,4-三唑类衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

通过在三唑类活性结构中引入较大空间位阻的二茂铁基设计合成了11个新颖的含二茂铁取代的1H-1,2,4-三唑类化合物, 其结构经元素分析, ¹H NMR谱和单晶X-ray衍射分析得到确证. 初步的生物活性测试表明, 部分化合物具有明显的植物生长调节活性.     

Direct Electrochemistry with Nitrate Reductase in Chitosan Films

Stable films made from chitosan (CS) on pyrolytic graphite electrode (PGE) gave direct electrochemistry for incorporated enzyme nitrate reductase (NR).Cyclic voltammetry of CS/NR films showed a pair of well-defined and nearly reversible redox peaks at about-0.430 V vs.SCE at pH 7.0 phosphate buffers.
