以2,3-二氨基吡啶和2,3-丁二酮为起始原料,经环化、催化氢化和亲核取代反应合成了10个新型哌啶并[2,3-b]哌嗪类衍生物(3a~3j),其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和HR-MS确证。体外抗血小板聚集活性研究表明,化合物3d、3e、3g、3h和3j具有一定的抗血小板聚集作用,其中化合物3h(IC50=1.24mmol/L)的活性显著优于母体化合物川芎嗪(IC50=3.96mmol/L)和阳性药物阿司匹林(IC50=2.41mmol/L)。  相似文献

In this communication,a new supramolecualr amphiphile was successfully constructed based on water soluble pillar[5]arene and a unique guest which contain a CO2 responsive tertiary amine unit and a UV responsive coumarin group.When guest molecule 1 dispersed in water,it self-assembled into sheet-like structures.Upon bubbling CO2,1 transformed into 1 H due to the tertiary amine unit was protonated,accompany the nano-sheets transformed into vesicles.Further irradiation of 1 H with 365 nm light for 3 h,the coumarin group reacted with each other to form bola-type amphiphie 2 H.In this case,vesicles collapsed and re-assembled into nano-tubes.However,when addition of WPS into the solution of 1 H,the vesicles transformed into micelles,this is due to the formation of supramolecular amphiphile WP5&1 H.Upon irradiation of WP5&1 H with 365 nm light for 3 h,nano-ribbons observed instead of micelles in the solution.Notably,nanotubes from 2 H could also transform into nano-ribbons after adding WPS.The selfassembly process and the resultant assemblies were characterized by TEM,SEM,DLS,SAXS and NMR technologies.Due to both CO2 and light are "green" for living organisms,we anticipated our system can offer the possibilities in "on demand" drug absorption and release.  相似文献

Catalytic transfer hydroge nation(CTH) of furfural(FF) to furfu ryl alcohol(FFA) has received great intere st in recent years.He rein,Cu-Cs bimetallic supported catalyst,CuCs(2)-MCM,was developed for the CTH of FF to FFA using formic as hydrogen donor.CuCs(2)-MCM achieved a 99.6% FFA yield at an optimized reaction conditions of 170℃,1 h.Cu species in CuCs(2)-MCM had dual functions in catalytically decomposing formic acid to generate hydrogen and hydrogenating FF to FFA.The doping of Cs made the size of Cu particles smaller and improved the dispersion of the Cu active sites.Impo rtantly,the Cs species played a favorable role in enhancing the hydrogenation activity as a promoter by adjusting the surface acidity of Cu species to an appropriate level.Correlation analysis showed that surface acidity is the primary factor to affect the catalytic activity of CuCs(2)-MCM.  相似文献

High‐temperature‐induced and humidity‐induced degradation behaviors were investigated through the failure analysis of encapsulated Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) modules and non‐encapsulated CIGS cells. After being exposed to high temperature (85 °C) for 1000 h, the efficiency loss of CIGS modules and the resistivities of the aluminum‐doped zinc oxide (AZO) layer, CIGS layer, and Mo layer were slightly increased. After damp heat (DH) testing (85 °C/85% RH), the efficiency of some modules decreased significantly accompanied by discoloration, and in these areas, the resistivity of the AZO layers increased markedly. The causes of degradation of CIGS cells after high temperature and DH tests were suggested through X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis. The high‐temperature‐induced degradation behaviors were revealed to be increases in series resistance of the CIGS cells, due to the adsorption of oxygen on the AZO, CIGS, and Mo layers. The degradation behavior after DH (85 °C/85% RH) exposure was caused by the adsorption of oxygen, as well as the generation of Zn(OH)2 due to water molecules. In particular, the humidity‐induced degradation behavior in discolored CIGS modules was ascribed to the generation of Zn(OH)2 and carboxylic acids in the AZO layer, due to a chemical reaction between the AZO, ethylene‐vinyl acetate copolymer, and water. We report the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) studies of MgTi2O4 in the 300–140 K range. Above the transition temperature T t (~258 K), the EPR results indicate that MgTi2O4 is paramagnetic. The parameters of the EPR spectra show an anomalous change at T t. The clear EPR lines can be observed in temperature between T t and 220 K. Besides that the EPR intensity, g value, and EPR linewidth increase with decreasing temperature; in temperature range below 220 K, no clear EPR line can be detected. The EPR spectra results demonstrate that magnetic spin-singlet state and the orbital density wave of MgTi2O4 system are formed gradually with decreasing temperature at low temperature range.  相似文献

Raman spectroscopy combined with surface enhanced technology was adopted for analysis of phosmet pesticide. Continuous wavelet transforms (CWT) and successive projections algorithm (SPA) were used for Raman spectral preprocess and characteristic Raman shifts selection, respectively. Multi-linear regression (MLR) was used for spectral modeling. It is shown that enhanced chips can achieve enhanced Raman spectral signal for low concentration of pesticides. CWT can improve spectral resolution and smoothness, and remove translation error. Characteristic Raman shifts selection method of SPA can improve analytical precision, and simplify modeling variables of MLR CWT-SPA-MLR model can improve correlation coefficient (r) of prediction from 0. 823 to 0. 903, and reduce root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) from 1. 640 to 1. 122. CWT-SPA-MLR method can be used for constructing analytical models for Raman spectra and has good interpretability and repeatability.  相似文献

用连续窄线宽激光器将超冷铯里德堡原子分别激发到47D3/2, 47D5/2精细态, 观察了处于里德堡精细态的铯原子向超冷铯等离子体自由演化的过程, 详细对比了不同精细态的铯里德堡原子预电离时间、电离速率以及等离子体的转化效率. 将里德堡原子快速转化为等离子体的过程解释为局域势阱内由预电离产生的电子与里德堡原子的快速碰撞导致的雪崩电离.  相似文献

次级电子倍增效应引起的输出窗失效问题往往给微波器件造成灾难性的影响, 是限制微波器件功率进一步提升的瓶颈. 以S波段高功率盒形窗为研究对象, 针对盒形窗内无氧铜金属边界与陶瓷介质窗片相对的区域, 建立了研究法向电场作用下次级电子倍增效应的Monte-Carlo模型. 通过拟合这两种材料间双面次级电子倍增以及单面次级电子倍增效应的敏感曲线, 对次级电子倍增发展特点进行详细分析, 获得了金属与介质之间的次级电子由双面倍增向单面倍增演变的规律.  相似文献
